I just write it out in my Notes on my iTouch, or I draw. Although I haven't been drawing recently.... THe writing it out usually does it for me, because I can relieve all my feelings and stress in writing that no one will see but me... smile

Sometimes, learning something new helps me chill. Like I learned how to butterfly kick and when I finally did it, my worries washed away and I was chill. it was like a zen moment or something.

I like grinding in MMORPGs to relieve stress, also listening to music, drawing and long walks.

- watching hellsing ultimate - sharpening my katana - drawing disturbing things - hanging out with my friend emma - eating cereal - slicing things up - talking - sleep in my hot tub - listen to music - dream - get in sword fights at school (usually entails huge bruises and blood) - sleep

heart Meditate.-- It works the best but hard to do and focus on some times
Burn Stuff.-- also great but most the time not apropeite or allowd when your stuck in school. xd
Write Short strories. --great for when the teacher thinks you taking notes. and then in the story you can make a charcter and decide their fate! blaugh
Star in to space or at the stars.-- claming. very calming best with stars at night when you cant sleep. often leads to meditation. 3nodding

Watching my fish tank is very relaxing, but sleep is definitely my favorite. If it's not an hour that I feel comfortable sleeping at (too early etc) I will have a cup of tea and sometimes just cry the anger out if I'm super pissed.

Any kind of excercise/out doors helps me feel better. Like biking or canoeing.. Even jogging which I'm not too great at

I usually go out for a drive or go bowling, or if I'm extremely upset at someone I punch my left hand with my right fist.
