Pushups, C-ups, V-ups, Chinups, Planks, that sort of thing... it builds leaner muscle that's better adapted to moving your own body rather than objects. It also helps coordinate your muscles to work together
It's a trick leftover from my gymnast days.
Drink Juice... Not Soda... period
Meats can be baked, grilled, breaded, or panfried in olive oil, avoid heavy fats
Blue Cheese Dressing is the s**t... go nuts

Mister Banter Frog Apocalypse Broil 80/20 beef. Low fat and it is pretty tasty if you add some A1. Salad (ew) Fish, chicken, that fun stuff My food vocabulary is meh. What is 80/20 beef? Also, for salad, anybody know if Blue Cheese dressing would be detrimental? It is more lean than fat, most labels will say stuff like 75/25, 70/30, 80/20 depending on how lean it is. Blue cheese dressing.... bleh. I prefer Italian or Honey Mustard. @Kuro I am skinny as a rail, and the most exercise I get is walking to the car in the morning. And I eat tons of fatty stuff that isn't good for you.

Moroseth Anaratharach Avacado/Bacon/Creamcheese sandwich on toasted sourdough + Cranberry Juice Workout meal of champions Also Peanutbutter and honey sandwiches I love Peanut butter and honey sadwiches. I usually have it with a mix of Pomegranite, cranberry, and apple juice. My lunch of choice. Then I go to tae-kwon-do and work out for two hours. Then I happily go on my merry way eating a huge steak dinner and losing weight. My doctor says I have an over-active metabolism, I need 4500 calories a day~~ (Also explains why after thanksgiving my friends come back to school saying they feel fat and I come back saying I lost weight. I got many glares for that.)

Honey and peanut butter sandwiches... yummy to my tummy, I'm hungry now... And Kimono, that combination of juices sounds really good ^_^
And cut down on bread, rice, corn and sugary stuff. When you work out you get hungry and when you add sugar and too many starches, it makes you more hungry, then you end up gaining weight. Take it from someone who learned the hard way *points to self*
And I agree with Moro's suggestions, they are the best. ^_^
