Day fourteen Current weight: 79 kg (174 pounds)
Breakfast: - 1/2 bowl of Special K red fruit - a glass of semi-skimmed milk
Snacks: 1 piece of frangipane cake 2 pieces of chocolate cake an ice cream with lemon and mango flavour
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise
Dessert: nothing
Exercise: swimming sparring
Notes: I'm on a sleepover with friends. They eat a lot... Wish me luck!
Mood: full

Lunch: bread with cheese fruit tea with a spoon of honey
Snack: pop corn fanta
Dinner: ravioli
Dessert: orange
Exercise: sparring
Notes: back home now
Mood: gloomy

Lunch: toast with cheese and jelly
Dinner: steak with lettuce and potatoes
Dessert: orange
Exercise: absolutely nothing
Notes: reason for no breakfast: it was noon when I got out of bed
Mood: tired

Breakfast: 1/2 bowl ofspecial k with semi-skimmed milk

Snack: grapes
Dinner: gyros with rice
Dessert: yet to come
Exercise: lol, carrying around grandparents, does that count?
Notes: gonna visit grandpa today

ouh! we're almost the same height! and have the same goal weight! great minds think alike I guess (;
though, you're about 10 pounds ahead of me but good luck finishing it off! 4laugh

Day nineteen Current weight: 78 kg (172 pounds)
Breakfast: 1/2 bowl of special k with semi-skimmed milk
Snacks: nothing
Lunch: banana smoothie (2 bananas and a glass of semi-skimmed milk)
Dinner: half a baguette with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, mayonaise and cheese. applejuice
Dessert: 2 pancakes with sugar applejuice 3 beers 3 glasses of apple gin
Exercise: carrying heavy bags, walking for an over an hour with them.
Notes: going on a weekend to the ardens today. Will be eating nothing but vegetarian. And wow, first time in my life that I've drunk, and I didn't feel a THING! Quite dissapointing...
Mood: tired

Day twenty Current weight: no idea
Breakfast: 3 cups of semi-skimmed yoghurt and muesli 1 slice of wholewheat bread with chocolate paste apple juice tea
Lunch: 1 slice of wholewheat bread with brie 1 slice with herb cheese 2 slices of gingerbread applejuice
Snack: waffles
Dinner: 5 pieces of vegetarian self-made pizza with: corn, cucumber, tomatoes, tomato sauce, cheese, olives herb cheese, pineapple and paprika water
Dessert: 3 beers a handfull of crisps peanuts
Exercise: hiking for a whole day in the hills of the ardens.
Notes: I'm broken, I got three blisters on my feet.
Mood: real tired

Breakfast: 2 cups of semi-skimmed yoghurt with muesli 1 slice of wholewheat bread with brie a cup of tea
Snacks: rice cake
Lunch: 3 slices of wholewheat bread with: herb cheese and brie
Dinner: Self made hare pate with potatoes
Dessert: nothing
Exercise: carrying heavy bags, walking for an over an hour with them.
Notes: home again man, ate more than ever on that weekend!
Mood: tired
