He took it when she offered to him, holding it in his palm. "It... isn't as heavy as it looks like it could be." He pointed out, looked somewhat amazed at the fact. "Hm, I can't feel anything odd." It might as well have been normal glass to him. He thought maybe he could have found something that Maia might have overlooked as familiarity settled in, but.. No, he couldn't feel anything at all. He handed the crystal back to it's owner then.
"I don't know." He shook his head. "She's pretty busy lately... Maybe call her ?" He really had no idea how Europa felt about the whole thing, aside for the fact that she had been the one to tell him that Maia had left their team.
"I dunno." He shrugged.

Maia took the crystal and sigh, "oh you don't. No one else has touched it or even asked. I just figured the way it felt to me how it felt to everyone. That was an oversight."
When he said Europa was busy she jumped up rather quickly, but grabbed her head. "Head rush," she mumbled, then peeked at Themis with a smile.
"We should probably be busy too, the city is being plagued by strange new things in the last couple weeks," she said softly, "I will caller tomorrow or maybe try to talk to her at school later this week."
She held out a hand to her cousin wanting to pull him up, "patrol with me tonight?"

He glanced at the hand, and then, after a moment, took it and made his way back on his feet. "I could..." Might as well, since he was already out tonight. "Where do you want to patrol ?" Themis had no particular preferences, though he tended to stick to the same loose patrol circle time after them.
Comfort in familiarity, perhaps.

"Well, here seems clearing judging by the not being attacked during our conversation, so we could check out the community center area for any activity."
She turned and walked to the edge of the roof prepared to simply leap off. It wasn't as if the elementary school roof too high up, she could probably survive a jump powered down. "Sound good to you?"

"Yeah, that works for me." He answered, brushing some dust away from his coat as he walked to follow her, them jumped his way down.
Hopefully the night would remain calm, with most of the eyes turned to Elysion.
