Sybaline laid on her bed, her feet waving in the air as she flipped through Ghoul's Digestive, looking at the newest design of clothing. She stopped, though, almost squealing with happiness as she came upon one of those personality quizzes that she adored so much. Digging through the piles of stuff (or junk, as her mother doctor called it) she pulled out a pen and started filling it out.

Tell us about your dream boil/ghoul!
Well... he'd have to be kind! And strong, and handsome, and romantic!

How about your dream date?
Oh, I know this one! A romantic walk among the tombstones, hand in hand. The moon would be gloriously full and the wind would blow the leaves around--oh! And there would be banshees screaming in the background! And afterwards we would go out to get eye scream! Or maybe we should do the eye scream first, what do you think?

Now back to you! What is your favorite thing?
Hmmm... I would say my collection of hair. I just got a new one! It's absolutely gorgeous, with long bouncy blonde curls that are up in pony tails--but I really do like the short one I've been wearing lately, too. Oh, I can't decide!

What do you want to be when you grow up?
I want to help Mother Doctor in her lab! She does all sorts of interesting things in there! She made me and Madeline, and she created a new sort of squash and she even invented a type of everlasting battery! Oh, and maybe married... Or at least a bride! I would LOVE to wear a black, holey dress and carry dead roses past the tombstones--eee!

What's your most memorable dream?
Um... I'd rather not talk about it?

What makes you happy?
Fashion! Hair! Madeline! Oh, she's so adorable! Love! I love love!!

What makes you unhappy?
Ummm... well, sometimes I make mistakes that make Mother Doctor disappointed in me. And sometimes when something really important is happening one of my limbs might fall off, and it's horrible! I try and double stitch, you know, to make sure it won't happen, but it still happens! It's like fate is conspiring against me!

What makes you angry?
I don't like being angry. It makes my tummy feel strange. But if I had to say what does it... um... well... when people tease Madeline or make fun of Mother Doctor.

"Sybaline! We have work to do! If we're going to get you ready to go to Amityville we need to get started now!" Bella called through the door.

"Coming Mother Doctor!" Sybaline said, tossing the magazine to the side and getting up.

"Call me either Mother or Doctor. Both together sound ridiculous," Bella said as Sybaline came out of her room. "Have you cleaned your room yet?"

"Um, no?"

"Well you better clean it before you leave. Who knows what sort of vermin that mess will attract!"

"Yes Mother--Mother."

She is cute! <3 (she just shouldn't be allowed near Jin's living hair XD hahaha) JK

Anyways I don't really have much on questions (and I think her background is rather interesting <3) but what would she do if she found someone who had absolutely no care in their appearance or someone who has no fashion sense what so ever and was a tragic mess?

I'm having some trouble coming up with stuff since you cover a lot of bases but here goes nothing!

In terms of fashion, since she enjoys it so much does she try to design her own outfits and stuff as well?

As with Christof is she obsessed with 'parts' as well? XD

How many pockets does she have? I see two in the fullbody but does she have hidden ones around as well?

The clock that acts as her heart... does it actually run? If so does she have to do maintenance on it now and then?

Some questions for myself<3

Q. Why did her skin come out different colors?
A. I don't think FEAR from different people would just dilute together like kool aid mix. I think it would stick to its own, and the various fears created different colors. So so-and-so's fear was in the right corner, and so-and-so's fear didn't like it, so stayed in the left bottom corner, as far away as it could get. Or something.

Q. Why did Bella hook the lightning rod to the heart?
A. The heart had FEAR built into it, but in order to synchronize that FEAR with the rest of the FEAR in her body, it needed a bit of a jolt. And this is also why Syb's personality is as it is. She's controlled by her heart, not her... ah, well, non existent brain.

Q. How can Sybaline do homework and think if she doesn't have a brain?
A. She thinks with her heart! That or Bella got so irritated with her lack of logic that she opened up her scull cap and tossed in a peanut. It made a difference. Seriously.

Q. So you're saying Sybaline's an idiot?
A. Well... not so much an idiot as she's a typical teenage girl. She doesn't put a lot of thought into things that she decides to do. If it sounds like fun, she'll do it! She's pretty much average intelligence. The one SMART thing about her is her hands. She can put things together without thinking. Like if you handed her a rubix cube, she'd have it solved, but have no clue how she did it.

Q. She sounds pretty weak in a fight... are you sure that's a good thing?
A. Offensively, yes, she's pretty weak right now. Defensively, now, that's a whole new kettle. She has no bones, therefore they can't be broken. If you cut her, she sews it up. She's a patchwork, so in her own way, she's a tank. She's just full of cotton instead of blood, bones, and guts. And she's very, very good with anatomy. She knows where it hurts<3 Then again, she's pretty light, so she's easy to toss aside. On the other hand she can jump really high or fall from great heights without being hurt by it.

Q. How would her FEAR work in a dice based game?
A. I figure her abilities could easily be mapped by the dice. She'd have a smaller dice for her first year then larger as the years go by, and the bigger the number is, the more dangerous the item she pulls out is. I can ad-lib what type of weapon she pulls out (never a real weapon, she's not a shinigami) but I'm sure it'd be entertaining in itself<3 IE Sybaline pulls out a rubber chicken! Sybaline squeaks the chicken!

Q. Isn't she a little, um... too colorful?
A. I like color!! And besides, it's completely up to the artist's discretion how colorful her skin is! I'm not going to dictate that the right toe needs to be this shade of blue, or anything. I'm a writer, not an artist, I'll leave the tiny details to you.

Q. What about god modding?
A. What about it? I mean, seriously, look at this character, HOW could I godmod with her even if I wanted to? If anything, Syb's going to be even more colorful because of all the contracts she winds up taking sweatdrop

Q. Tell us about you! What sort of experience do you have in the B/C?
A. Now it sounds like I'm bragging sweatdrop It's not like I'm trying to get a job in the shop, or anything! I just want a kid<3 But lessee... I've been around since '03, I briefly ran a shop called Masquerade, then went to work as an RP manager for Feien Fairies, then went to Cabbage Partch when Feien died. I worked as an rp manager there, as well, then that died (not my fault, either of them, Em got bored or disappeared.) I worked at Mystic Mixers for a bit, but got burnt out on Gaia and took a hiatus for about a year or so. Now I hang out at SoA and here, questing a ditzy blonde<3

Q. Why do you want this character? Why not something cooler?
A. Sybaline's cool! But really, the idea of a patchwork girl that switches her hair out by replacing the top part of her head got stuck in my head and I ran with it. She's going to be so much fun! And playing such an upbeat character always cheers me up<3

Q. Why do you think Sybaline fits in with this setting?
A. Well, in a way she is rainbow kawaii desu! But at the same time, she would fit in perfectly with the Tim Burton movies. She falls apart, she takes the top of her head off, her idea of handsome would be Christof, and her idea of romantic involves various parts falling off throughout the movie. (Corpse Bride is her favorite movie EVAR, if you're curious. She cries at the end every time.) But I'm open to suggestions if you think she doesn't fit!

Q. Is she a stereotype?
A. In some ways I'm making fun of blonde stereotypes. But she's sweet and loving, and she's doing the best she can with what she has. She's innocent, her mother kept her that way, and I think school might open her eyes to some things that she won't know how to deal with, but will have to, anyway. She'll probably get picked on a lot because of her childish innocence, and it'll be hard on her, because the biggest part of Sybaline is her heart.

I'm not trying to make her the most popular kid in the school. In fact, that'd be boring as hell. I want her to suffer a lot, if only in private. I want to toss fears and heartache and hardships at her and see how she reacts. I want to see just how deep a cotton stuffed toy with a clock for a heart can become<3 I think she's got a lot of promise, myself.

Q. What kind of personality is Sybaline worst with?
A. Badasses. Especially if they're male. She doesn't really know much about males to begin with, and if they're big and scary, well, she'll probably start to get a bit squeaky. Her hands will instinctively go to her skirt and tighten on the material and she'll try not to look them in the eyes too often, even as she tentatively tries to make friends.

Q. But you were cracking jokes about her being BFF with Cat and Muka!
A. Not a question, but yeah<3 Thing is, they don't come off as badasses, just... strange. (Or scarier than heck, if you can see Cat's real form or notice Muka's... everything. Syb's too oblivious) She's perfectly fine with strange! And I figure she'll be friends with Jinx, too, even though she's a reaper. She's not stopped by gender or species, just how people come off. Oh, and werewolves. She's a little iffy around werewolves.

Q. Why are her hands so smart?
A. That last shot of FEAR from Bella came with the lightning bolt, so it had a more dominant presence, so to say. Pretty much in all ways, she IS Bella's daughter, she just doesn't have a daddy and didn't come about by "normal" means. So basically she gets the hands from her mom<33

- Discussed plot with Hostel. There will be something shady going on where Cat uses Syb as a minion<33 He'll use her low self esteem as a lever to keep her doing what he wants!
