There was bruising on his back as well, but not quite as bad as what was on his chest. When prompted to, Seth buttoned up his shirt again. "It can wait," he told Kofuku bluntly. The elite preferring to get out of here as quickly as possible.
Despite that, at least he would be getting something to help him heal. Why they didn't prescribe that in the first place, he had no idea.

Kofuku gave him a small grin, feeling better about knowing that some things in this place really never changed, then turned from him and walked to the counter. Picking up the Tupperware container, she brought it over and held it out to him. "Here, I made these for you earlier this morning. They're cookies in the shape of Team Galactic's logo so you can bite down on them in fury... Might as well pass them to you while you're here." She had attempted to make Lance-faced cookies, but alas, they came out deformed and retarded looking.

Seth couldn't help an odd look at Kofuku's cheery disposition, which was unusual for when she was around him. The man simply staring as she turned around and presented him with a container of cookies.
He was suspicious.
"What is this all about?" he asked, narrowing blue eyes at her and not taking the container from her yet.
What exactly was going on here?! Why were women throwing sugary confections at him all of the sudden?! First it was Nyx with the cake, and now Kofuku with cookies?
Clearly the women in Team Rocket had lost their minds.

"A very long overdue 'thank you'." Kofuku said simply as a bright smile came over her face. "You're the reason I'm finally making progress and shaping up to be a functional member of this organization. I know I'm no where close to what you expect, but scaring the s**t out of me those months ago was exactly what I needed. So thank you, Seth sir, for scaring the living bejessus out of me, making me realize what I needed to do, and all around making me realize what will happen to me if I don't shape up."
Once again, she held out the container. "I promise they're good, I tested them on a few of the other grunts hanging around the kitchen, and none of them have come in with food poisoning."

For a few moments, the only thing Seth could do was stare. An incredulous look on his face as Kofuku actually thanked him for scaring the crap out of her. Of which he couldn't even remember doing. He scarred the living daylights out of people on a regular basis after all.
"Is this some kind of joke?" Seth asked, clearly taken aback by this sudden turn of events.
But once again the container was pushed at him and he begrudgingly accepted it. Although he didn't look entirely sure what to do with it.
This was just. Strange. It was safe to say that thanking Seth for being himself, and then giving him desserts, was one way to break his mind successfully.

"Nope, no joke at all, Sir." Though it did take a good deal of self-control to not snicker at the fact that Seth had what could almost be classified as a 'confused' expression on his face.
Her hands now free of the container, Kofuku bent down and took the medicine that Ichigo had brought to her. "Alright, dosage is the same as before for your painkillers, but I would consider taking them only when you need to, since these are addictive. The salve can be used whenever you want though." With another bright smile, she held out the medicine to the Elite. "And that's all for this visit, you're free to go back to doing whatever and taking it easy."

Seth was quiet for several moments as he was then handed the medicine and the salve. He stared at them for a moment, before getting to his feet with a huff.
"Fine. I'm out of here."
He needed to leave before his mind broke any further. This was weirding him out just a little bit.
With that, he took the cookies and the meds and promptly exited the exam room. But not without practically bumping into the doctor, who had been eavesdropping in the hallway.
Reyard stepped back and allowed Seth to pass, which he did rather quickly, while clearing her throat and adjusting her glasses. An amused smirk appearing on her face as she watched the man leave.

"Good girl, Ichigo." Kofuku picked up the pink-achu and placed the pokemon on her shoulder, then went about cleaning up the room so that it was ready for the next patient. Gathering up Seth's charts and medical notes, she organized the pile before pausing for a moment. It felt so strange to be grinning like she was... that is, to actually be truly happy. Still, it felt great that Seth had actually accepted the cookies, and even better to know that she was becoming useful.
Taking a deep breath, and attempting to subdue the toothy grin on her face, Kofuku turned and walked out the door into the hall.

And the doctor was still standing there when Kofuku finally left the room. A little smirk on her face and arms folded across her chest while clutching a clipboard in hand.
"How amusing. I'm not sure what possessed you to do such a thing, but I must commend you on completely befuddling the poor man."

Kofuku nearly jumped a foot in the air, surprised by the doc standing there, her eyes wide open for a second before she started laughing a little at being so startled. She held out the folder of papers to Dr. Reyard and shrugged.
"Well, it's all kinda true. I wouldn't be here today if he hadn't assigned me to clean up a week here. I mean, I don't have a fancy degree, I dropped out of high school... so working here as staff was something that had never crossed my mind." She paused a moment, then grinned. "I'm not sure if I should feel bad or not for confusing him. It seems that Seth might be one of those you're able to be killed with kindness."

"Hmm," Julia hummed quietly as she took the papers from Kofuku and stared at her intently. "I suppose you do have a lot to be grateful for then. That man seems to be able to bring out the worst and the best in people. Those that tolerate him tend to go far, not unlike your friend."
Oh yes she knew about Faleen, which wasn't too surprising considering how much Kofuku liked to talk.
"However, I think it would be in Team Rocket's best interests if you didn't confuse him too much. I don't think the boss would appreciate a dead elite." The doctor continued with a wry grin.

At the mention of Faleen, Kofuku's face dropped faster than a lead balloon. "Yeah...." Running her fingers through her hair and hooking some of it behind her ears, she gave a quick smile. "I'll do my best not to break the man and keep the pastries at a minimum."
She paused a moment, feeling the last of her good mood slip away. "Well.... I guess I should go back to washing things"
