Little white lies, mushy, gushy stuff is the genre we'll need to fool our parents. We'll need to be able to say things with a straight face. Another thing is speaking only when spoken to. Makes it a hell of alot easier to pull off." Clarissa smiled, planning things. "All we need to do is act like we like each other. Not like, as in you're a nice person to hang out with but I wouldn't date you if you were the last person on earth, but like-like. Boyfriend and girlfriend. Romeo and Juliet without the death. Okay?" she was serious. This would take a bit of very good acting to pull off, and there was no way he was ruining everything just because he hadn't paid attention.

"Well not in mine... Adair would rather send you to your room and ignore the tears rather then deal with them.."He shrugged and shook his head. "Again... not an issue... Ive been lying to Adair since i could talk." Adair would tell him to go meet the girl down the road... He would disappear to his room and an hour... exactly... later he would mosey back down and make some stupid excuse about how she fell in the pool and he had to come home... and no they hadn't hit it off.
Marc frowned. "Okay." That was all he could say. they both knew that they weren't going to love each other. "Well what does that consist of?"

"Most people. Anyway, that's great, that'll mean you can lie without much remorse." she frowned. He would have to do more talking than her... "Alright, there are several guidelines for this that we'll have to go over... One- Speak only when spoken to, and just nod or shake your head for yes or no questions. Two- Stay out of sight of the people you know personally, like your parents or close family friends. They'll know who we are and are the most likely to report how we've been acting. Three- lie low. This is probably the most important rule. It calls less attention to us, which will let us just act normally for most of the time." she smiled. "Hmm... We'll have to work on the 'lines'... We have until December. That should be just long enough to let us come up with some good ones."
