she got up suddenly, sending SweetPaw tumbling into the moss,"I see you have a sense of humor. but can you withstand the power of my tail?" she laughed, and made quick feather-like strokes on SweetPaw, making her burst into a laughing fit.

Sweetpaw giggled hysterically, gasping for breath. She really was quite hysterical. "er-OUGHNF!" she reached up and grabbed Dawnstars tail in her mouth, playfully chewing up and down the way you would chew a bone left over from prey, but much gentler.

DawnStar just sat there as her apprentice gnawed on her tail. she didn't feel pain. her tail had lost most feeling when a rouge cat bit her at the base of her tail, getting rid of the feelings in her tail. Dawn flicked her tail side to side from SweetPaw's teeth.

Rainstar padded into shadowclan territory. He had to stop to wait for his clan that was alrighty trailing behind.

Rainstar looked at Dawnstar. "Kitkit has gone missing. Riverclan was wondering if you have seen her around you territory. "
Berchtail looked around at the unpleasing territory. Berchtail picked up his feet and shook them until they were dry. Berchtail looked at the medicine cat Leopardpool. She was doing the same thing.

she straightened her posture to look more powerful,"i do not know of this Kitkit you are looking for. I didn't scent any other cats other than my own in my territory. But if you would give an description, i'm sure to look out for Kitkit.", she said in her gruff voice,"I will send one of my warriors to you Rainstar if we find any sign of the kit."

"Thank you Dawnstar." Rainstar mewed thoughtfully. Rainstar thought of what Kitkit looked like. He couldn't remember! "Well, lets see, he is very small..... I think you will be able to reconize him from how small he is." Rainstar meowed trying to seem confident. "Once again thank you. Ill be on my way now." He mewed turning to his clan and leading the way. He glanced to the sky. It was almost dark. " Berchtail, set up a patrol and search for Kitkit. He cant stay alive for that long, hes only a kit." He demanded
Berchtail looked up from his paws. "Ok, Rainstar. Ill set up a patrol when we get to camp." Berchtail saw Rainstar bow his head. He knew he would bring Flamepaw, his apprentice. About 30 seconds later he found out who he'd bring. Flamepaw, Fuzzypaw, and himself. All the rest of the cats needed rest. Mostly Leopardpool. She had been working none stop for about 2 days.
Leopardpool looked down at her paws. They were muddy from shadowclan's territory. And because she had been dragging her paws the whole way here and back. She picked up her head and saw the camp.

DawnStar held her head up high ,and fallowed them through her Clan's territory at a considerable distance to make sure they did not steal some prey. 'Like they would steal from ShadowClan. I have to admit it too. not much prey that is very filling thrives here.Unless their river runs dry, and the fish become rancid, that could be a problem" she thought to herself

Kitkit padded into camp as if on cue, half dead from dragging the twice-his-size fish and keeping the gash in his stomach from Rainstar. He had followed Rainstar from his scent and boy, was it slow going with the extra cargo.
SweetPaw giggled. "That's a kit? It looks more like a black mouse!" She rolled over laughing, and immediately blushed in shame because of her cruel ridicule, but she couldn't stifle her laughter.
His breath was rough and forced as Kitkit straightened to address Shadowclan. He patted the large fish. "See this? Even RiverClan kits can take on enemies like this. You keep stealin' our prey," at this he took the deepest and roughest of breaths yet, "And I will mess you up." Het fainted and a fresh wave of blood welled up in the gash on his stomach and flowed out onto the camp's ground.

DawnStar turned to see a small kit bleeding on the ground. she rushed up to it,and sniffed it. behind all the blood, Riverclan reeked on the small body. she gently clamped onto the kit's bloody scruff, and with no word, she sprinted to Riverclan.

Sweetpaw swallowed her jokes from earlier as she stared at the blood stain on the camp floor. She didn't think that a kit could lose so much blood and survive. Stupid kit.

DAwnStar trotted back from RiverClan. she crinkled her nose at the scent that clung to her pelt."Well... Kitkit is back, more attitude than any injured cat i ever seen.", she rolled her eyes,"That kit will get himself killed if he dosn't watch what he is doing.", she said and sat in front of her apprentice."If you ever see him, don't hesitate to give him a good whollop to the head. he needs to have his manners a bit of improvement.", she gave a little purr of amusement..

"Yes, ma'am!" SweetPaw agreed with mock-military obedience. "Let the walloping commence!" She chased her tail with enthusiasm to start the day's training.
