Alexis Uraitsuki Alexis grimaced slightly. "Technically, I know of you, Jean... we've never met, though I know things that would likely startle you," he admitted. He could feel the burning resurface, but this time it was centralized in his forearms and hands. "You all might want to back up.... I have a feeling this may hurt," he said, his tone almost conversational though he honestly had no idea what the hell was going on. He noticed Hank coming toward him and flinched an instant before a boom not unlike thunder exploded with him at the center; he noticed Professor Xavier backing away, covering his eyes with one hand as the shockwave pushed both Jean and Storm backward, though it didn't seem to hurt them. When the glare faded it revealed the bench, though now it was scorched black and the ground underneath it looked seared and dry. Curiously, there were two knives sitting in the center of the seared area, dead between his feet. Tendrils of smoke rose from his body, though he seemed unhurt. Moments later he fell backwards,, revealing he was once again unconscious. He didn't even notice his own body landing on its palms and flipping into a crouching position as the hair fell around his face, revealing one eye was glowing a faint silver while the other glowed a dark purple. Hank tilted his head when the glare of whatever happened faded. He noticed hilts of the dual knives, one of which seemed to be ivory and gold while the other was onyx and what he suspected was silver. He noticed the blood had seemingly been vaporized, though he did notice faint silvery scars streaking te boy's skin as he fell backward; he was somewhat amused when the boy flipped, though he was certain the boy was unconscious.

Jean looked to the others and watched the boy cautiously. "Alexis. Can you hear me?" she asked on a whim.

Alexis Uraitsuki "He cannot hear you, but we can... we are part of him, yet separate... conscious, yet unconscious. You need not worry we will be corrupted by hatred, for that cannot happen unless the boy becomes so," he said softly, his voice dual toned, one a calm male tone while the other was a soft female tone. "Until he hears our names, he will have limited powers... superhuman strength, speed, and stamina among them as well as superhuman endurance and very limited elemental techniques; once he becomes aware of us, his powers will begin to grow, though they will have limits as everything, both living and dead, has," the dual voices said as one. The male voice alone picked up next. "We each have different names, which he must discover for himself; doing so will unlock new abilities and forms for our physical forms," he said, his tone calmly yet faintly amused. Both spirits had slept in Alexis' subconsious until now, though the male spirit doubted the mutants noticed that the silvery eye glowed slightly brighter when he spoke and the other eye did so when the female spirit spoke. "It is best if he wakes in a bed, though he possesses formidable strength on his own... he just needs to realize his abilities," the female spirit said softly as both spirits receded deep within his mind; they were the source of the psionic barriers preventing Professor Xavier from reading more than surface thoughts. Alexis' eyes ceased glowing as he slumped over on his left side, a low sigh escaping him as he fell into a deep sleep. Hank blinked at the dual tones in the boy's voice, thoughtful. It isn't multiple personalities, from what I gather, he thought. I am interested in what it could be, however, he thought.

Ororo caught the boy before he hit the ground. She looked to the professor. "I'll take him to the mansion," she volunteered. "Shall I put him in the medbay or one of the rooms?"

"In one of the rooms will be fine, Ororo," Xavier said thoughtfully. He telekinetically nudged both knives, lifting them into his hands. He noticed one had the kanji for 'star' while the other had the kanji for 'shadow'. Intriguing. Perhaps he is from Japan or near that area, though from what I gathered of his thoughts he is mostly confused as to how he got here and what he is here for, he thought.

Ororo nodded and took the boy to the mansion. She was lucky when someone opened the door. She assumed the professor had called someone to do so knowing her hands were full. She took him to one of the many spare rooms they had and placed him in the bed. "I believe you are going to be as interesting as Logan was," she said with a sigh. She left the room and closed the door. Jubilee looked to the professor then to the others. "Anyone else find that a little weird?" she asked referring to the duel voices and separate eye color. "I mean Morph was one thing but that kid seems to have some serious disorder if he could do that with his voice."

Professor Xavier tilted his head. "It was unusual, certainly, though I think it was simply something deep within his mind managing to speak through him for a short time," he said quietly. He doubted the glowing eyes were permanent, though he couldn't be certain. "I am not sure if whatever speaking through him was the source of the telepathic barrier in his mind or not, but due to that barrier, even I can only glean limited information from his mind; perhaps with time, he may learn to control that ability so we can learn more about him and wherever he came from," he said thoughtfully. He knew Alison 'Dazzler' Blaire had opened the door for Ororo since he had mentioned it to her casually. "It was certainly odd, but considering we all have abilities that are 'superhuman', we cannot say we do not know what it is like to be different; I suspect the boy is still unaware of his own powers at the moment, though I wonder how the knives materialized," Hank said thoughtfully. Alexis Uraitsuki Alexis groaned as his eyes fluttered before opening. "Man... that felt like someone hit me with a Taser and left it on for a half minute straight," he muttered. He looked around the room, noticing the walls were a pale tan over maple baseboards as he sat up. He quickly slid off the bed, not wanting to stain it with mud or blood, which he noticed he was semi-covered in. His head felt like someone had hauled off and punched him in the head a few times, but it wasn't too bad. He jumped when the door opened to show a blond woman. "Alison Blaire," he said softly, momentarily surprised. He saw her blink as if surprised as well; he realized he wasn't supposed to know anyone here, yet he suspected it would soon be known he knew most everyone on sight.

Allison looked at him with surprise. "Umm. Yeah I'm Allison," she said taken aback a bit. "Have we met before?" She had a set of spare clothes in her hand, having taken the liberty of going to the community closet. Considering they usually dealt with runaways every so often. She found a pair of sweats and a t-shirt that looked like Logan had gotten to it at some point. "I didn't mean it like that. But what if it's like some of those entities you and Jean have faced," she asked having witnessed some and heard about the rest later. "I'm just saying it's a little weird."

"Whoever... whatever, they were, mentioned that is highly unlikely to happen unless Alexis himself became like say.... Sabretooth," Hank said idly, noticing Jubilee's momentary flinch, since she had never gotten along well with Sabretooth. "From what I saw, I do not think that will happen," he said comfortingly. Alexis Uraitsuki Alexis chuckled sheepishly. "No... but I know pretty much everyone here," he said wryly. "I know it sounds strange... but I think I might have slipped between dimensions; you see... where I grew up, I was kinda... a comic book geek, mainly revolving around a certain group," he said sheepishly, trying to pull down the zipper of his jacket and failing because it was stuck somehow. "Ah hell," he muttered under his breath, grabbing at the collar and pulling sharply, simply ripping the zipper loose as a slightly stained comic fell to the floor at his feet.

"Hm?" She came closer, handing him the clothes. She knelt and picked up the comic book. "That's Scott and Jean," she said looking at it. She flipped it open and her eyes grew wide. "Where did you get this?" she asked looking up at him. Jean sighed. "I think you need to stop hanging around Logan so much. His paranoia seems to be rubbing off on you," she teased the younger mutant. She looked to the others. "Shall we continue the game?" she asked taking the ball from Remy's hand with ther telekinesis.

Alexis Uraitsuki "Actually, that's one I've been reading... I was taking a shortcut home when I stumbled down a hill and basically slammed my skull into a low hanging branch... when I woke up... I was here," he said with a shrug. "I've read quite a few of those, though I don't know if they're true or not. I honestly never expected for something like this to happen to me, really," he said wryly. He wasn't sure if she recognized the mutant at the bottom of the cover as Alex Summers, a.k.a Havok, Cyclops' brother.

Allison was wary now. "Where did you get this?" she asked again. She had to show this to the Professor. She never recalled a man coming to the mansion at all by the name of Stan Lee. "How did you get this? Are there anymore?" Ororo knocked on the open door. "Allison, is everything all right?" she asked. She saw the woman spin in surprise and noticed she was holding something.

Alexis Uraitsuki Alexis tilted his head. "I purchased it from a book store, and personally, I've always thought that people never 'created' comic books, but somehow sensed what happened in parallel worlds and turned them into those," he said with a shrug. "Where I come from, Stan Lee 'created' the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Avengers... and a few other groups I can't remember off the top of my head; in my case, this all simply confirms what I always thought," he said with a slight smile, tilting his head as he noticed Ororo. "Hey," he said sheepishly.

Ororo looked at Allison. "Take it to the lower levels and make sure Gambit, Scott, or Jean don't find it. Thankfully Alex is out." She watched the woman leave, holding the book to her chest. She waited until Allison was in the elevator before turning back to him. "I'll leave you to dress," she said with a kind smile. "I suggest you wait for people to introduce themselves before calling them by their names. You don't want to be mistaken for a telepath around here." She went to the door. "Come down to the courtyard when you are ready," she said closing the door.

Alexis Uraitsuki Alexis nodded, noticing the subtle reprimand and advice. "Thanks, and among the entire team, you are among my top three that I wanted to meet, to be honest," he said. She's got a good point.. I may know people and their abilities, but that doesn't mean I know everything about them, and sometimes there are things I don't want to know, he thought. Besides, I'm sure ol' Stan Lee didn't know everything when he did the comics, he thought as he removed the jacket and his dirty clothes and changing into the ones Alison had brought into the room. He cocked his head as he pulled open the door, keeping the messy clothes away from him yet holding onto them just in case they could get cleaned; he doubted it, however, and he had yet to know just what his mutant powers were. He walked down the stairs two at a time before he shifted, feeling his muscles tighten and cramp a little as he exhaled slowly, hissing between his teeth as muscles bulged for a moment before receding under his skin. He slipped out of the door, leaving the dirty clothes in the first hamper he found as he walked toward the courtyard. He noticed Ororo almost immediately along with a large blue furred man and bald man he recognized as Hank Mccoy and Professor Xavier. He exhaled sharply as he felt a momentary burning on the insides of his wrists to reveal twin markings like the yin-yang, but without the dots; on his left wrist, it was normal, while on the right it was reversed. Must be something necessary, he thought, accepting the oddness of the situation.
