"You're beyond an idiot, you're a moron! OW!" Mahiri glared at his brother, not pleased at being kicked again. "Will you STOP that?! That's RUDE of you!" Really, Chata talked about not being rude, and here he was kicking Mahiri!
Chata rewared Mahiri with another kick. "YOU'RE a moron!" He then turned back to Shibasa. "Maybe Master Xavier can remove the curse and help you? I think he can remove curses like that..." Surely he could remove ANY curse. Anything was possible if one believed enough.

Shibasa snorted. "Do you really think I'd be here, being bossed around by cubs if I didn't think that was a possibility?" he asked. "No, this whole pride thing, it ain't for me. I'd rather be out there roamin' the rogue lands."
There was a hint of sorrow in his eyes as he looked into the distance. Then it disappeared. "But I've been wandering the rogue lands for a while now, met a lot of strange lions, but your god seems to be the closest I can find to a way to get my soul back."
Then he turned back to his job of gathering fruit. "That's enough story time," he told them. "You two get back to the pride. Everyone's probably searching fro you by now."

The gray cub stood up, letting out a huff. "Oh, let 'em worry... I wanna find this goddess that took your soul! I'll avenge it! I'll smash her, with my FACE!" As if to demonstrate this, he went up to a rock and smacked his face to it. All that accomplished was a bit of a headache, and he fell over. "Woo, everything's spinning and I see little LIGHTS..."
He could only shake his head, before shoving Mahiri with a paw. "Come on, Mr. Avenger, let's get back before Mother comes after us..." He didn't want her to worry, after all. "Or worse, Safi'macho." Hers was an anger he didn't want to evoke, since very unlike her mother, she COULD touch them... And drag them back by their tails. As he walked away, he looked back at Shibasa. "Bye, mister Shibasa!"
That was enough convincing for him, and Mahiri stumbled after his brother. "Bye, slave! OW! STOP KICKING ME!" Recovering from his head-to-rock greeting, he pounced his brother, tumbling with him the whole way back.
