((A spell checker changed all of my 'ou's to 'o's and I didn't notice, sorry))
"Yes. Considering what you said back there, you didn't know that the queen was who she is and so you were seeking to disrupt someone's quiet day by the river. I don't think you'll be tried for attacking the queen but such trickery doesn't go unpunished here." He sounded calm as he spoke. "In any case, I should take your name for the record." He looked at the man with a certained annoyed attribute.

As he walked with the man, he started to float up toward the dark elf's height. His movements made it seem as if he were still walking on the ground. A snort came through his nose as if he was trying to hold back from laughing. What quiet day? You basically told her to go back to her safe haven tower, probably. he glanced away, biting his lips trying not to smile to widely. "Quiet days are boring," Nicholas answered in a slightly whiny tone. "But gee, to think getting wet is so punishable by a gruesome beheading, or a hanging, or even just locked to the stocks. I must be a great, weaponless criminal mastermind to be able to splash water at a woman with a bow and arrow," he over-exaggerated, still struggling to not let out a laugh.

Orcus looked back at the queen who followed. He spoke quietly, "I can't say I disagree with you but it's not my place to say. The elves of this land are very different from those of mine and most likely different from your people." He shrugged. "So just take it easy and repectfully." He emphasized the second part with a more commanding tone so that he understood the more important of the two. "And all of this should go over like it never happened."

"My nanny said it was my mother..." "...my butler says it is my father..." "...I say it is an annoying blue light that wont go away" Violet Moonbeam Violet glared at Nicholas and held a good grip on her bow. She followed close behind Orcus. "I hope you realized you've doomed your whole race! Us elves are allies with everyone. Now we're allies with everyone but the Fay Paradise" she spat at him sounding more like a little girl then a brave queen. She wasnt used to having enemies so she was worried it would end in war.

Orcus looked back at the queen and stopped in his tracks. "My queen. We don't want to go as far as to say that do we? Let's not take this simple trickery to such ends." He turned the man around. "A simple man does not talk for his people. He is not an emissary, he is not a good reason to start such a thing with an allied neighbor." He shook his head. "In fact. This is hardly worth a trial." Orcus was now defending the man to stop a war. Who would have thought that something so small could lead to such accusations.

Nicholas stopped floating at the same height as the dark elf and landed on the ground lightly, walking normally. He turned around, walking backwards while facing the blue-haired elf. "How do you know I'm from Fay Paradise? I could be a human with powers. I don't really remember the Fay people forming a treaty with the Elven domain yet either. They have only found a ruler recently after all," Nicholas put his hands up in a shrugging gesture. "So tell me, your Majesty, do you also happen to know my name as well? And who I am?" he gave a mocking smirk, repeating the question she had a few moments before. Nicholas suddenly started to fly around in the air upside down, looking up at them. "But if you badly want to start a war over the fact that a criminal mastermind, such as myself, splashed water at an unknowing elf girl who was just near the water, I would love to see how your allies would react to that kind of reason, too," he laughed in a playful sort of manner.

~*Kotoni*~ Kotoni walked by the river and saw the few people gathered around. She slowed her pace to a stroll and tried to tune her hearing to listen in on what they were saying. 'What's Violet doing? She doesn't look very happy... I wonder whats wrong. That's not like her to get upset.' She stopped a few yards away and looked into the water tuning her ears again.

"My nanny said it was my mother..." "...my butler says it is my father..." "...I say it is an annoying blue light that wont go away" Violet Moonbeam "I never said anything about war, but considering the fact that we were neutral with the Fay's this doesnt give a good first impression." She said with her queen like mannerisms coming back. She noticed another girl a few yards behind and smiled. At least it was another elf. "I know your from the fay because i can tell the powers you have come from a fay background not a humans." She had a knack for knowing peoples heritage usually.

"This is boring," Nicholas completely disregarded the topic with a whiny tone. He floated around like an impatient child waiting to arrive at a destination, or for something eventful to happen. He continued to float upside down, but with his legs crossed as if he was sitting. "What do you guys do for fun?" Nicholas blinked at the thought of his own comment and landed back on the ground with his feet in realization. "Do you guys like contests? I think I'm going to hold one soon! If you win, you get to be on the hall of fame with bragging rights!" he looked at them with wide eyes in anticipation that they would agree. "Anyone can try it!" Anything fun that comes to the mind of Nicholas, that is what he will work on until it becomes boring.

The crystal clear water in the river was stained with a crimson red. Following the current from up-stream, a body of a young man float face-up in the water. He was dressed in cloths that resembled a cowboy from the old west and next to him floated a dark coloured hat. His white shirt showed a particularly darker spot in the white fabric from which blood was pouring out and colouring the water around him. Barely breathing and barely alive, if he was let alone he would surely die and being human may not help his chances of getting the aid he needs.

Orcus noticed the odd tint in the water and looked upstream. A ways off was a young man dressed in odd clothes. He realized that the red was blood that poured out of the mans wound off to the side. Without a second thought, Orcus left the man and his queen but quickly looked back and pointed at his guard that was wrapped around the mans wrist and pointed at it with his index and middle fingers. "Lead." The cry fell from his mouth and the guard slowly became a darker and far heavier metal. Orcus wasted no time after that. He kept his fingers pointed at the guard and picked the man up with his other hand and dragged him to the river bed.
Orcus then took to curing. He used his other hand to bring up some water from the river and place it over the wound, it flowed all the blood back into the wound so that blood lose was drastically reduced. He then looked at his queen. "I think we should call for help. I can only partially stop his blood loss. He needs a healer. Can you call for the cleric?!" He seemed to be too leanient while asking the queen these things but also very rushed. He then let out a quicker and more forceful, "Find someone!" WIth that he turned his attention back to the man with one pointed at, what he know knew to be, the fay and the other over the mans wound.

As he was lifted out of the water it was now visible that clenched tightly in his hand was a gun. The cold steel seemed to emit an aura that gave it an ominous presence. Not only was the sawed-off double barrel shotgun threatening in what it was, it was clear from the magical field that it emitted that the firearm was much more then just a piece of advance technology in the form of a weapon.
The young man coughed, and looked around groggily, but then blacked out a second time.

Nicholas felt his supposed handcuffs get heavier while noticing the dark elf running toward a body at the river with his fingers pointed at the guard. Oh, earth element, too. Nicholas thought as he tried to support himself on the ground. He saw the body of the human being lifted out and listened as the dark elf cried for a healer. "I can help you get a healer quickly," he stated in a matter of fact tone. "You'll have to give me my hands back. I can't call for one with these handcuffs of yours."

Orcus looked over at the fay and then at the man with the odd weapon. "Be quick about it." He clenched his hand into a fist and then released it which made the lead brittle. It broke away quickly and Orcus turned his attention to the man. He placed both hands on top of the wound and forced the man to clot. "Come on dammit!" It was rare that he had to heal and it showed in the poor job he was doing. The extreme use of such precise mana showed itself. Orcus' hands began to hurt. His joints became stiff. He proceeded to place inside the bubble of water which sent a cool wave over them and helped keep him working longer as the fay dashed for help.

He woke up as he felt the wound close and he let out a gasp and a loud hacking cough, spurting water into the air. He turned his head sideways and spat out a lung-full of water before turning his head straight and looking into the face of his aid, “Am I dead yet?” He asked him with a weak smile on his face
