Arundhati nodded about the moon and laid down feeling a little tired. "You dont give of an aura that makes me feel the need to be aggressive. Nothing here is mine so I cant be possessive. Those others are fools. Because I am strong they want to mate with me because my offspring will be strong and they will be,"She eyed him when he said that he wouldnt push himself onto her. He could just be saying that but she thought he was being honest and if not she would just kill him.
"Don't be sorry. It was very kind of you to offer your protection. It shows you have good character since I am an unknown vixen to you." She nodded her head back to him. "I wouldn't mind it honestly. Always watching your back makes you become freaked out."

"Oh....so you only feel aggressive around certain personality types..." Ahmes smiled, "It is a relief to hear that I am not one of them." He cocked his head to the side and watched her as she spoke. Really she was such a beauty that he couldn't seem to take his eyes off her. He didn't know about mating for stronger offspring, if he ever mated it would be because he was deeply attracted to that fox. Much like he was to this beautiful Were-leopard. He wondered if she would be upset if he mentioned that fact out loud.
"Well if you would welcome my company...then I am more then willing to offer my services to you, my lady." He smiled and tipped his head at her. "You will no longer need to watch your back while I am around." he watched her lay down. "If you are tired feel free to rest...I can watch over you from here." He sat on a log that gave him a higher vantage point so he could see farther away.

"Yes normally that is what triggers me to be aggressive. You seem to be very mellow. Most foxes arent that I have meet so far. What makes you different?"She asked while wrapping her tail around her.
"You may stay if you want Mr....?"

"I suppose I just have a calmer nature then males you are used too." He smiled at her, "Ahmes...you may call me Ahmes, my lady." He got comfortable on the log, keeping his eyes watchful on his surroundings. "Fighting is pointless....what does it solve other then to prove that one fox is stronger then another. It serves no purpose in my eyes. I fight only to protect myself, if my life or someone I care for is in danger."

Arundhati nodded in agreement about the males she had had a run in with. "Ahmen huh?"She asked while stretching out, her nails popping out from where they were hidden. "Does that means something in another language?"
When she was done stretching she got settled and watched him sitting on the log. "So even though you dont know me from the deities you will still fight to the death to look out for me?"

"Hm...I have never been asked that question before..." Ahmes looked at her surprised, "I have no idea...I am sure that mean something though...." He chuckled softly as he watched her with his tail wagging slightly. "Well.....yes....I have sworn to protect you with my life.....It does not matter that I do not know you...." He smiled, "You are a beautiful vixen that needs protection from arrogant, self-centered males for awhile. I am happy to offer my services."

"Hmm, Well your not the only one that doesn't know their name. I used to but its been so long that I have forgotten,"Arundhati said as her smile disappear from her face as she thought about. Ahme brought her back from her thoughts when he was talking about protecting her. "If you say so," she said while chuckling before closing her eyes.

Ahmes smiled as he watched her close her eyes, "Sleep Milady...." he was definitely going to have to come up a nickname for the beautiful vixen, nothing delicate like flower or blossom but something both beautiful and strong. It was something he could think on while keeping a steady watch over her. There was no way that he would allow anything to befall her while he stood guard. He took his duties very seriously, and he would not fail her.

Arundhati slowly drifted off into dream land with Ahmes voice in her head. It spun in her head like musical notes dancing along. Vividness colors and tones joined in. Her foot twitched as she enjoyed her dream.

Smiling to himself, Ahmes watched the were-leopard sleep. She was even more beautiful while she slumbered. "Sleep well.....my Lady..." He smiled at her, then looked back up to make sure that they were safe. His ears twitched as he listened for any sounds coming their way.

Arundhati had been asleep for awhile untill her dream started to turn into a nightmare. Her paws twitched and fidgeted her legs moved restlessly in her sleep like she was running. And she was in her dream. She was dreaming when she was a little were cub and being chased and picked on by others.

"Milady?" He looked down at her confused, was she having a bad dream about something. Ahmes frowned as he jumped off the log and crouched down to her level and nuzzled against her neck. "Arundhati.....my Lady....It is only a dream...." He whispered not wanting to startle the maiden out of her slumber but he just couldn't stand to see her so upset.

Arundhati continued to twitch in her sleep her lip began to curl like she was going to bite some one. It was starting to become more violent till something touched the back of her neck. She stilled almost instantly.

"That's right...." he smiled and nuzzled her neck more. "Shhhh.....It's alright Mati...." He whispered to her. she seemed to be calming down, and that was a comfort to him. He didn't know what she was dreaming about, but it was something that was upsetting her greatly and he could not have that. He vowed to protect her, and he would do that even against her own dreams.

Her breathing slowed and she drifted back into a deeper slumber curling up against whatever it was next to her, unknowingly it was her new male friend Ahmes. Her tail twitched in contempt meant.
