Sepheran blinked as well hearing what Arachne stated about him surprising her, though he returned her smile with one of his own. Yeah he could tell she was a good ghoul, a bit rough around the edges here and there maybe, but a good ghoul on the inside. For Sepheran that was what mattered most, since he could care less about appearances wince he wouldn't be able to see anything anyway.
When she asked him about how much he could see he looked at her with his foggy white eyes, eyes that seemed to stare into the soul. If they were at it's full power his eyes could coax the soul out entirely and lure it to the depths of hell, this just only made one feel uneasy at times. "I can see shapes, and some colors if there is enough. The shapes are all blurry and out of focus," Sepheran began, Unfortunately at this time I am unable to see such a beautiful sight, but maybe if it's alright once I get a handle on all my powers you will allow me a chance to see if again," Sepheran stated smoothly giving his charming smile. "I still haven't quite mastered hearing vibrations just yet, once I do though I'll be able to see things in much more detail, he added.

She gazed back at his eyes, looking into their whiteness, wondering how it would feel to be lacking in vision. There was a certain draw to his gaze, but it seemed to repel at the same time. She wondered what colour his eyes would be if he were sighted.
Arachne let out a short laugh;
'Well, I don't really know if I was trying for compliments, but thank you.' she joked, but her cheeks had coloured anyway as she was flattered.
'Your power would improve your sight? My own natural ability has to be practiced, for it improves something similar. I am a Seer.' she said and then added.
'Hearing vibrations, so you would 'see' by movement?'

Sepheran turned his head to look in Arachne's general direction as they walked. "A Seer? So you can see into the future? That must be difficult," Sepheran replied lightly knowing how much knowing the future must worry her sometimes. "But it's also quite amazing as well, you can change things sometimes," he added lightly.
When she asked about his sight he nodded lightly, "In a way yes, movement and sounds both give off vibrations," he explained as he began to wonder where they were even going. Not that it mattered all that much, he really enjoyed spending time with Arachne, she was an interesting ghoul.

'Sometimes.' she admitted, adding quietly to herself 'when it works'.
'Yes and no.'
Arachne added, her expression changing quickly, flickering as she thought about what to say.
'There are things that can be changed; I could act upon what I see, and if give a reading for someone else they can do the same. But it's..tricky. It's hard to know if what I'm seeing is what will happen, or if it's only happening because I 'saw' it and tried to change it.' she let out a little sigh.
'And there are times. Well, on occasions there is nothing to be done to change the outcome. Fate steps in.' she fell quiet and then asked.
'So somebody could hide from you by standing perfectly still and quiet? I mean, if you were without Liannan for whatever reason.'

Sepheran could tell that Arachne was feeling a bit awkward talking about her own powers so he easily let it go when the topic was changed back to his. He shifted slightly to be slightly more comfortable . "Well to be quite honest I'm actually quite clumsy without Liannan. I tend to panic so hiding is pretty easy even though I could technically tell where people still are and such. I have other way such as sensing heat from people and such that could help lead the way. I'm still too weak to really take advantage of all my powers so I'm still fairly vulnerable without her," he explained lightly. "That why I decided to come here, so I can get stronger and be able to take better care of myself if Liannan wasn't around anymore," Sepheran added gently.
Pausing a moment he tilted his head a bit towards Liannan. "Want to sit down? We've walked a bit and Liannan says there is a nice patch of dead grass nearby," Sepheran stated.

'Heat eh?' Arachne wondered if he was reading her that way..there seemed to be something a little, 'close' or personal - or maybe she was just being silly, he couldn't help that it was how he saw the world.
'Well, I hope that she is always with you until you get a better grasp on your powers.' she said. There was something very open about this boil, and she realised that she was enjoying his company.
'Sounds good.' she gave a little nod in agreement, dislodging her Skitter who scurried down from his perch and lowered himself from a line off her hand onto the grass. Arachne took a seat, lowering herself on the ground, and wrapped the fine silk around a finger as she waited for Sepheran to join her.

Sepheran smiled softly when she agreed to sit down waiting for her to settle first before joining her careful not to sit on the Skitter. "So, what classes are you taking?" the basilisk asked curiously wanting to learn more about the ghoul. He liked listening to her voice, it held an odd alluring tone to it.
Sepheran wasn't taking very many classes himself at the moment, but maybe they would have something in common anyway. He couldn't remember too many other fellow classmates, so maybe she was in a class and he just didn't know about it.

Her Skitter waited for Sepheran to seat himself on the ground before creeping up to him, waving his two front legs before casting a line and starting to wrap one of his feet in silk. Arachne caught sight of him and turned away, a hand going over her mouth as she tried not to laugh.
She looked back when she was sure she could answer him without giggling.
'Uhh, not too many. Pet Studies, and Music.You?'

Sepheran didn't seem to care much, or had yet to notice the Skitter begin to wrap his foot in it's silk. If it got too out of control Liannan would take care of it anyway.
"Ah! I'm in those too! Well...I was late for Pet Studies and I never finished the candy...but I've been doing well in Music class. I got the violin, how about you?" Sepheran questioned curiously glad they had something in common.

'Same. There was some in my group that really didn't get the knack of mixing, and ours backfired. My hair got streaked with lime green. Took ages to get out.' she shook her head, but smiled. It was funny now because it had gone.
'Lucky..' she said with feeling as Sepheran revealed what instrument he'd been assigned.
'I got a saxophone. Which was one of the ones I really didn't want. It's hard to get out a noise out of it and I end up with a red face for my troubles.'

"Ah, well my group managed to mix it right, I just never got to the actual making of the candy part," Sepheran admitted rubbing the back of his head lightly with one of his hands.
The basilisk was glad when the subject changed instead to the instruments. Hearing her troubles about her instrument made him realize how lucky he was to get his top choice. "Ah...I'm sorry...I'd offer help but I don't know anything about most instruments. Liannan has trouble seeing around most to figure out how it plays," Sepheran replied, which is also why he was very lucky to have been given a violin which is easy for the snake to maneuver herself on.

'Me either, after the mixing fiasco I didn't really want to go out with stripy hair.' Arachne smiled wryly. She also hadn't been happy with so many monsters in her group, which had at the time been another reason.
'It's fine. I got some information, and have been practising as best I can. I still look ridiculous with it, it's also kind of too big for me.' she had quite slender arms, and after a while of holding the saxophone they would ache.
She glanced at her Skitter who had finished binding one of Sepheran's feet, and she giggled as he made to move over to the other.

Sepheran smiled softly, "Well I wish you luck then, and I don't think you look so bad with it," he commented. "Give you a sort of refined look," he added hoping to ease her worry of her appearance. Who knows, maybe that was an underlying factor in how well she could end up playing the instrument. Surely it was something that could hinder it if she didn't feel too comfortable with it.
Sepheran wiggled his bound foot slightly. "Hmm...this makes it a little difficult to get up," he chuckled lightly. "I think he doesn't wish for me to leave," he stated jokingly.

Was that a compliment? Arachne looked away for a moment.
'Well thanks, not sure how refined I look puffing away just to get a small squeak out it, but there we go.' she brushed her hands of grass, sitting up straighter and gave a little shake of her head at her Skitter.
'He likes when I talk to others.' she scolded her Skitter.
'You can't keep him, he's not yours, he has to be able to move.'
Her companion shrank against Sepheran's leg at Arachne's tone but then he carried on, and she look at the boil.
'I think he likes you.'
