A young summoner walked through the woods on the outskirts of a battlefield. Tayrn had been wandering for a long time, never staying in one place too long.
A gentle breeze blew through the dark woods. She couldn't help but shiver as she walked alone. There was beauty in these woods, but it was a dark beauty.She hurried her pace. The sooner she was out of these woods, the better.

Tayrn stood, and assed the damage. She hadn't broken anything, but her pride wouldn't be the only thing bruised. Her staff had a crack, but nothing serious. With luck, there would be a blacksmith in a near by town that could repair it. All in all, she was alright. Tayrn looked around. There was open battlefield ahead of her and the sun was coming up.
"How am I going to find a village? There's nothing for miles." She wasn't even sure which way she had come from.

Tayrn jumped, startled by the sudden appearance of a stranger.
"Oh you scared me!" Taryn said, putting her hand over her rapidly beating heart. "Yes. My staff's a little broken, but I'm alright." She looked at the handsome stranger.

"Oh thank you so much. To be honest, I have no idea where I am." She said with a laugh. Tayrn would be accurately described as overly trusting. She didn't even know this man's name, but she was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
"I'm Tayrn, Taryn Reed" She said, extending her hand out to him.

Taryn looked at him. "I can take care of myself... most of the time." Tayrn was a peaceful person, avoiding violence until it is absolutely necessary. More of a lover than a fighter. But if worse comes to worse, she will fight to save herself or someone in need.
