Claire xxxxxRanixxxxxAndrew

Rani nearly did a double-take, catching sight of the strange creatures.
"What the hell?"
If Claire had hands to clap gleefully, she would. Water. Lots of it.This would be too easy for her,
then a thought struck her. Her partner on the other hand...
Andrew grunted and crossed his arms. He sure as hell wasn't a fire type,
but just the thought of rain... and wailords. The larvitar near shuddered at
the simple thought of it.
"Guess I'm staying behind guys." He muttered.
Figured. Andrew wasn't going to head off just at the moment though, he
took interest in the bulbasaur's question. She had a very good point.
He didn't really care what they looked like, it was quite interesting in fact, but could they be trusted?

Era & Ethfael & Erinn

The instant that the foreign looking cat Pokemon snapped Erinn bolted, hiding quivering behind Era. His claws were over his eyes and he was hoping that the old standby worked for him, aka 'If I can't see you then you can't see me.' Era looked back at him with a sigh and shook her head. He majorly needed some confidence boosters.

Ethfael meanwhile was preoccupied with the new Pokemon, his thoughts in overdrive. There was a fifth generation of Pokemon that Arceus had created, which had been on some islands on the border of their land since the beginning of time, and had managed to avoid detection all this time; it was remarkable. Ethfael wanted to talk to them, wnated to find out about them; surely there were at least 100 new species, most likely more, which all would be unique in their own ways with tradition and culture and heritage. The Dragonair was thoroughly intrigued by the very idea, but he kept silent, listening to the rest of Solaris's speech and growing quite solemn as he did so. "A Wailord with the Water Amulet, hmm?" he said quietly, "What say you Era?" He rested his tail on her shoulder for a moment to catch her attention, his expression serene.

Era felt a blush threaten to tinge her cheeks and she quickly fought it off, stepping back slightly so that she escaped his touch. "We should be able to handle it," she said once she recovered her voice, in her normal energetic and persuasive manner, "Last time was a fluke, it never happed before now did it. Let's fight the Wailord, redeem ourselves in the eyes of the rest of the Guilds by getting the pendant, and help the new Guild!" Ethfael smiled and even Erinn peeked out from where he was cowering. Era smiled at their encouraging responses and then turned back to Solaris and the others with her Team, prepared to embark on their next great Guild adventure.

Team Cupric heard "Arceus made a fifth generation of Pokemon" as they were coming down the corridor, so they were not as surprised when they slipped quietly into the back of the gathering and saw these foreign Pokemon. The fact that Solaris was behaving in a rational manner was slightly less expected. Eh, not like anyone was going to complain.

Tolin

"...I'll see who I can gather. Don't make a move until reinforcements arrive." Tolin took a quick glance at Diane and Zachary before disappearing. Another set of pokemon, huh? This could be important. It was a new guild to add to the building forces, and it held the possibility of powerful fighters and beings that had yet to be heard of. "Your guild will be fine."

By the time he had left, Desmond had already received the mental signal and begun to act. He, himself, was off to the Eclipse residence. Solaris wasn't exactly a master of negotiations. Hopefully, many of their more powerful allies would be available. Raith, Ivan, Suicune, Amaterasu... And any of the guild leaders available. Rev if he was around, not that he would be likely to help much. Wailords didn't seem like his territory.

Desmond

Desmond popped into place and hit the ground with a loud bang, causing the floor to rumble. "I've contacted as many as I could track down. If they're coming, they'll be here soon." His psychic could travel over vast distances and do wondrous things, but there was only so much it could do. He was only loosely familiar with many of the "allies", so it had been difficult to track down the ones he had, and who knew how many of them would come. Most people weren't used to the link, so not everyone had responded.

Minerva & Lia & Thanatos

Minerva, Lia and Thanatos came into the hall as quickly as they could. The news of an attack both by and against an Elite was disturbing, but information on the existence of a new guild was of pressing importance. Pluto had, at first, tried to make the Vaporeon stay, but he had little say in the matter. He had, however, insisted that Thanatos come guard her, and that Lia stay near her in case a teleport was needed to escape potential conflict. She may have her duties, but her life was crucial.

Minerva suppressed any look of surprise at the two pokemon. She had been expecting their oddities, having been informed of the rough situation by Tolin. "Greetings, Diane. My name is Minerva, and I'm the presently acting leader of the Guild of the Sun. We're more than willing to pledge our aid, and though I understand the urgency I would like to know more of the problem." That was one thing that hadn't been adequately explained to her. "Is the Wailord attacking the islands directly, or is he just creating a storm from a distance? Are the attacks constant, or are their spells of calm?" It was important. It might be easier just to move the whole guild off the island if he was creating the storm from afar.

Solaris---Moonfall---Diane---Zachary---Genesis---Raith

The feline turned to the Bulbasaur that approached. They may not know the fifth gen that well, but the fifth gen were well learned on them.
"A long time ago, when the world was first created Arceus made five sets of Pokemon. When war raged amongst them, a Pokemon of the fifth set sought God out and demanded he do something to stop the fighting.
Insulted that he was ordered about by a common mortal, Arceus banished the Pokemon and his entire generation to a remote island. To keep them from interferring with the other four generations he placed a barrier on the island and shroud it in fog to hide it from the eyes of others...but...now...something has caused that barrier to break...and that Wailord was unleashed into our midst. I decided that since the Wailor got in, then we could get out and we came here for help..."
The cat narrowed her eyes Melissa. "If you don't wish to help us. Then stay. But the only proof I can provide you with is a conference with our Guildmaster..."
She glanced to the Scyther taking off to gather assistance and then to the serena Vaporen that approached them.
"He's making a storm, but on occasion he'll ram the guild. Our guild is partially overlooking a cliff and the rising waters have elevated the beast to our level. It's been a constant attack from either the weather or his random assaults...it's gradually getting worse..."
Her ears flicked upward at the sound of more Pokemon appearing.
"Do you guys ever NOT have an emergency? Arceus christ..." Stalking into the room with his teeth grit in annoyance, Raith answered the call for action rather quickly. His team was not so interested and remained behind.
"Gen will teleport us there..." Diane stated, and another bizarre Pokemon appeared with an almost Kirlia-like appearance.

The Meleotta teleported with the sound of wind chimes, blue and green cyclone of aura spiraling around the guild members to whisk them away.

They would all appear in an odd room. It was circular in shape with brightly colored walls and rainbow motifs. Above hung the shattered remains of multiple mobiles. One had Pokeballs, the other was of tiny flying bat creatures with heart-shaped noses.
A large train track circled the perimeter, the train itself laying on its side nearby and broken in half.
Various toys piled up near the walls and bookshelves full of children's stories gathered dust above.
"Dammit, Gen! You aren't suppose to teleport us in here! He's gonna freak out!"
"Sorry..." came the soft, musical tone.
"Whatever..." Diane replied, "Lynne is the guildmaster. He needs to explain things anyways...LYNNE! We have guests! They've come to help!"
As the Purrloin spoke a rumble shook the guild and the entire place trembled.
"Damned Wailord...at this rate the whole place will flood..."

A young quadruped Pokemon blinked a few times as a lavishing, bright light filled his living quarters as he lied there, sprawled on a luxurious bed which was decorated with churlish patterns and colors. In fact the whole room itself was rather high-end for someone his age; none of the toys spread around though, no matter the price they surely cost to begin with, were exactly in the best condition. All was treated the same, if it couldn't bring him utmost joy it was trash.
Immediately upon arrival of the foreigners the deer-looking Pokemon began to hack and sneeze with unending vigor.
"Yeah Gen! Why'd you have to bring the filth in here?!!"
Between wheezing gasps he cried out, not intentionally referring to his hired help as such but when the sanctity of his room was violated usually this is what happens to his defenseless body. After each sneeze a cloud of randomly changing bright colored smoke, consisting of a pollen-like matter, filled the air around him, heralding a change in the color of his coat as he swapped violently in between seasons.
"The air... The sweet air has been polluted..."
He whimpered out, acting a bit over dramatic now as he stood up on his bed and stumbled around a moment before falling off the side onto the floor, remaining in that position and continuing to speak with the occasional change in form breaking apart his words.
"Refreshments are out the door and to your right, giant rampaging Wailord to the left and directly on the coastline. Our best warriors have been at him all day. Can't say much for their effectiveness though. Thank you very much all for coming and best of luck to you. From what I've seen I bet his weak spot is in his right eye, it's all blue and funny. Hit him with your electric and grass stuffs... NOW GET OUT crying ."
With a caustic briefing the guildmaster, Lynne dismissed his troops and miserably attempted to return to his feet.

Doku---&---Silvia

"Wait, wait, I don't wanna' telep-OH GOD!"
At the next moment, Doku and Silvia were at some other place, amongst some other new Pokemon who seemed to be schizophrenic with his appearance.

Silvia's black cloud whisked across the frightened Leafeon's face, calming him a little.
"This deer thing-guy is weeeeeird..."

Melissa

"I never said anything about not helping, but we have been attacked recently by many powerful foes. You should be able to understand our situation." Melissa huffed a little indignantly. They should have expected at least some resistance if they were going to show up, declare the existence of a hundred or more species of previous-unknown Pokemon, and demand help. Not that anyone else seemed to be showing any caution at all despite the fact everyone has probably figured out by now that someone wants the guilds dead.

And the cat-thing's reply irked Melissa more than a bit, who had expected someone at least slightly more diplomatic. Arceus, whoever put her in charge was an idiot. She did pay attention enough to frown at her explanation though. If what she said was true...

Well, no time for more arguing or explanations, because someone decided to POOF them all away, like always. Being in this guild is a great way to learn how to deal with the unpleasantness of teleportation.

Solaris---Moonfall---Diane---Zachary---Genesis---Raith

"Zachary, tend to the spazzfest."Diane turned sharply to the guilds, her red eyes glinting with ferocity.
"You heard queer-deer. Go for his eye...it's all shiny and stuff. Rather odd as well, it seems to absorb Water Type moves."
She waved a paw at Solaris who was entranced by a squeaky-toy that looked like a grey Pidgey with more poof to it's feathers.
"...I can tell both our guilds have problems with quality leadership." She commented before coninueing.
"To the roof, it's the best vantage point to strike."
With that she led the way out the room and down the hall to a spiral staircase that enevitably carried the guilds up to the roof and within the midst of the storm.
The wind blew powerfully, the rain came down cold and hard, and a white shape drifted into view from the murky waters.

Long-ranged Attacks Only! Water Type moves will RESTORE his health!

The Wailord is pretty quick for it's size! If it hits the guild and your character's are on the edge of the roof then they'll fall in!
From this point on you must alternate between having them in the center of the roof and near the edge.
You may not have all your Pokemon in the center at the same time, it's too crowded! And if they stood in the center this turn they must be at the edge the next turn!
When the Wailord hits the guild the Pokemon on the edge will fall in the water be stuck fighting off Sharpedo for a full post round before they can be rescued!

[Indicate where your Pokemon is with either [C] for center of [E] for edge, next to their names or sprites or listed at the bottom of the post.]

Doku [E]---&---Silvia [C]

Doku stood tall upon receiving the orders.
"To the roof, then! Come hither, Silvia! We shall do battle!"
Silvia's glowing eyes blinked a little at Doku's words.
'Come hither...?'
Nevertheless, when he ran off, she was close to follow.
They came to the top of the roof, Doku using his tail to shield his eyes from the fierce rain.
The rain was just going through Silvia, but she had to keep herself together so the wind didn't blow her away.
"Silvia! Stay in the center for now! I'll go up and attack!" Doku yelled an order.
Fighting the wind, Doku managed to move forward to the edge of the roof, looking down at the huge Wailord.
"C'mon everybody! This guy isn't so tough! He's just a big fat fatty!"
He swung his head, launching a Razor Leaf attack at the Elite.
Right past Doku's head soared a Shadow Ball from Silvia, which zoomed into the Wailord.

While all the other guild members changed positions on top of the roof, Celsus chose a spot slightly off the roof, trusting in his ability to catch any team members that fell and grab onto the building if he was blown too strongly. His teammates were perched right by the edge beside him, flinging projectiles of ice, indigo fire, and exploding fire. Whenever he was absolutely certain nothing was going to happen to himself or his team, Celsus sent a stream of indigo fire in the general direction of the enemy, which usually missed. Ach, he'd be able to do more once the thing actually got within melee reach.

(-3 Wailord--Dragon Rage, other dragon rage that misses, Fire Blast, and Ice Ball. The entire team is on the edge.)

"Yeah, Zachy! Come help clean the spazzfest's room, manslave! Hey...Wait... DIANE I HATE CHUU!"
The Deerling's demeanor obviously changed other than minuscule amount of blush across his muzzle from just being conned into making crude comments about himself. Granted it never really took much to trick the young Pokemon into doing anything.
"Uggh, it still wreaks in here of those intruders..."
He muttered to himself angrily, surprisingly having maintained his winter forme for this long on a side note.
"I'll be outside Zachy, once you have this place decontaminated call me in. I can't stand the smell. I swear that ugly pink feline that seemed to be their leader hadn't bathed in weeks."
With that said Lynne gladly joined the fray simply by walking outside onto his private balcony. Yes, while a capacious amount of his own guild members along with requested recruits were fighting in tight quarters up upon the crowded roof, he had his own safe area a good 10 feet below with far better stability and room to aim.
"DEATH FROM ABOVE!"
He cried out with giggles galore as an impressively large Leech Seed attack shot from the flower that adorned the side of his head. A good portion of the the front of Wailord's body was soon infested by ever-growing, thorny vines that crawled and latched on to its target without mercy. For his stature and sickly nature this young'n still packed quite a bit of fighting spirit in him; and to top things off his condition was bettering as he could feel the energy from his previous attack flowing back into him while draining power from the opponent.

(-1 every turn Leech Seed decides to stay in play.)

Desmond

Desmond hadn't teleported into the room to begin with, preferring to simply follow the trail left behind by the other psychic type. And then, of course, he repositioned in so that he wouldn't destroy the building by showing up. It was much more convenient, as a whole, than teleporting inside.

He hovered in midair before shooting a simple Aeroblast at the Wailord. The moment the thing got closer, however, he would be on top of it. He would force his body to the Wailord's with his psychic, and then destroy the creature. An Aeroblast through his eye would do it.

Minerva & Lia & Thanatos

"Lia, you are to stay with me for the time being. Thanatos, move with the guild and give orders as necessary. If someone is injured, take them in through the building." Minerva gave her orders quickly to her two attendants. The Gengar frowned beyond the norm; leaving Minerva in the middle of potentially hostile territory didn't appeal to him. But Lia was perceptive, so long as she was quick... He would check in often, though. "Solaris, pull the guild back if necessary. We aren't here to get killed." With that, she turned in the direction of not-the-evil-Wailord. Lia followed closely behind.

Thanatos floated up and threw a Shadow Ball, or something! Pew pew!

Claire [E] xxxxxRani [E]xxxxxAndrew [X]

"Good Luck."
Andrew nodded his head to the both of them, stepping back and nodding them a goodbye before the strange green pokemon would whisk them away. Of all the times, he frowned, he had to miss out on this one. He would have enjoyed seeing Rani get her a** handed to her.
The ground and rock type pokemon was the last thing Claire and Rani saw before being blinded by a sharp light.
They came into a strange room, beautiful, yet strange. Rani had gotten sick from the travel over, not yet used to teleportation. The nidoran covered her mouth with her hand, refusing to make a mess of things so soon.
When she had quite recovered, Claire was already rushing behind the rest of the guild, Rani barely caught up.
The two pushed themselves through the crowd to the edge, not taking up very much room. (Let's face it, they weren't exactly space takers.)
The dratini took in a deep breath, her mind in a moment of pure focus. As her jaw opened, a small purple flame arose. It grew larger, more powerful. As the heat intensified, the center became a strange and entrancing yellow glare. When she felt ready, Claire unleashed the fury, aiming directly at the large mammal's eye.
(Aka, A Dragon Rage. xP)
Rani smirked at the dragon type. Placing her hand on her neck, she felt a heat rise up in her. It was sickening, lethal, venomous. She couldn't say that she didn't love it. It was her. With a small cry, she felt the stings of her attack rising up. In one swift movement, she jumped up and sent forward a flurry of long, sharp needles. Each one was glowing with the intensity of her poison. Yay for unneeded attack description!

- Gypsy - - Zephyr -

Gypsy gasped as a giant Wailord could be seen off in the distance. She jumped behind Zephyr on his place on the roof and poked her head between his legs. "I've never seen an albino Pokemon before! It looks so cool!" Zephyr stepped forward, leaving his partner's head just kinda awkwardly out there in the cold air. "Are you sure you'll be all right? Being a Vulpix and all. Maybe you should get back to the room, I can handle this. Besides, I won't be alone." Zephyr commented as the guild began to split up into the center of the roof and on the edge. "Over my dead body! Wait... Hmph. I'm part Electric-type too ya know! I'll be awesome against this water-type. I'll be fiiine~" She smiled and pranced towards the center. "Now you get towards the edge, I don't want to fall off!" Once on the edge, Zephyr unleashed a powerful Razor Wind as soon as the Wailord got close enough to hit. Gypsy also showed off her father's Luxray abilities with a Spark.
