Which means that they didn't have to really fish for them. Which would line it up with my theory that it takes 100 of every fish. Including the new ones. :c The rods ARE earned, but they are GRANTED via PM with no explanation as to how they were earned. The people who currently have the rods were people who have only been fishing in the last 3 months. Pangrammic (developer) said that more people who have not been active in the last three months are going to be sent the rods as well. They're just having to sift through information to find them. That makes more sense. XD Cause the way you said it made me think that they were just given out to random top fishers. :c That makes more sense. But it'll still take a lot of fishing, seeing as how it's the best rod. And seeing as how it takes a lot of inks to make a body dye. Then it would take a lot of fish to make the best rod. c: They've already said in the announcement that it will be a ton of fishing required to get it but no info as to if it has to be spread around the various lakes or if it has to do with points, number of fish caught, etc If it was random top fishers I'd have a better shot at it xD I've got 5 trophies by now. That would be 5 chances at being picked lol Yes, but a lot of fishers that have been fishing could also have that many trophies. So theres five trophies x 200 people with same trophies. Chances being 5/10,000. I wouldn't love those odds. XD You added a zero >.> 5/1,000 And more than just one rod has been given so the odds would be higher than that <.< Well I didn't add that it would be like 5x5x200. Because if they each had 5 trophies. And you had five trophies. And there were two hundred of you. It would be the same odds as 5x5x200. Which is like, 5,000? So it be like 1/1,000. Those aren't good odds at all. D:

XD haha there's 41 trophies given out per month I just wish they'd told us what triggers getting granted an angelic rod so I'd know what to focus on doing when I fish
