x☀ [Sungaze looked at her brother as he entered the nursery and padded over to him. Her eyes brightened as he talked about the kittens.] "I'm doing fine, so are the kits. How about you, Guardianvow?" [She asked, looking at the litter of four. Charmingkit was rolling around in the dust, making his pelt all dirty. She shook her head in amusement and continued to watch him as he began to bit her brother's foreleg.] "Oh Charmingkit, stop biting everything." [She laughed, licking the top of her kit's head. She looked up at her sibling with an amused face.] "He has been biting a lot of things since he was born." [Sungaze meowed, looking at her other kits to make sure she didn't bother them.] x

[Guardianvow chuckled at Charmingkit, eyes glittering. He raised his paw and swiped at the kitten gently, letting the kitten wrassle with his paw.]
"I am well," he replied, twitching his whiskers as he played with the kitten. "Everyone is, it seems. It makes me a bit restless with no enemies to fight, but it really is for the better. I'd rather have this over any old war any day, truthfully, but don't tell anyone."
He tilted his head at Charmingkit, chuckling, "Biting, eh? A young warrior already! Only a few days old and he's already leaving little marks on my legs. Quite amusing."
[He couldn't feel any prouder playing with his nephew, who had the fighting spirit of a bear. What a blazer! He thought of fighting next to his kin one day with a prideful purr. Or even his own children...
I already am, he thought, then paused, confused. Wait, no I'm not...Shimmerstep hasn't had a litter. But I will be is what I meant. Yeah, one day...
Somehow, though, he felt like having kittens was old news. Whatever Shimmerstep wanted, he supposed, he would be happy with.]
"Are you bored in the nursery?" he asked curiously, silver eyes switching up to his sister. "I hardly see you in camp any more. Perhaps we should go hunting so you could have some fresh air."

I'm a cat and my name is Sacredkit
[The golden tom rested calmly at his mother side. He smelled someone familiar enter the nuesery and he glanced up when she reconized the smell. It was his uncle, Guardianvow. He stood up to go over to his uncle's scent, since his eyes had yet to open, but his brother had already beaten him too it. Sacredkit crouched down and flicked his tail, getting ready to pounce on his uncle. He let out a sharp mew and he hurtled through the air and grabbed Guardianvow's tail in his paw. Sacredkit held on tightly and playfully nipped his uncles, wanting to play.]

x☀ [Sungaze listened to Guardianvow as he talked about how restless he had become. She shook her head and laughed, she could never be restless with her kits. Sighing, she took in her brother's suggestion. A part of her wanted to race out of the nursery, but the other part wanted to stay with her kits.] "I don't-" [Before she could finish her sentence, her second tom leaped into the air and attacked the gray tom's tail. She laughed at Sacredkit and watched as her two toms attack their uncle.] "I can't wait to see them when their eyes are open." [She purred, sweeping her tail over the two kits still by her stomach.] x

"Hello!" [Marblewing said cheerfully as she entered the nursery. She gave a polite nod to Mudnose and Foxfur before waving her tail at Puresun and placing her lizard near Sungaze.] "Here, eat up." [she said, plopping back onto her hindquarters. She looked at her muddied fur.] "And to think that a silly little lizard caused this!" [she tutted, licking a bit of it off her paws. She blinked and looked at Guardianvow, giving a flick of her ears as a greeting. It seemed he was visting Sungaze's kits as well. She gave a smile to Sungaze and asked,] "Have you seen Rainblast lately? He's been so excited lately. I can barely talk to him without having to wait until he's gone gushing over his kits." [It was a slight exaggeration, but it was true. Rainblast was very proud of his kits and as one of his friends, Marblewing didn't blame him. She lowered her head to look at Sungaze's kits, giving a warm purr. She was so jealous. Having kits seemed like a wonderful thing. Honestly, she envied most mothers.]

[Jasperkit remained snuggled against her mother, feeling safe and warm. Noises drifted in and out of her ears, making them twitch. The small kit yawned, her tiny pink mouth gaping open as wide as it could go. Her maw closed and she resumed to stay close to her mother. While her sisters seem enthralled with playing with their uncle, Jasperkit found it better to just stay near Sungaze's side. But if her father came to visit, then maybe she'd consider playing with him.]
(Temporary posting layout. Just until she's old enough to fit the picture.
And don't worry. She doesn't hate Guardianvow. She's just going to be a clingy-to-parents kit. :3)

 ✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖Rainblast ✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖✖[Rainblast raced into camp with a frog in his jaws. HIS KITTENS! That was all that was running through his mind. Feed Sungaze so she can feed kittens. His kittens.]"My kittens" [He thought out loud. Saying that the tom was excited to be a dad, was an understatement, but then everyone of his friends already knew that. He was ecstatic.]
[Rainpaw burst into the nursery] "SUNGAZE I BROUGHT---!" [He paused] "You... a.... frog..." [He trailed of, seeing the lizard. He chuckled and shook his head sheepishly, dropping the frog. He padded forward and gave her a lick between the ears and sat down beside her, purring.] "They're beautiful. Just like their mom" [He blinked happily and let his tail slowly sway from side to side. Rainpaw felt his body shake as he sneezed, sending a puff of dirt. He shook his head and chuckled. Rainblast crouched down until his nose was a few paw steps away from his daughter, Jasperkit.] "Ey' there lovely" [The tom purred]((Don't worry Time. I did that more than once with Rainblast in this post. I also did that once in his transition from kit to apprentice. As for Jasperkit. Perfect. [Guardianvow rolled onto his side, pretending that the kittens had overwhelmed him and allowing them to scramble on his belly. He smushed them gently with his paws, pushing them off his belly and pinning them down, watching them squirm.
They posed no threat to him, so he found he could be relaxed around them. ((Which is true for any cat |D ))]
"I bet they'll have your eyes," Guardianvow commented, peeking closely at Sacredkit to see if he'd open his eyes. "Specially this one."
[He turned and nodded at Marblewing, narrowing his eyes. He wanted to be prejudice about her heritage, but it really didn't matter since his father had been the child of two rogues. Thus, he tolerated Marblewing; he was nuetral to her. At least she was a good warrior.
As Rainblast entered, however, Guardianvow stiffened. Toms always posed a threat to him (except Falconwind), and he became immediately serious. He twitched his nose at the frog Rainblast had caught, a disapproving look falling over his face before he turned away, paying attention to the kits.]

Alone, don't surrender, surrenderxx   [The small tabby kitten gripped tightly to Guardianvow's tail and bit at his uncle playfully. As his uncle rolled over, Sacredkit crawled onto his uncle's exposed stomach. He mewed softly and pawed at the soft underbelly. However, as a paw grabbed at him, Sacredkit squealed softly and squirmed underneath the large paw holding him down. His front paws lashed out at the air around him, trying to hit his uncle. Sacredkit squirmed some more before his eyes slowly blinked open. Everything was so bright at first but, after a few seconds, the young tom's gray eyes adjusted. He glanced around for a few seconds before he stared up at the cat holding him down. He smiled up at Guardianvow and took in the gray tom above him.]
"Hey! Get off me!" he mewed and bit at his uncle's leg.
[His gray eyes traveled around the nuesery and he spotted her mother and father not far off. He smiled at his parents before lookign at his siblings. Why weren't their eyes open? Everyone elses eyes were open, like his parents, yet his siblings still had their eyes closed.]
Mama, Papa, why are Jasperkit's and Charmingkit's eyes still closed?" he asked, his gray eyes staring at them.

x☀ [Sungaze quickly welcomed Marblewing into the nursery, seeing that she had brought her food. She listened to her talk as she began to eat the lizard. When she heard her mate's name and how excited he's been, she couldn't help but laugh. As is on cue, Rainblast burst into the nursery with a frog.] "Hello to you too." [She meowed sweetly. She watched him as he came close to their daughter, Jasperkit.] "She looks like you.." [She whispered. At the sound of her brother, she looked up at him and her eyes brightened.] "Do you think so? I always thought he would have her father's," [She said, looking at all her kits.] "Though, my eyes are perfectly fine too." [Sungaze looked down at Jasperkit and licked the top of her head. The little kit didn't want to leave her mother's side it seemed. Suddenly, a small voice alarmed her. She looked over at Sacredkit and her eyes widened with happiness.] "Sacredkit, you opened your eyes!" [She meowed happily, keeping her eyes on her young tom.] "You were right Guardianvow, he does have my eyes." x

[Charmingkit continued to n** at Gaurdianvow's foreleg, before sliging off. Once his bottom hit the ground, he stumbled up onto his paws and climbing onto the gray tom's underbelly.]"Is this real life?"[He asked himself, before falling down onto the ground and being gently smushed by Gaurdianvow. Charmingkit squealed loudly, then began to cry. Although he was born only days ago, most of the clan knew about his very unattractive cry. It sounded related to a dying animal. He had a big heart and was over sensitive. Suddenly, he could see. His gray eyes open wide, Charmingkit wailed once again and smacked Gaurdianvow's stomach.]"THAT HURT WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT I'M IN SO MUCH PAIN RIGHT NOW KISS MY TUMMY AND MAKE IT FEEL BETTER!"[The kit shouted, but he ended up laughing after his loud rant. Charmingkit was about to give his uncle a lecture on hurting others.]"Uncle, I know you're a warrior and all but you can't just go around smushing kits! It hurts and if you keep it up everyone is going to hate you for it. Stop hurting kittens were not capable to handle so much pain! WHY MUST YOU GIVE EVERYONE PAIN?!"

[Guardianvow blinked in surprise as Sacredkit's eyes opened. He twitched his whiskers, purring proudly at the kit.
He gave his sister an I-told-you-so glance, smugness glinting in his eyes.
His attention was caught, however, by an unattractive whine that pierced the air. He raised his paw to see Charmingkit squawling about being hurt. He scoffed, scowling.]
"I didn't hurt you, kitten," he said gruffly. "You will know real pain when you fight your first battle. And I wasn't smushing you-I'll show you what smushing is now."
[He smushed his paw down on the kitten with a stronger push, of course not enough to do any serious damage but enough to prove to the kit that this was real smushing. He twitched his nose haughtily and turned to Sacredkit, peering at him.]
"I like this one better," he stated bluntly, licking the kit's head. "Specially this one. Are you excited to be a wariror, little one?"
[He blinked at Sacredkit thoughtfully, twitching his ears. He hated whiny kits with a passion; this one was more collected and up for a challenge. A true warrior!]
(( No offense to Charmingkit, Guardianvow's opinion on what a true warrior is probably has no real meaning in the long run xD ))

[she purred, giving a gentle prod with her, still slightly muddy, paw. She noticed how crowded it was getting, so she got to her paws.] "I'll visit later when it's not so busy." [She blinked warmly at Sacredkit who was wondering about his sibling's eyes, and at Charmingkit, who had just began whining and then shouting at his uncle. Her tail flicked quietly and she looked at Sungaze and Rainblast.] "Good luck, you two. I can see these kits will be very active." [she mused turning around. Marblewing padded off with a flick of her tail. How nice it must feel to have kits!]

He had never heard his brother cry before, since he had been born deaf, and rihgt now he wished he was still deaf. Was his brother always going to be this whiny? He sure hoped not! Turning his attention to his uncle, Sacredkit smiled up and playfully nipped at him. He pawed at his uncles face before his face became serious.]
"I'm not a little one! I'm a cat and my name's Sacredkit!" he declared proudly, gray eyes shining.
[Staring up at his uncle he nodded quickly. Of course he wanted to be a warrior! He'd show any cat not to mess with NightClan. He glanced over at Charmingkit and wondered if his brother shared his excitement. Snorting, the small kit shrugged the thought off. Of course not, he couldn't even stand Guardianvow "smushing" him. There was no way Charmingkit would be ale to handle a real battle. Turning his attention back to his uncle, Sacredkit locked eyes with his uncle and stared up at him, not even caring that Guardianvow's paw was still on him.]
"Yes, sir! I'm going to be the most powerful warrior in all the clans! You'll see!" he mewed firmly.
