Ithi didn't know what to say but thinking about it she had seen a monster, "Yes I have but I doubt it was the same as you have seen." She smiled at the cub while inside her body she was snarling at the lion who had brought the pride here many troubles.

"How was it?! " The cub asked anxiously, moving up to her paws, tail swatting about behind her-- had she really seen the same one? There might be other monsters too!

"horrible... the beast hurt one of my friends badly." She then smiled at the cub and laid back down again, "What about the one you saw? Was it terrible? The one I saw was white, it had a pink stripe down its back!" She smiled, might as well amuse the youngster.

The cub gasped, it hurt her friend! Her monster probably wasen't that bad, after all.. "Its wos about the size of your paw! " She said, as if it where hte most amazing thing in the world. "And it was shiney! " She shivered at the thought of her monster, bringing a paw to her nose.

Ithi tilted her head, "What else did it look like?" She was curious now and thinking it was just a poor bug or something that the cub was now scared of, kinda cute really.

"I didn't see it very well.. But it was in the water! " She stammered, now crefully making sure none of it would float over to her. "And it was slippery too! " The cub nodded affirmingly, she'd felt it slip down her spine-- it was also rather.. Cold for such a hot time.

A frog... she smiled and decided not to spoil the youngsters fun if that is what you could call it. She watched the water for a while before looking back at the cub, "Did it hurt you at all or the other one you were with?" She was curious but pretty certain it was a harmless frog or something.

"No.. But Kiburi was all scared! And it had.. Some sorts of... prickly things on its back! " She whispered, as if for the monster not to hear. "Like.. Wings or something. " This was also said in a whisper, the cub seemed more concerned on the monsters existance, not how it looked.

Maybe a toad... either way it was probably harmless. "Well how about we go and look for soemthing to eat or something then we can get away from the water adn the monsters yeah?" She was hoping this would work and the cub would start talking about something other then monsters.

"I can't go too far. " She murmured, then panced out of the water, trying to motion towards the mountain near the lake, easly in view. "I can't go to far from Swaii. " She nodded, jumping up on the first few rock of the mountain.

She looked back, "Who is Swaii?" She was curious, this cub hadn't been alone its whole life? Questions were popping up in her head but then again they had been anyway she just wasn't sure how to say what she was thinking.

Kimaji nodded. "Swaii is Swaiidad. Swaii is sleeping, so I tried to cach a mouse and I did. But it was moving and I coulden't keep it cuz I wanted to drink water and had to let go! " After 'Swaiidad', the cub had started to talk quickly, took a deep breath then continued. "Then Ithi show up! " A nod. "See? " She pranced back to the female, pawing at her to prove she was real.

Ithi nodded, "Your father?" She smiled and nudged the youngsters head, "Ok then, where did you find this mouse? We can try and find it again yeah?" Lame idea but the only one she could think of.

Kimaji shook her head. "Mousie ran away, its probably.. Long away now! " She groaned, pouncing back up on the rocks, so she could get a better view. "Mousie are hard to cach. They know the rocks. And the rocks help them. " She nodded, in a way, the rocks were a small enemy, hiding her prey, hmph.

Ithi chuckled but she was out of ideas now on what to do, she knew she would have to return to Koda at some point. "What would you like to do now then?" Ithi had really ran out of ideas!
