Taiyou slept more peacefully than she had in days. She wasn't alone anymore, which helped greatly. Her thoughts drifted this way and that while she dreamed, settling on nothing in particular. Which was a relief since the destruction of her male had been the thing that kept haunting her. She didn't even notice when he nuzzled her cheek. She just shifted a little and let out a quiet murring sound of content.

Looking fretful, Cas nudged at her ear again, shifting just slightly away. "Taiyou," he whispered, feeling utterly bizarre at having to wake a Sister, and in such a way. "Taiyou."

Taiyou finally opened her eyes and yawned. She arched her back with a little grunt and looked up at him. She regarded him for a moment before she leaned against him again. "Hi Cas." She mumbles, sounding a little embarrassed.

"Hi," he replied, smiling, his voice hushed. His eyes seemed unable to hold on her face for very long without darting elsewhere. "Are you feeling better?" A little insensitive, maybe, to remind someone of their troubles right out of a nap, but Casimir was a little distracted.

Taiyou twitched a little, looking away from him for a moment before her eyes slid back to his face. Unlike him, she couldn't help but look at him all the time. She nods after a moment of silence. "Yeah, a little." She says doubtfully. She squirmed a little next to him, but didn't make any movement to pull away.

Honestly, being peered at so intently made any sort of eye contact impossible for poor Cas. The pressure of her body against his seemed to grow uncomfortably strong, and his ears turned back on his skull; a pained little wince tugged at the corners of his eyes. "Um," he replied, ever so quietly, "I'm glad to hear that." And, in the absence of other options, he carefully disentangled himself from her embrace, all the while looking curiously devastated at having to do so, his eyes now astutely avoiding her face. "I have to get back."
