Brody briefly considered making a snarky comment, before he remembered that Mike was squeezing his windpipe harder and harder. With no other choice appearing in his head, Brody decided to try and force himself to his feet, dragging Landry up along the way. If he made it that far, he'd take the logical conclusion, and drop backwards, hopefully landing on Landry.
((Sorry it's so vague. I really couldn't think of a way to make it sound right with plenty of detail.))

Landry didn't make it easy on Brody. When Brody pushed up, Landry pushed down and squeezed harder. Brody's strength was amazing, but Landry had gravity on his side and refused to let Brody have this without a fight. However it seemed Brody would not be denied, and Landry was smashed back onto the canvas under his weight.

((Auto Hit...Brody why? crying ))
Landry clutched his chest, trying to regain his breath after it was smashed from his body. He rolled over to his chest and tried crawling back up to his feet.

((Because someone saw fit to make half of my classes assign papers and research due tomorrow. But excuses excuses........))
Brody rolled away from Landry as soon as his head was free. Stopping on his hands and knees, he took the lull in activity to catch his breath while he got to his feet.

((*Glare*...Acceptable...for now...))
Landry grabbed the ropes, trying to get back to his feet, coughing up a lungin the process after the rib shattering landing.

(Alright I'm going to let you guys continue. This will be just added to the next match. To justify it we will say during your match there was a power outage and we were able to get WWFG back up just in time for the next match..Enjoy.)

((Oh no! Not the Landry Glare! Legends say it can burn through steel!))
Finally back on his feet, Brody looked across the ring to Landry, and briefly toyed with the idea of attacking. After looking closely, however, he noticed Landry seemed to be in some serious pain. Being the stupid nice guy that he was, Brody walked over to Landry, and leaned towards him. "You gonna be alright, Mike?"
((Tim, if I'm going against the idea here, just delete the post.))

Landry turned and slapped Brody in the face. He seemed furious, but was still holding his ribs.
"Damnit! I'm hurt! Take me out! You want to be the best? You take every opportunity! Win now! Apologize later! Or do you really want to be the best?"
Landry lunged forward and tried to kick Brody straight in the face.

Brody didn't react to Landry's slap in any discernible way, with only a slight twitch in his face showing how much it actually hurt. Turning his head to say something back to Landry, he found a foot heading towards his face. He stumbled backwards a few feet from the sudden collision, desperately holding on to his nose to check if it was bleeding. If anything, it was enough to distract him for a few minutes.

And Landry, staying true to his word, moved forward to try and finish the match, attempting to bring Brody down with his old finishing favorite, the Hurrislam! ((Lateral press into spinout-sitout facebuster))

Still fazed from the kick to the face, Brody had no chance to counter or dodge Landry's move. His head slammed against the mat, and the force seemingly knocked him out cold.

Landry tried to hook the arm and turn Brody over, going for a pin.

"Eins.....Zwei.......Drei!"
Apparently, Landry's move forced Brody's head into the mat hard enough for him to hear the count in German. He was barely able to react to the numbers, and was only able to lift his shoulder a full second after the count had ended.
((Will Edit if necessary.))

Landry stood up as his music began to play and he immediatly pulled away from the referee who tried to raise up his hand.
He shook his head, staring down at Brody as he held onto his aching ribs, shaking his head with dissapointment. He leaned down to Brody and said without the assistance of a microphone, "I expected more from you. There's no way in hell...I should be able to beat you."
Mike stood back up and exited the ring, leaving Brody to think on those words in any language he felt appropriate.
