When she heard Galland say how could she turn into something so heavy, she felt almost offended. Once he said sorry, she couldn't help but forgive him. She then felt a short static while being in her weapon form. It must have been the fact that their souls were to be synchronized first. After waiting a bit, the static-y feeling was gone and she felt a soul next to her own. She couldn't describe it, but at least she had a meister. All of that worrying for nothing! She then heard Galland say that the whole thing felt weird and she couldn't help but think, 'You're telling me...' She thought humorously about the thought.

Yuji, couldn't do anything but laugh as she put on that funny American accent. Holding his sides, he almost fell down laughing. Even as she did the motions with her hand his laugh continued strong, for about another minute. As he came to a stop to regain his breathe which seemed like it would never happen. "Haha, that was pretty funny" Yuji said with a smile. As the smile faded he wondered why that was so funny, was it cause it was a joke shared between friends/partners. Or just cause it was really silly? It puzzled him as his household was always serious unless it involved his mother talking to him. My, how he could space out when he had another person in front of his face. But as he thought more of his mother he became slightly more home sick. Even if it was lonely he had his mother to comfort him. As she would always pick him up

He seemed to be hearing a voice in the back of his head, it was his mothers. Who seemed to always be telling him never to quit, and push on. As the voice faded into his memory again, Yuji blinked as he came to focus back onto Val. Who seemed to be quite fine even though she feel to the floor. But she had gotten up quite quickly so, Yuji figured he put the right amount of power into his Soul Menace. But come to think of it, she didn't even try to transform, was she hiding her weapon form from him? Or maybe she didn't know how to transform at all? In-fact Yuji was very curious about what it would look like.

Looking at Val and her bodies physique her weapon had to be something light and pretty fast. Maybe it was a katana something that he was familiar with. Looking at her from an all around angle, which he had gone in a circle for. He turned straight to her and came out about, as straight forward as anyone could be. "Val, can you transform yet?"

"Never give your reasons,

Val couldn't help but smile as he chuckled at her comment. Then, she just stood there for a moment. He was examining her physique, she could tell, and she could also tell that he was thinking about her weapon form. Honestly, Val didn't know what her weapon form was. All that she had was barely an image, somewhere in the back of her mind. She could see it, but at the same time couldn't make it out. The feeling was inexplicable, though Val did know that it meant she wouldn't be able to transform until she saw the image, and could see and understand what it was. This may sound stupid, but Val knew absolutely nothing about the world she was entering, let alone the ability which she had to transform into a weapon at will. And so, for a moment, she didn't even register anything he was doing while considering this. How would she learn to transform? Practice? Or did it have to happen on the spot, like a burst of a adrenaline to cause it? Val had no idea, and thinking about it only made her more anxious. What if she couldn't, and would end up letting him down? Of course she could... There was still that image at the back of her mind.

In a brief pause, she looked over at another pair that was nearby. The girl had transformed into a weapon so easily. And the meister wielded her so well. Knowing that she couldn't do so only made her blush more. Surely they were very powerful, maybe even more powerful than any other student of their year, but at the same time Val was worried that maybe, just maybe, her inability to transform as it was would be a weakness... Had she ever been in a situation like this before? No... As far as she knew when it came to that sort of thing, Val had always been able to catch up, whether in Arithmetics, English, Physical Education, or anything. And yet here she was, already starting out at a disadvantage from her other students. With that damn image floating at the back of her mind, it was enough to drive a person mad. Yuji circled about her, still examining her in a way which only made her feel even more self-conscious. Now, she was blushing so deeply that it would have been impossible for her to even think about trying to cover up her embarrassment.

Then, he came straight out with it, asking if she transformed. Now, Val's face was as crimson as a late blooming rose. What could she tell him? Surely she couldn't actually say that she couldn't transform? What would he think? With his special ability, he must view her as a let-down. After all, when one has a weapon they expect them to be able to at least transform. Since she couldn't, what sort of weapon was she. Finally, Val swallowed and said, "Um... No... I can't transform..." When she said this, her voice was quiet. Then, she quickly added, "Not yet, of course." she quickly smiled, though it was in truth quite upsetting. For some reason, Val was worried that the knowledge of her inability to transform at the moment would make him not want to be her partner, and so she quickly added the last thing so that he would know that she was planning on learning how to transform as soon as possible. What else could she say? There was nothing really, and for this reason Val could only stand there a bit awkwardly and gulp, waiting to hear his reply.

Hamilia "Hammie" Porkins

Forget mad, she was beyond furious. Very much so, that her bottling anger began spewing in different areas of her mind, wishing for it to callously strangle him. Instead, she was busy rubbing her body in places that were bumped along the way. Much to his brash and obnoxious realization, she shot him a venomous glance before proceeding to stand herself up. Patting her jacket while still expressing much disdain. Finally after a few seconds, she dully looked past the damaged wall and noted the damage. Once again, he's proved his strength. Hamilia then began her short promenade down the same hall, kicking off a few remnants of rubble and plated material. Instead, Hamilia came across a different balcony, facing the opposite side compared to where the others were scattered out from now.

"Please. Don't.Ever.Do.That.Again." Each word coldly embarked past her straight teeth until to she stood on the balcony's plinths. "...It's scary you know. I never even registered the thought of it before." She spoke in an unusually misty tone. The slight breeze pushed back her bangs, revealing her inflexible eyes while her back turned against him, looking below the blank grounds stories below. If she were to fall now in her form, there wouldn't be a walking chance for her to make out the rest of her life. She could almost feel it. The images swirled around her head. Possible events that could become her greatest downfall, or the last.

Her hands were now raised and inclined on an airy plane, coveting her balance while the ends of her boots clicked over the pedestal. With every step, the surface grew thinner. Until finally..she stepped off. Naturally, within the balcony of course as she had no actual intentions of ending her life so ridiculously. "But those words are a waste to anyone's breath. And so is this troublesome test I've put you through. You've already proven your muscles, mind some rough edges. But I think we'd make a great team." Her words came clear, sudden too as they were under the pretense of something unthinkable. However, she was only human. Still, she didn't say she forgave him and was regrettably annoyed.

"What do you think of it? This hint I can give you can't even fix my own curiosity. Other than the fact that I worry time after time with what this may mean." She likely meant what she had said. Hamilia warily recalled Gazille's presence through her chattering and returned to his front. This time, holding out both her hands. Scales of green prism coded over a few inches over her flesh until eventually half her knuckles grew into rigid bolts. However, only one of her two palms followed through the materialization. The same hand proceeded by swelling into the same of a plate until it became a miniature buckler. At once, her left shoulder sagged from it's immediate weight and borrowed additional weight from her right in order to support herself from bending forward.

"The nasty part of this is re-arranging the molecular blue-print back to it's original. It's..difficult to even bother with the fingers on my dominant hand. Sometimes, my fingers don't make it out and I'm left with disfigured stubs." She wearily mentioned while her left greenish hand trembled more than her entire system. Upon a careful inspection, the green patches of her scaly flesh were degenerating as she spoke. Only, very haggardly, it's pace no better than a snail's. "You can only imagine how annoying the weight will be. How easy any Meister can give up on lugging dead weight like me." She felt pretty bad for Gazille, having to talk so much all at once about her lack of confidence. He'd definitely be irksome at her sudden change in display, Hamilia would mentally note. Now it was up to him, if he was willing to do anything more than to indulge her in pity at this point. Something she could not stand other than her own mixed emotions, especially on par with asking him with her own proposal. The idea of being affiliated with him in partnership survived countless times since she met him. She hoped, and expected so much of him. Her eyes looked at him as though they were pooling around for any indication of him ever responding.

The world has no limitations on strength but..
**********************************************************

Galland was still pretty surprised by the size of the blade. "What an amazing weapon..." Galland felt and immediate connection to her it was like her soul and his were puzzle pieces perfect for each other. “Man I really want to test you out in a fight!" Galland flipped the blade into the air and watched as it fell back to the ground, he was kind of hoping she would transform before she hit the ground. While she was falling, Galland recalled the time he spent in forest. He had carried lots of heavy things, training for more strength but he still could not hold Autumn with one hand. This problem worried him because his fighting style would emphasis the use of a one handed weapon. Well he couldn’t just tell her that she was too big, but even though she was he just loved the blade. “I’ll just have to train more!” Galland lifted up both hands grabbing Autumns hilt, he quickly spun to the right picking up force to slice the rock behind him in half. He once again touched the blade to his forehead; he then stabbed the sword into the ground as he observed the rock. It was sliced to a certain point but the rest shattered. “No a clean enough swing… yet.”

***********************************************************

The way to true strength...
Might go through madness...

Gazille watched as she walked back and forth from the balcony to the corridor to the other balcony across the way and then back again. It was obvious she was furious at him, but having girls be furious at him wasn't a new experience to Gazille. He watched her look at him with cold furious eyes that were already strangling him from a distance. He then watched her rub parts of herself that had been bumbed in the ride up here. As he watched her walk down the hall and to the other balcony he noticed something about her. As the breeze caught her hair, she had an essence of strength about her. He listened as she talked about things. Tests. A Team. Curiosity. Worry. None of these things truly seemed to phase Gazille's unempathetic and stern disposition. He then watched as she walked in front of him as her hand somewhat changed into her weapon form. He only watched as one of her hands began to degenerate. However, it was only her last statement about how a Meister could give up that caught his attention. If there was one thing he could not stand it was someone who was so weak that they couldn't even believe in their own strength. Gazille then immediately got extremely close to her face as he stared at her directly into her eyes. His eyes unflinching and full of resolve.

"You... talk too much."

Gazille then immediately used only one hand to clamp both of her wrists down using just enough force to grasp her wrists but not hurt them. He only felt her weight as he only smiled a serious smile with his teeth as only he could do.

"You're kind of heavy for a girl your size..."

He then used a little bit of strength as he slowly stood up, Hamilia rising off the ground with him until he picked her up until she was face to face with him again.

"...but not that heavy."

He the gave her another serious look with his stern eyes.

"If I make you stronger... will you be my partner and help make me stronger too?"

Autumn felt a bit wierd. This was probably the first time she had someone else wield her in her weapon form. Sure, her brother and sister had done it and the two still couldn't hold her with one hand. Although, she felt more confident with Galland somehow. She felt that with enough strength and practice, he could truely grasp her form with one hand some day. When she heard him say that he would need to train more, she couldn't help but say "Just don't over-do it..." Autumn wondered if he could hear her, but she was in weapon form, so it's a possibility that she wasn't heard.

Somehow, she could see what he was doing. From her nearly falling to the ground to him breaking the rock into pieces. Autumn wondered if he was trying to train a bit more to get used to the sword. It may be a good idea though. She had not seen a lot of people fighting with swords like her. Most people she saw would be using katanas and lighter weapons like that. She felt a bit upsetted by the thought, but she tries to stay positive.
"Haha... just keep trying, and you'll get better. I know it!" She spoke out again, wondering still if he could hear her words.

Yuji, looked at her intriguingly he couldn't believe what he had heard. He didn't really care that she couldn't transform it was from the previous seconds of there sparring, she was able to accelerate that fast with out being able to access her weapon form. Which Yuji thought would make a weapon stronger in all ways. Yuji's jaw had came open for a slight moment as he saw the huge amount of potential she had. In fact Yuji was kinda happy she couldn't transform because they could train together until they both got there special techniques. As his jaw closed he started to think of more reasons to her not being able to transform yet.

Maybe, she didn't know what she wanted to transform into? But did it work like that? Yuji wondered as a puzzled look came across his face. He started to inspect her body type again, she must have wanted to stay light and all, but yet still deadly probably. Damn, him not knowing was just killing him on the inside as he wondered all the possibility were endless. But instead of day-dreaming about it, Yuji decided to discuss it with her. This was going to be something they would both like to know about, and besides they could talk about him using his soul menace as well. Which would come in handy during future battles. This was going to be a damn important dialogue he thought as he closed his eyes for a moment. Opening them again he looked at Val.

Looking at Val he smiled, as he was about to blurt out some suggestions. He saw another meister and their weapon. It seemed to be big and husky, but it seemed to have a lot of muster to it as it cut a rock in half. Damn, he thought to himself, seeing this only made him more anxious to see Val transform. But he knew not to try and push it or anything, if he did..Maybe she wouldn't be as strong as her full potential would allow her to be. Suddenly he heard her last remark not yet' of course' it seemed rushed and hurried as if she was a little panicked or worried. He wondered if she thought he would just leave her at the moment of hearing these words of her saying she couldn't transform. Wondering more about it he felt a little hurt, he wouldn't leave her for some small reason like that. Right now it was only small because they had plenty of time to train for the future and even if she could never transform, they would still be partners. After all he had already promised to protect with all he's got. Something he would never go back on.

"Hey!" Yuji said a little seriously, but more of a worry. He looked at Val with his normally dimmed eyes. "Well, Don't worry about it, we will survive. Even if I have to do it with my bare hands okay?" Yuji said with a smile. He seemed to be acting to cool, but under the situation was worry. For he hadn't perfected, his Soul menace yet.. with out that he only had normal strength for a teen, if not a little over average. Still looking at Val, Yuji begone to speak again. "So, have you imagined what type you would like to look like? Cause if you have I would like to know" Yuji said with a curious look. "Think of it like a pre-art show view, and if you tell me I'll tell you about that little technique I used on you" Yuji said with a teasing voice.

"Never give your reasons,
for your judgement will probably be right,"

__________________________________________

Val became even more embarrassed as she saw the look in his eyes. She could tell that he was disappointed or shocked that she couldn't transform yet; and it was crushing. Maybe she shouldn't let it bother her that much? But he still kept examining her, as though he were trying to guess what her weapon form could be. If she knew, then she would tell him. It was in the back of her mind, but she couldn't make it out. At all... It was a silhouette at most. This thought made her gulp. Making out the form was probably the first step to transforming, though honestly she was not entirely sure. All of this was just her brain, so finely tuned to the logic of manga and video games that she figured it must be some sort of ability in which a protagonist from one of those two things would have to learn how to transform. And that was by making contact with her inner soul. It all sounded ridiculous, now that she was thinking about it, but Val didn't have anything else to run off of. As a pretty smart girl, she probably should be able to think past how her brain is tuned to be able to make a logical conclusion.

Logical conclusion. Maybe that was the answer? Val was, to say the least, not the most logical person on the planet. She could divine strategies for best blowing up opponents (video games, of course), accurately predict plots in manga, and be able to take tests without studying due to using logic to eliminate answers which she knows are wrong and picking out which answer makes the most sense. Was that the answer to this problem? To simply logically decide what to do here. But how to do so? This was where she was stuck, and where she began to once again think that maybe it would be wisest to stick with the manga protagonist method. Yet... This was the real world. Last time she checked (and she checked often) she still couldn't use alchemy, see spirits, or electrocute people just by touching them. Thus, logic would prevail and today, yes today, she would figure out how to transform into a weapon. This was her resolve, and no matter what it would not waver. A resolve like a rock: no matter what weather tried to bring her down, Val would stand firm and be extremely dumb. Thus, rock metaphor was crossed off the list of failed metaphors used to describe the situation.

What would be the logical way to train? Since pulling the image and contacting one's soul was considered to be too unrealistic, how could she transform? Visualize it? Visualize her body becoming a weapon... Body becoming a weapon. For a moment, despite the fact that faintly she heard Yuji say something, she was completely focused. Val held her right hand out in front of her and stared at it. Though in a way, her gaze was so intense that it seemed more like she was glaring at her hand. In a comedy manga, her hand probably would have caught on fire. But for once, her mind was so focused on the task at hand that she didn't even consider anything of the sort. To transform, Val decided to mix the two ideas. Not only did she visualize herself transforming into a weapon, but she also pulled that image from the back of her mind. Slowly, it became more and more clear... A scythe? She could not tell. The image was still blurry, but at the same time her mind was so focused that it didn't matter what the image was, all that mattered was pulling it to the brink of her consciousness and then transforming...

Blue energy began to swirl around her feet. Her hair was blown away from her face, and the energy moved up from her feet to her hand. To some, she would appear frightening as her eyes continued to stare at her hand and the energy continued to swirl. Who cared what the others were doing... Val would bring that image to the front of her mind, she would become the weapon, the blade... Transform... Make her body one with the image...

As if in response to her extreme response, the energy exploded and Val saw her arm first transform into just a blade... Yes, it looked like an inverted scythe blade. Then, her focus dimmed for a moment and the energy vanished. From the elbow up, her arm was an inverted scythe-looking blade and Val's instant reaction was panic. "Wha' the 'ell???" she announced in an apparently frustrated tone, "Argh! Ah wuh thi' close!" Her Scottish accent prevailed so much in her exclamation that one could hardly tell what she was saying at all. Truthfully, she was quite upset about this. Her mind had fallen off track... She had seen the image of her weapon, it had finally come forward, and now it was a matter of getting it right. But her first task would be reverting her arm and getting focused again. Holding the blade awkwardly in front of her, she envisioned her normal arm again, and this time the energy whirled backwards and she got her arm from the elbow up back again. With a sigh, she waited to see if Yuji had any comments before she tried again.

Hamilia "Hammie" Porkins

When his face came close, Hamilia felt panic crawl within her system. Any apprehensive idea would have been to create a sociably distance but the girl only narrowed her eyes in suspicion or as a gaunt to protect her visual field from getting burned at his intense expression.

Hamilia remained in his inclined axis of eye contact until she dabbed her head down to note her ascension. Then both muted steel eyes bobbed back up at him with a trace of hard prejudice. This was deemed unacceptable to her quick nature but another part of her, that same stubborn fiber leeching anywhere in her system, chided her to listen first. And she always did.

Hamilia remained silent for as long as she could. Straight up remarks like his were causing her lungs to tighten for the scarcest of words. And yet, the way he said them made her understand. Referring back to her mental honesty, it in fact did not in the least. But she could get the message from his eyes. His strict, dead-beat serious eyes. Especially after his firm, yet gentle enough hand had raised her up, she found herself looking through them. She swallowed her last minute of silence by unclogging her throat with her own voice.

".." In the end, she herself was dumbstruck and unprepared with her words. Therefore, all Gazille was presented with was a link stare with a complicated expression. Suddenly this blazing sensation poured over her coldness. Like being inferred to as heavy and talkative wasn't bad enough. No, she wanted him to understand that she was all in the same idea he had than being seen as someone so percentile.

"..I will do my best on my part, Gazille. However.." Her legs started a little marathon in the gist that the air wasn't fake pavement. "It'll be fair as partners if we both have our sea legs."

Hamilia humanely added about her deficient mobility with her arms while the rest of her body jubilantly dangled from his grasp. Her lips tugged freely and stretched into a gratified smile. She felt a little more at ease thanks to his blunt way of doing things and ended up laughing a bit. Weird as it was; a girl enjoying herself while both legs were about a foot off the ground. "So if you would be so kind to let me down.. I will be happy to keep my end of this promise." The last part, she goofed. As strapping he is to her mind, she would wonder if there were limits to his unbending persona. She enjoyed toying with people but knew her limits. Occasionally, her comedic side would get the better of her.
---
Deep, deeply locked inside were his carved proposal. A deal that is to work through time and effort. Nothing crack-headed like blood or bone wasting of course. But with unwavering admiration. Hamilia felt like a young child again, or perhaps there was no difference? She felt joy the same way as with a girl her first doll and with a young woman with a new dream. Yes, she would do her best and only her best to be praised. Praise, the lofty feeling that temporarily grants yourself above others.

Yuji saw as she seemed to look a little hurt. He wondered why, but he didn't really focus on that long. As his whole body felt as if it was numb. Why you ask? because Out of shear will power, she seemed to just start to transform. They didn't even do anything, thinking about it more. Yuji smiled. She had made such an effort and even made progress in such a short time. With this he knew he had to accomplish his Soul Menace because he didn't really want to let her down. Clenching his teeth, he knew she was gonna transform soon, he couldn't wait to see what it looked like fully.

As he saw a scythe shaped blade, Yuji wondered if she was a scythe or if she was just something similar?

It appeared that Yuji didn't have anything to say, and so Val returned to concentrating on the task set out before her. There were others around, but who really cared what they were doing. Right now, all that mattered was transforming. When she transformed... Val could just feel that they would be powerful. Maybe even more powerful than any of the others. Just thinking about this was enough to get her mind buzzing. And buzzing it was; it was as if there were a bee right within her ear drum. Of course, right now she had become so focused that even if that bee should sting her, she could only see, feel, and hear her weapon form. This was the level of focus Val had achieved. Quite honestly, it was most remarkable considering how spacey Val often was. She ran into poles, fell down wells, forgot assignments, the works. Now, here she was so focused that if you threw a rock at her her focus would still not waver. One could obviously see this, though Val herself was so lost in transforming that she did not realize how focused she was herself. The weapon form was visible now, totally visible.

Once again, the blue energy began to surround Val's feet once again. This time, she would not panic half way. The weapon form... It was completely visible right now. Slowly, carefully, Val breathed in and out. For a while, she had been tense but now, she allowed her muscles to become relaxed. In the end, she did decide on the logical approach to transforming. And so far, it appeared to be working. Breathe in, and out. First step of the new logical approach was to become calm. There was no use getting worked up over it. No, that was more of the second step. The first step was to become completely and totally engrossed in her task. Which had been achieved. Her mind could hardly even comprehend outside noises, sights, sounds, etc. If she were mauled by a dinosaur, she would still be focused. In a way, her focus was as deep as a Buddhist monk's meditation. Set her on fire to make a point and she would feel no pain. Of course, Val preferred to stay alive when she was not completely focused and would prefer if no one would set her on fire.

The third step was to visualize herself turning into a weapon. In her last "transformation", Val had already succeeded with this step. Doing so once again would not be difficult. But the final step was to completely transform. Completely... While she could clearly see the weapon, the thought of turning into it still seemed strange. Val's mind was filled with all grotesque images of more failed transformations, but once again Val forced herself to focus in on transforming. Utterly, completely. Most other students should not be able to transform yet ((HINT, HINT)), and if she could complete this, then she and Yuji would already be far ahead of most other teams. Not that this mattered, of course. Her goal as a weapon was simply to defeat these evil monsters and create long-lasting bonds at this school. About the bonds, it would be difficult to do so unless both she and Yuji focused on actually socializing with other students. But now... Now was the transformation. Transform... Slowly, Val pulled the image forward until it was at the brink of her consciousness. Her arm would transform into the blade again, both her arms would, and then...

In an instant, the energy whipped up Val's leg and surrounded her in an eerie blue mist. As quickly as the energy whipped up, Val's entire form changed. Her form became that of two large dual pinwheel blades connected by a chain. Alone, both the blade's hilts were probably four and a half or five feet long, and the blades were each probably three feet long. They looked like a mix of kusarigama and scythes, connected by a long chain which Val, somehow, knew could extend and retract as long as she or Yuji wished, depending on the situation in battle. Having transformed, the blades hovered in the air for a brief moment before falling down, just so that they would land in Yuji's hands. Despite the large appearance of the blades, they were quite light and would surely be a quick and smooth weapon to fight with. Normally, such an appearance would have surprised Val. After all, the blades looked so... Foreboding. At the same time, this was her true identity.

But Val only knew the image from what her mind's eye had told her she was to transform into. The world which she had entered was completely different from the outside world. There was nothing here; nothing except for a small window in which she could see the outside world. It was like being trapped in a small, blue box. And the color of blue which surrounded everything was white, empty. Yet, it was contrasted by Val's own color: she was the color of blue which had so recently surrounded her to transform. She examined her arm, and found that while she looked the same, despite the mysterious lack of clothes, she was not only blue but almost like a spirit. Surely, in their future battles, Val would have to become quite acquainted with this world. Through that small portal, Val could see the outside world from the view of one of the blades on the end of her weapon. Val wondered what Yuji would think of her transformation, but at the same time Val figured that it would be best for her to wait for his response first.

Yuji couldn't believe as she went to try it again. She had a hell of a lot of determination. That much of it, was a good and bad thing. She would never give up on something it seemed, but if she didn't she might try and recklessly go on in a fight. Even if she was surely out of commission. This made Yuji smile, for he would have fun training with his new partner. Now that she seemed to be able transform, the blue energy started to swirl around her arm again. But this time she didn't seem to panic, it was amazing how fast her arm transformed this time. It was like he just blinked for one second and then it popped up there. But then the blue energy had started to engulf her whole body. Shocked at this Yuji wondered what would become of her, he hadn't really seen a transformation...well so close. It was pretty surprising yet it felt as if it was as natural as a baby horses first step to Val.

As he saw a scythe shaped blade, he wondered had she transformed into a scythe? No as the energy cleared from around her she was two small double pinwheel blades. Yuji had heard of this type of weapon before he just never really seen one. He had heard that it was something difficult to master. But when it was you could reap devastating destruction upon your enemy. As she seemed to float in the air she came down, almost as if she weighed a ton. Dashing towards the spot where she was falling he grabbed her hilts/end. The chain was firm and strong. She seemed virtually as light as two tonfas. Yuji couldn't help himself but smile, As he tried to swing it felt as if he was able to just cut trough the wind its self. As if he was the wind itself. He felt quite empowered as stated before, he had always used a type of Katana or dagger.

But more about Val, he had wondered how someone so cute had turned into something so demonic. And powerful it looks as if she was just holding in her full potential. But as she transformed into her weapon form, it was full of power. Just surging with it, smiling Yuji took some more swing with her, but he almost stabbed himself in the back or got the chain stuck around him. He had to get used to how light she was. Smiling he couldn't help but say "Haha, Val, how could someone as cute as you hold all this power with-out anyone better than me noticing?" Yuji said with a little teaseful and playful laugh.

Val couldn't help but smile as Yuji caught her and began to experimentally swing her through the air. What she was amazed with was how smoothly she cut the air. It was as if this was the form Val had always meant to be; as if her human form was just to prepare herself for this form. Not only that, but she had found a Meister to wield her, and she could be that as a team, they would soon be the strongest team of their year. Or, at least, this was what Val hoped. Now, all of a sudden, Val had a strange resolve to train and become the best. Like no one ever was. Because, to catch Kishin eggs was her real task, but to eat them was her cause. Wait... Val thought about this. There was the blatant Pokemon theme song ripoff, but what was she saying about "Kishin eggs"...? All of a sudden, it was as if her soul had finally awakened and told her that she was not a High School Scottish girl, and that she was a weapon who, to get more powerful, had to eat the souls of evil beings who became what is called a "Kishin egg". How strange... Val would have to continue to muse on this subject.

Just as she thought this, Yuji almost stabbed himself and began to trip over the chain and get tangled up. Instantly, Val was brought out of her daze and said in an alarmed tone, "Ack, don't kill yourself now!" Her voice was strange now, almost as if she was talking through a wall or something. At the same time, it was probably to be expected as she was now in a completely different form and her voice surely would not sound the same. This whole world was so strange... Who knew what else she would encounter soon. Val just hoped that, in the future, they would have a great many battles together and Yuji would learn to not kill himself. Val was certain that this was just both of them getting used to their new partnership. But soon, they would both become used to it and would be a force to be reckoned with. While she wasn't entirely sure why they would be, Val just had this gut feeling that they would not be like all the other students. They would start out on a completely different level, even if right now Yuji was fumbling around like an idiot.

With his last comment, Val couldn't help but blush at him calling her cute but at the same time have a witty retort come immediately to mind. "Well, actually if you want to get into specifics there have been several guys on Xbox Live who have said the same thing." she said once again. Honestly, her new tinny voice would be something which Val would have to get used to. When she said this, Val realized that he didn't know about her video game habits, and she didn't know whether he knew what she was talking about at all. Hopefully, even if he didn't know what she was talking about, he wouldn't take it the wrong way. But there was nothing else really to be said, and so Val simply hoped that he would either understand that she was joking, get the joke and know that she was NOT having affairs with random people or that he would understand that she was joking, but go on with training. Oh, how High School was an awkward time no matter where one went to school.

Matthais Iori

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Matt walks into the school grounds now, he stops for a second to look around breathing in deeply he continues to his right just to check out the surroundings of the school. the tree outside in the area, the few people even in the area. this place seemed nice a quiet to him. he flicked his fingers causing the strings that laced his arm to disperse as his skin adjusted back to normal now, he had grown acustom to using his threads whenever somewhere he wasn't yet comfortable, and this place proved no exception. He knew nobody, knew nothing about the surrounds, He didn't even know a place like this existed, and he even wondered if he shouold have even been here.

Matt shakes the thoughts from his head quickly not wanting doubt to prevent him from logically looking over his whole situation. His parents were killed only a few weeks ago, he had traveled an incredible distance on a simple whim from his mothers advise he had finally found the school he doubted even existed and was now again doubting himself. Matt took a long slow breath now clearing his mind he now gave up on wanting to observe the place now he just wanted to meet people so he wouldn't feel so abruptly out of place, he stopped listening closly for voices maybe people he could interect with would ease his tension after the recent incidents. hoping it was people nearby he walked toward the sound, eventually coming to what looked to be a boy practicing with some very deadly looking blades and....talking to himself?

Matt shrugged off the insane moment after knowing what he himself could do with his body. He decided to approach the person maybe they would be friendly, Maybe it would prove to him that he really didn't belong here...But then where would he go? He steps forward silently another step one more after that now and before he realizes he is walking straight toward the boy holding two huge bladed weapons, he began to think he was crazy now.
