Anarish narrowed her eyes as she stared after the intruder, making sure she was truly gone for good. Normally the raptor-kin was not even near this hostile towards strangers, but she had a class to conduct then. And she would not tolerate any disturbances, no matter how small.
"Well!" Anarish snorted, turning back towards her two students. Seeing the looks on their faces, Anarish softened up, her espression turning apologetic.
"Oh, I'm sorry kids. I get pretty upset when someone or something creates a disturbance or intrusion of any kind..."

Aphrodite shrugged. "It's ok.. I'm sorry for talking out of line." She blinked watching Al move out and warm up beneath the covers.
'What?'
She giggled. 'Nothing.'

"It's okay."
"Moving on," Anarish said, looking at Aprodite to her wagon then back again, "We'll go into warm-ups and gymnastics next, and, if time permits, both of you may choose a game you'd like to learn more about."
"Aphrodite, can you tell me what are warm-ups, and why are they important?"

Ever ready, Aphrodite smiled. "Warm ups help prepare the body for strenu-strenuous - " She confirmed the prounciation. " or not even very strenuous work outs and sports, it's to help ensure you don't get hurt. Like if you were to jog and didn't stretch, you could pull your leg or hurt you knees." She pointed towards the appropriate places of the body.
"Warm ups themselves are stuff like jumping jacks and leg stretches. " She kept her smile. "I know this because I warm up before playing DDR."
'Heh, do I sense a slight hint of smugness in your voice?'
' Neh, why?' Aphrodite looked nervous for a moment, she coverd it up with a bashful sort of posture.
'Hehehe, you just remind me of my brother.'

"Very good! Rex?" Anarish smiled, nodding and making a mental note to ask the wasp girl what DDR was later.
"Warm-ups reduce muscle stiffness and injuries to our muscles, by, er..." Rex frowned, having suddenly forgotten the word. What was... oh! "By conditioning our muscles so that we can perform our best in sports or other physical abilities."
Rex grinned. "Warm-ups can be simple things like stretching exercises and jogging."
"Excellent!" Anarish looked proudly at her students, and nodded approvingly. "Both of you know your warm-ups well."
Anarish cocked her head sideways at King, and smiled. The tyrannosaur was clearly bored out of his mind, so the raptor kin conjured up some illusions, visible only to king, to keep him entertained. Then, with the flick of a wrist, the raptor-kin conjured up an image of herself to aid with the upcoming lecture.
"Both of you may have heard this before, but warm-ups are absolutely vital before any physical activities, be it strenous or not. A warm-up is almost universally used at the beginning of an exercise or activity session to improve performance and prevent injury. The theory behind warm-ups is that muscular contractions are dependant on temperature. Because increased muscle temperature improves work capacity and a warm-up increases muscle temperature, it is assumed that warming up is necessary.
Warming up also increases the amount of knee fluid, improves oxygen intake, and reduces the amount of oxygen needed for exercise, thereby improving performance. Nerve messages also travel faster at high temperatures. Since your reflexes and muscular reactions will be faster, you will reduce the potential risk of injuries.
Stretching, though, is not a warm-up by itself. It is, however, a part of the process. Stretches increase our range of movement and flexibility, which are needed for most sport, though we can see this most clearly in gymnastics." Anarish explained, pacing to and fro and around Aphrodite and Rex. Meanwhile her image translated it into actions, stretching, bending, jogging and doing actions of all sorts, even feigning injury at some point for forgetting to warm-up properly, drawing laughter from Rex.
Anarish chuckled, leaving her image to its antics and paused for the time being to allow her students to catch up with their notes.

Aphrodite hastened her notes, doodling sketches of the warm ups the image Anarish made. Jotting down nearly word for word the lecture, turning to look behind she took a bit of the towel and snuggled beneath liking the warmth. Looking up she paused with her notes a few moments after their teacher.
Looking up at Rex she smiled at him, she was too caught up with her notes and listening and so missed the few times image Anarish feigned an injury. So, it was obvious to see why she was confused when her and Anarish started laughing.

(( I think I'll end this here, been dragging this for far too long. From now on, Anarish is free for anyone to control. ))
"A few more minutes and both of you are free to go early," Anarish announced, dismissing her image with a flick of her wrist.
Picking up two pieces of paper from the bench behind, the raptor-kin handed one each to Rex and Aphrodite. "Here's your first homework. Now since I noticed both of you are rather sportive, please do a little research about the basic rules and regulations of your favourite sport, as well as the gameplay and equipments used. Any activity which requires physical workout instead of sports can be used too."
"And that includes the DDR you mentioned earlier Aphrodite, if you'd like to use that."
"I want the answers by next week, in my room. Any questions before we go?"
"Do we have to write this out in.. er, essay? Or short notes?"
"Oh yes. Short notes or in point form, Rex. No essay please."
"Okay."
"Anything else?"
