Gabrian watched curiously as the ghoul finally decided to approach; he couldn't help the mildly amused arching of his brow, because quite honestly... even in her more humanoid form, she greatly resembled an unsure puppy. In fact, he had to refrain from offering her a hand to sniff, not to mention he had to refrain from making low, 'shhhing' sounds in an effort to will her to draw nearer. It was rather hard for him to draw the line between wolf and ghoul when she'd only just moments before been quite happily snuggled and nuzzled in his arms.
For his part, the floresce seemed to have decided that the ghoul was a much more interesting perch than the demon, and as such, had slowly untangled himself from around Gabrian's neck in order to move to LW's lap. Once there, he turned his head slightly to look up at her, and then began to ascend up her arm to curl around her neck. It was only when he was firmly secured in place that he opened his mouth, yawned loudly and then reached up to n** and play around with a bit of the ghoul's hair, sometimes reaching for her ear. It seemed like the pet had disconnected from the events and conversation at hand, instead entertaining himself in that rather strange way. When that too, became boring, he settled his head on the wold's shoulder and closed his eyes.
Snorting slightly, the demon shook his head, "Brat," the single word was directed at the pet, but the creature in question didn't seem to really be listening to his owner. Once Gabrian returned his attention to LW however, he noticed both her confused and wary of him, if not slightly scared, "In general, I mean. Can you keep a secret? Can I trust you to keep my secret?" he relaxed his early squint, apparently coming to the conclusion that it might just be him that was scaring her (which was all sorts of amusing, actually), "You see... I don't want everyone to know I..." he paused here and seemed falter, "Am like er.. .what you saw a moment ago. It's apparently, extremely hard to be taken seriously when people know such tidbits about you," his tail, which had remain hidden behind him, suddenly came into view and curled up beside him, "Think you can do that? In return, I'll more than gladly play for you," a beat, and then a sigh, "Maybe having a friend wouldn't be a terrible idea."

Her gaze stayed on the demon and his minipet. LW was sitting next to him now but still had the urge to bolt should things get...worse. Past experience had taught her to always be ready for trouble. Her body was tense and her tail kept flicking in a manner that might make one think of a dog that knew it had gotten in trouble and was waiting to see if it's master was going to pull out the rolled newspaper or not. She had been on the receiving end of such a scolding before as had her brothers. Not something she wished to have repeated. Unless she could safely turn around and fight back.
She froze all movement when Davy moved and she found the floresce in her lap. What was he playing at? LW blinked down at him, a suspicious look in her eyes. Hey! You couldn't blame her! He head already proven himself to be a little deviant. The she-wolf didn't move her arm away as he slithered up that and watched him, suspicion turning to curiosity. Those violet eyes widened in surprise when he curled around her neck to perch himself there. He then yawned and proceeded to play with her hair, nipping at it and her ear. LW couldn't help but laugh at him and reached up to pat him gently. "I guess I can forgive you." She told the floresce with a sigh, smiling again when he rested his head on her shoulder.
The she-wolf turned her head back towards the demon. She was much more at ease now and didn't look like a pup ready to head for the hills. It did help that he no longer gave her that narrow eyed look too. LW was still very much confused on what this 'secret' was, but she felt she owed it to him. "I think I can." She said hesitantly still. The she-wolf stayed quiet and listened, patiently waiting for him to get it all out. The look of surprise that crossed her face after wasn't too much of a shock.
"Let...me see if I got that right." LW tilted her head a little, cheek brushing against the scales of the floresce around her neck. "You don't want anyone to know you are a sweetheart on the inside?" Her brow wrinkled. "Why?" A pause followed by another of those embarrassed looks. "Wait. Can we...back up just a little?" Taking a deep breath, LW gave him one of her smiles. "I'm LW. As you, umm, saw, I'm a werewolf." Her tail flicked at the end, much more relaxed now. "And I believe I can keep your secret."

"Hmmm..." Gabrian had been watching the Floresce and the ghoul as they interacted, "Welcome to my world. It's hard to stay mad with him when he does things like that, huh?" he let out a sigh and then reached out with a hand, dragging a finger under the pet's chin, eliciting a soft 'churrrrrring' sound from him before he settled back on LW's shoulder, keeping only one eye open to watch the pair, "He wasn't even mine. At least not initially; a..." he paused and seemed to hesitate here, as if not quite sure of himself. He wasn't entirely sure if he could call Alessa a 'friend'. Not really, and as such, he corrected himself, "Someone gave him to me. She was having trouble with him; apparently she one day woke up to find him curled up in bed with her, but I'm pretty sure that had more to do with Davy here being cold than anything else."
The surprise that flashed along her features was... well, not surprising to him, but Gabrian waited until spoke to nod, "Yes," he told her, "Why yes indeed. I believe you've got it almost down to a T, yes. That's what I'd like you to do," he paused when she asked him why, and he found himself frowning. Why indeed? He pushed himself up from his sitting position, taking a moment to stretch his arms over his head before looking down at her, offering her a hand for her to take so he may pull her up to her feet, "Well," he murmured as he waited for her to take his hand, "Because others make it a habit of taking advantage of those they deem weak. I'm... not keen on showing any sort of weakness others can exploit until I've at least assured myself proper alliances that may help me, if need be."
He offered her a genuinely soft smile, "My name is Gabrian. As I've pointed out... I'm a nix demon," his own tail twitched behind him, "And I would be delighted to escort you to your dorm."

LW smiled at Davy, glancing over at Gabrian when he spoke. "Oh I have that same problem with my own pets. And I want to throttle them quite often." A small laugh accompanied this as she pictured her little deviants wrestling with one another. Early in the morning. The she-wolf titled her head a little as he seemed to pause or struggle to find a word. She wasn't quite sure what word he had hesitated over, but what he actually did say distracted her from thinking too much into that. LW blinked slowly before laughing and reaching up to pat the floresce.
"My. You sure know how to be a charmer, don't you?" The she-wolf teased Davy but had to admit she probably would have freaked out a little if some random serpent like creature just...appeared in her bed. If she had a bed that is. Who needed a bed when you can throw pillows all over the floor?
LW just had to continue staring at him. She just...couldn't understand why exactly someone would try and hide this side of themselves. When he offered his hand to her, LW took it slowly, mind still working on this confusion. A cute frown continued to form until he gave his explanation. And just like that understanding lit her features. Oh! The she-wolf had come across people like that before. In fact, it was something she was not unfamiliar with. It happened in the wolf packs with some of the more dominant wolves. Yes. LW understood this better than the demon probably thought she did.
"Gabrian?" She said his name like she was testing it out and then offered him one of her special smiles. "Pleasure to meet you, Gabrian. And I can make that promise. I won't tell anyone about this..." LW poked gently at his side, "sweet side of you. And I'd be quite the lucky little she-wolf having you escort me back to my dorm."

The Floresce 'chuuuuurred' softly again as LW complimented him, pressing the top of his head against her cheek in a rather sweet little gesture; apparently the creature wasn't all mischief. Either that, of his owner had rubbed off on him, "That he is," Gabrian let out a soft sigh as the she-wolf took his offered hand, then tugged slightly, helping her onto his feet, "Pleasure's all mine, actually."
Seeing as how she'd given him permission, he guided her hand to hold onto his arm and began to walk towards there monster dorms, "I know my way," he said cryptically, "You don't have to fear about guiding the way, my dear," as the neared the building in question, he made a small motion with his head, and the floresce gave the she-wolf one last nuzzle before uncurling from around her name. It promptly returned to it's original place, around the demon's neck, though by the time they got to the dorm room, it couldn't help but make a soft whining sound, as if it were sad they had to part ways. After all, Davy had had quite a lot of fun, and he'd gotten cuddles out of the deal to boot! There was nothing better than cuddles.
Looking up at the large, strange dorm room, Gabrian tilted his head, "I'm afraid this is probably as far as I go. I need to return to my own room anyhow. I still have homework I've been neglecting, though... I would not be opposed to repeating this experience with you. Sans the initial misunderstanding," there was a brief moment of hesitation, and then, just because he could, the demon gently grasped the hand the she-wolf had been using to hold onto his arm, and slowly raised it up to his lips. He closed his eyes and gave it a kiss before letting go, "And here, I bid you farewell," that said, he turned around and began to walk away.
Despite the fact Gabrian didn't look back, Davy sure did, offering the girl another long 'churrrrrr' sound, almost as if bidding her farewell too.

Man. It really was impossible to stay mad at the wily floresce. LW was discovering she liked the pet. "You'll have to make your owner her bring you over for snuggles sometime." She whispered conspiratorially to Davy. The she-wolf made sure to give Gabrian a sweet smile for helping her to her feet. "Thanks."
She smiled and let him lead the way, not realize how tall he was until after they started walking. LW refrained from making any sounds that might be similar to pouting when the floresce slithered back to his original place on his owner's shoulders. The she-wolf made sure to rub her cheek against his scaly body when he nuzzled her one last time. She did find it hard not to laugh at the soft whine he made.
Her nose wrinkled as she eyed the monster dorms. She couldn't blame him for not coming in. LW's face seemed to light up with amusement. "I'd be more than happy to join you sometime down by the water again. Snuggles included of course." She winked at him and then froze in surprise yet again. LW was not used to such a gesture. It may have made her cheeks light up just a little.
"Goodbye to you too, dear Gabrian." She murmured raising an eyebrow as she saw Davy turn to look her way. Since he had at least turned to look, LW raised her hand and kissed her fingers before blowing it towards the floresce. Smiling, she headed up towards her room and maybe a lazy gryphon wanting to hang out.
