Usagi flinched and turned in the direction of his voice. She "looked" down at the floorher heart pounding. Was she going to get in trouble again? She made her way slowly to stand before him. She tried to look confadent and hold her head up and stand stright. "Sir?" she asked her voice shaking only slightly. She could sense the wolves staring at her.

He smiled faintly, regarding her from beneath the cowl of his cloak.
"I want you to go to the town of Desarg. There is a Lycan there, one of the deserter pack that the Hydra had for dinner last month. find him, and either get rid of him or recruit him. I am letting you go alone... this time. Lucian will be watching though, so do not try anything. Understand?"
A man in the shadows chuckled, glancing at the dark red crystal between his hands. It flashed black, revealing an image of Usagi as she was, standing with her head held high, in front of the dark presence that was their master.

Usagi nodded, she knew better than to try and escape this time. She didn't like the fact that someone would be watching her but that's what she got for her multiple attempts at escaping. She glanced in the direction lucian would be in glowering at him.
"I understand" she responded. "How long do I have?" she questioned trying to gather as much informtion as she could to make this easier on herself.

Lord Raiden thought a moment, exchanging a glance with Lucian before answering.
"You have as long as it takes to convert or kill him. I expect a report every two weeks. Go ready yourself, the Caravan will leave in an hour." He turned away, speaking in a low, tone to Lucian, who had stepped closer and was kneeling beside him. The wolves swept in, nudging Usagi away and flanking her all the way to the door.

Usagi was surprised by his response not used to having so much time to do an assignment. She was a bit confused by the wolves ushering her out as well. She made her way out of the door "alright i'm going" she mutterd softly. She made her way slowly to her chambers to get ready for the journey.

Two pairs of red eyes watched her leave the room. the doors closed with a soft snick, and deep, evil chuckles spread, killing intent flaring from the two figures in the center of the room.
"She'll not last a week." Lucian observed, a twisted smile stretching his thin lips. Lord Raiden just smirked, standing and sweeping off, disappearing through a door on the other side of the room.
In the open plains of central Venifica, a lone wolf sat, watching the moon. His fur was gray, with spot of black on his back and paws, and his chest was white. he seemed small, so alone in the wide open area, and it showed in his slumped shoulders and saddened gaze. Sighing, he stood, stretching slightly before beginning a gentle trot towards the small city known as Desarg.

Usagi needed very few things when she went out on jobs like this. Usualy she took a small easily hidden arsenal of weapons, and some food and clothes and that's it. She also knew to have a pack ready incase she needed to leave in a hurry so in trooth she didn't need to pack anything at all. She felt her way around her room making sure she hadn't forgotten anything again wishing she could see. When she was satisified she left her room pack on her back. She left the building and began making her way mutly to the city.
She wandered what type of wolf awaited her. After all he had escaped certain death from a haydra no less. He was a deserted and they were never easy to get rid of. She wandered too if she could convert him though death would be easier, noone should have to do as she does. The thought she could lose never crossed her mind.

In the form of: Sarah Mae Beverly Sarah stretched. It had been a while since she had been out to play. She kind of missed her dark hair and dark eyes. The light was okay. But the dark surely was the palce for her. A beautiful place of mystery and guessing.
"What did I miss?" She asked nonchalantly as she walked into the room where Lord Raiden and Lucian were. By the looks on their faces, they had just done something twisted. And hse had missed it. She cursed herself in her mind. She had been off making friends wih the resistant ones. The ones who claimed themselves "Good." She needed a solid place in their ranks, so she had had to be away for longer than she would have liked.

Lucian looked up from his crystal, the red ring around his pupil gleaming in the low light.
"Lord Raiden sent Usagi out again. After the Lycan." He sneered, tucking the crystal away and throwing the cowl of his robe back. Long, black hair shifted at the sudden movement, a few strands falling down around the pale sorcerer's face. "The stupid wolf was up against a hydra and escaped, Usagi has no chance."

Usagi was now well on her way to the city, she had to go a bit slower because it wasn't a path she had traveled often and being blind she was at a slight disadvantage. She didn't mind though, she wanted to widen her abilities and test herself. She kept going listening for the slightest noises of anythig.

In the form of: "Usagi? Hah!" Sarah rolled her eyes and shook her head. "That's a suicide mission. Shouldn't she already know that a little blind elf won't be able to beat someone so skilled." Sarahleaned against the wall, her arms folded.
"Although...." Sarah said slowly. "If he escaped Hydra insteaad of killing her. What amkes you think he'll kill Usagi? Heck. that little twerp is always trying to leave. What makes you think she won't tell her tale of woe and have him help her out?" She asked, her voice even, as if she couldn't care less. "Usagi may be blind and ignorant. But she's crafty." Lucian snorted. "She likely will. It wouldn't surprise me a bit. My Lord has counted on it, as a matter of fact. She's outlasted her usefulness here."
"As crafty as you are, dear Sarah." The chilly tone swept over them both like a curtain of icy water. Lord Raiden smirked under his cowl, sweeping into the room and standing before the two.
Lucian bowed. "My Leige." He murmured.
Reaching the city, the wolf paused, tilting his head slightly and considering it for a moment before standing carefully on his hind paws. His form blurred, shifting within a span of about 3 seconds, leaving a tall boy with black-brown hair, golden eyes, and a sad turn to his face. His ears twitched, catching the sounds and voices from within the city, and his tail swished a little. After a moment, his stomach growled lowly and he frowned down at it before shrugging and setting off into the town, one hand resting on his side, as if protecting something.

In the form of: Sarah rolled her eyes. "Hey, well, if I would have been able to take her as an underling. Useful would be her middle name." Sarah had always wanted someone to kick around, "Teach" She called it. Though it was up for quetion how much teaching would be going on, and how much survival would be going on. But there never seemed to be enough people to give her an underling, so Sarah was stuck kicking everyone else around.
"I'm not sure if that's supposed to be a compliment, or a complaint." Sarah stated matter-of-factly. But she wasn't complaining. Sarah didn't bow. she never bowed. But she nodded her head to him, quite the break from her chin raised defiant look she carried in this form. She didn't grovel, she didn't beg, and she didn't bow. Though she constantly wondered if Lord Raiden would, at some point, get angry, she never let on. Sarah Mae Beverly

"Take it as you will." Raiden smirked, having expected her reaction, and seated himself, gesturing for her to take the seat next to him. Three Lycans emerged from a hidden door, each in human form and carrying a tray or food with them. Raiden waved for them to give Sarah her pick of the trays, ignoring the food for now.
"You know very well that I cannot spare any for you to 'teach' right now, else you would have plenty of little brats to play with."
Lucian straightened, eying Sarah. He never could get how she managed to get out of punishment for such... disrespect. sighing slightly, he waved away the tray offered to him and sat in his spot behind Raiden, taking out the crystal once more and gazing into it's depths.
