Breakfast: Sandwich containing; Turkey ham (aka turkey thighs), sandwich pickles, honey mustard, and whole wheat bread
Lunch: Hash browns (2)
Snack: Strawberry Cereal (about a handful with 1% milk)
Dinner: 2 home made Corn dogs
Water: 4 cups
Excersize: up & down stairs (more than usual)

Comments: Today was somehow busy. I ran errands and organized and whatnot. Didn't spend much time on the computer during the day.

Comments: So I have this yoga video and there's different workouts. I did the energizing one sense I'd just woken up, and it was awesomeee. I'm going to just do yoga daily lol. Except thursdays, when I have self defense class (but when that ends, I'll include thursdays). Anyways, I was sweating and everything. And when I did relaxation after (because it's like the "cool down" that youd have with regular workouts) it felt like I was floating and sinking at the same time. Yoga is awesome.

Comments: I woke up way too early today, considering the amount of pain and nausea I had last night (which is now returning gradually). I had a migraine and was crying from the pain until I fell asleep (next to my thankfully unusually quiet boyfriend). Of course, crying made it worse. And the best part, the migraine medicine is gone so I was given back pain medicine instead stare So I woke up shortly before 8 and seth left around 10 to go to band practice. I don't even know what time I finally got to sleep, but I know it was after 2 in the morning. I'm going to lay down now. (Written at 10:30 AM)

I woke up again at around 1:30, feeling just barely better. I wasn't feeling very well all day though, so I didn't eat much (and what I did eat wasn't healthy at all).
I've come to the conclusion that I can't lose weight until after prom because we already bought everything in my fat size emo So my diet will now be just trying to eat a healthy amount/quality of food. I was told that I need to eat one gram of protein per one pound of my current weight to keep it the same.

Comments: It's snowing. Happy spring, lol. Back to school today, after spring break. Considering the HCG diet for after prom. It looks promising.
I also found out that I could stand to lose a few pounds. My dress arrived today ^^ And it couldn't hurt to lose a couple inches in my midsection, so I'm going to try a short diet or two or three until the dress is a more comfortable fit.

Comments: I wasn't home at all today and had to drop my mom off at my grandma's house before school so I was in a bit of a hurry, but I did stop at my house on the way to school to grab a small breakfast, then stopped at Kentacohut to spend the last of my quarters on lunch, which later provided my snack while I was waiting for my dad to get home, then we had to leave right away to pick my mom up and went straight to Applebees/PetCo/Walmart lol. It was a long, busy day. But I managed to watch my food, compared to "usual" when I'd eat until I was close to explosion when we went out.

Comments: I'm considering trying the "Better Than HCG" diet that was once mentioned in a magazine (Womens World I think). The thing is, I would need to actually purchase food for that confused Having no money makes that difficult. So until I can do that, I'm going to start replacing a portion of my daily intake with V8, each cup contains one serving of fruits AND vegetables. Gotta get my healthy on somehow lol.
