Dragonfly grinned to Alyosha, and replied, "It's good to see you too!"
Dragonfly looked towards the door, where Demon and Ieyasu had just walked into the room. She tilted her head, curiously gazing at them.
"Well... Hello," she said after a moment, smiling.
Iniko heard the door open, and spun on a dime, though loosing her balance, and rolling to the side. She regained herself though, hauling herself to her feet to barrel towards the door, and the new arrivals.

"Yes, Alyosha would be me" he smiled. "And these are indeed the Aerandir gryphons though i'm not sure exactly how much you've heard about them. Having noted her concerned look and words about her clothes he spoke again "Oh.. if you want to dry your things out or even just dump your bag, the guest rooms are all set up for visitors. They're along that corridor" he pointed "feel free to claim one"

She jumped as the little creature darted around, and then laughed. She knelt down as the little gryphon darted twords her and the other newcommer, holding out her hand as a greeting.

Standing just inside the room, Ieyasu glanced up at Dragonfly.
"Hey" he replied simply, still unsure of exactly what was going on.
At that moment, his attention was distracted by the little gryphon currently barrelling across the room in the direction of the door. Ieyasu couldn't help but grin at the little creature's clumsiness and energy.

Whilst Alyosha pimps the candies he prods Nyxa. "Hey, nice plushies by the way.. what are they for? the Aerandir to play with?"

As Demon watched the creature, she nodded when Alyosha spoke.
"Thank you, i'll get to one later on" She had a warm smile twords the little creatures, and she studied the way they both looked and moved. SHe noticed the one that had spun around at the sound of the door opening had a racoon like body, although she couldnt make out the other half, some type of bird of course. The other had a cat like body, although she couldnt make out what type. Some sort of big cat she assumed, but once again she couldnt tell the bird part of teh Aerandir.
"I know little, only what i have heard from my friend that is also a guardian here, although i don't seem to find her here yet and i would sure love to see her little gyphon, i heard that it just trasformed too! I guess i'll have to wait for the next couple of days to greet her. " She focused her attention back at the gryphon darting its way over.

Looking around again, Ieyasu decided to see about getting a guest room sorted. He would have quite liked to have somewhere to put down a few things and come back.
Glancing down at the nearby gryphon, he grinned again before turning to head out of the main room.

Foenix stepped into the room, Nehanda in her usual place on one shoulder, Freyain in her usual place on the other. All three looked around with interest.
"Evening, folks." Foenix placed a plate of sugar cookies on the table. They were all heart-shaped, and all had been decorated, with varying degrees of skill, in pink and red icing and sprinkles. "We wanted to bring some sweets over."

Her attention drifted away from the little gryphon, to the new guardian that just came in.
"Hey! you must be another guardian here, right?" She looked at the two creatures on the gurdians sholders.

"Phoenix, hello! those cookies looks delicious" he laughs as he picks one up, transferring it to his mouth. He suddenly realised what was missing and went tearing off to his own quarters for a quick rummage.

She too took a sugar cookie, and pressed some candies into the soft dough. Soon she had a sugar cookie with
mn'ms, 'i love you' valintine candies, corners of starbursts and taffy, and finally chocolate fudge she had dug out of her back-pack. Before eating the now 4 inch-thick cookie she looked around for the kitchen entrence. 'kitchen...kitchen...wheres that kitchen..." She was planning on getting a large cup and milk to dip her delecacy into.

Inle entered a moment later, the bag containing the lifeless Marli-bits in one hand and a bag of festively-colored M&Ms in the other, her contribution to the party. She paused in the doorway, looking a bit lost; in her time on the island, Nyxa was still the only person she knew, and the sight of all these unfamiliar faces made her a bit wary. Inle made her way over to a large table in the middle of the room in what she thought was a stealthy manner; it was hard, however, to be unnoticed while dressed in black in the middle of a brightly-colored room.

FInally finding the way to the kitchen, she dug her way into the refrigerator. Fianally finding the milk, she placed everything else back in place and shut the frige door. Next she went to the pantries and stared at them for a bit.
"Witch one would hold the cups...oh!" she remembered seeing plastic cups in the main room, so she picked up her cookie and hurried back, grabbing a cup and rushing back to the milk. After pouring her share, she put it neatly back in the frige and went back to the main room with her 4 inch thick cookie and milk. Seeing another new face she sat across from her.
"Are you another guardian?" she said as she widened her mouth for the cookie.

((Sorry, I was finishing off my journal entry! sweatdrop ))
Foenix smiled around at the many new faces around her. "I'm Foenix, for those of you who don't know me this," she indicated the swan/horse gryphon, "is Nehanda, and the other little girl is Freya. She's been with me for quite some time now.
She grinned again at the eagerness with which people were eating the cookies. "Nehanda and Freya helped to decorate those! I've got some very helpful little girls."

after finishing her cookie she went over to her back-pack and gathered it up, swinging it over her shoulder. "well, im going to go unpack in a guest room as to im going to be stay for a few days, so i guess i'll see you all tomorrow!" Suddenly remembering she hadnt given her name, she spoke one last time before going upstairs. "And my name, its Demon!" SHe hoped no one would take her name the wrong way, as many did before. Just incase she said it in a cheerful tone, and then she waved to everyone in the main hall before heading down a corridor to the guest rooms.
((well, i have to go for now so ill see you all tomorrow hopefully!))
