I'd like to join, actually. I think it will be interesting. I've wanted to make my Avi an OC for a while, so this will help with that.

Yes paper and pencils and all other stuff for traditional
yes you can draw more than one just its best to have a main one

you don't have to have fancy programs to draw digitally, Paint is fine.

Actually there is a lot of open sourced art programs avalible such as GIMP or I've found a legal free version of SAI (but it's a very old version) or a old version of open canvas which is free (before they started putting charges on the program). Paint.net is good as well. These are just a few.

correct me if I'm wrong, but digital art is practically art WITH computer, and traditional art is practically art WITHOUT computer (excluding scans and such), is that what it is?
