Sings of Sunlight was glad for the ohters slow pace, even felt a bit guilty that he might be keeping up the exploring with his own inexperience of the terrain and the thick fog. King seemed so much more..kind, in this light. Someone who was nice enough to keep an easy pace and linger to let Sings catch up. He even called him buddy. Surely someone who considered Sing a friend (and really who would not, sing was positively the best sort of friend to have) after having only known him moments, well that sort of someone was alright by Sings!

"Haaah, well when you say it like that. After all, a buddy is a buddy, asides, your a large enough sort that anything that might want to eat me would be deterred."
Of course Sings was also counting on his chances of being a bit quicker then the other, should something hungry enough come along.

"Ah..huh, your right. Starvation would be a terrible way to go..very boring as well. If I go, not that I'm wishing to go so young in my life, but if I did, I want to go in such a way that others will tell tales of it! That the many many does will weep and sing of my passing! That would be the perfect way to go, don't you think so King?" Yes, Sing was sure that he had to die gloriously..flashily..loudly even. Lost and starving, that would be too pathetic to even whisper about to others, nope. He was glad he had King about to keep that terrible fate from befalling him.

"Where exactly is your favorite place in all of this..mist..If it ever lets up enough for me to see such a place."
