Now Cobra, as for the credits per match, I can't give you a fixed number per match, especially if you lose as I will have other fighters that I have to attend to. With the way matches are held, Sosay and I will bet the credits that our fighters have and possibly throw in some of our own. I will always consult with you before making and final decisions on bets, and any fights that you par take in, you will be able to keep your credits earned. If I were to give you, lets say 400 credits with each match, I would need you to fight without losing more times than humanly possible and you'd probably only have one or two other brand mates. It would be more advantageous for you to have more members on the same brand as you that are strong. Eventually you will tire, and you don't want to be overworked and end up losing a lot of matches as that will void your contract.
When I say void your contract, that means that you will no longer be under my management. So you will not be getting credits or PP from me. You will also not be able to learn any of my brand exclusive taijutsu styles. You will also have to relinquish any Bijuu or Titles in your possession. Bijuu will be given back to me but Titles would just be up for grabs. Yes I know. That sounds kind of harsh, but it's what I call my insurance policy. And if you plan to be a loyal and dedicated as you said, then you have nothing to worry about.
With your clause, I ask that you come to me first and speak to me about voiding your contract. This is because if you think you aren't being treated fairly, I want us to be able to speak about it. If I ever do have to spend PP that you earned on someone else I would of course consult you before even doing so. Though I doubt that will be an issue, because I expect all of my fighters to pull their own weight and if they did for some reason have to use some of the PP you earn, they would definitely have to pay you back.

Well, the reason why I say that is because Jutsu will start to get expensive. I suppose you'll just offer to buy what I need so long as I'm performing well for you though.
On the Voided contract via 3 or more losses in a row, I accept. Hopefully I can live up to my own reputation around here.

You can type it up and I'll look over it and sign it. It would probably be best for fighters to write contracts in their own words then for managers to just make it and tell them to sign.

Losing Clause: If at anytime the competitor experiences a losing streak (Losing three fights in a row), the manager holds the right to Void the Contract. However, it is understood that the manager would first have to talk to and work with the competitor to fix the issue before voiding the contract outright.
A void of contract means that the competitor would no longer be under the management of the Red Brand. They would be unable to obtain Credits or PP from the Red Brand manager, and they would not have access to any of the Red Brand's exclusive Taijutsu styles. Any Bijuu earned as part of the Red Brand would also have to be relinquished to the Brand Manager and any titles won will be taken away.
Fair Treatment/Reward Clause: If at anytime the competitor, Kurosawa Shinji, feels that he is not being properly rewarded for their good performance, he retains the right to void the contract with the understanding that he must first speak with the Brand manager to attempt to work out a solution to fix the problem. If however, the issue cannot be resolved, or the manager is unwilling to respond fairly... the matter can be taken to appeal, at which point both earned PP, Credits, and titles earned as part of the Red Brand would be retained by the competitor, Kurosawa Shinji, and the contract requiring the fighter to stay as a part of the Red Brand would be annulled.

O.o Hmm well Lilly I have to say, I think I would want you for longer than two months. As it is, I'd like to sign people who have longevity, meaning I can count on them to be there in the future. If possible I would like you to sign a lifetime contract. Of course we can add clauses so that if you think you are being treated unfairly you can bail out, or if I don't think you are performing up to my expectations I can void the contract. People who I can count on fighting for me for a long time can guarantee that they will be well taken cared of. That means you'd get your rank benefits, your bloodlines, and your ninja types. Though I do have my concerns. I've never been to fond of genjutsu users, and with a raiton chakra element, the bijuu that would match with your RPC is wanted by two of my other prospects. So I'd like to see you in a battle with your RPC, that or you can PM me what you plan on forming your character into so that I know I'm making a good investment.

Preferred Contract Length: Hey, as long as I get some action and credits, I'll let the manager decide on a good length. Within reason, of course
Preferred Contract Payment: Custom Weapon that I will work out as well as 10,000 - 20,000 credits to use. Once you see the weapon (Mistah already knows) then you'll see that this is fair. Serious drawbacks that heavily outweigh the bonuses.
Also, I'll work out a payment plan for each fight. You give a number and I'll see what we can work out.

I'll buy you that sword as soon as you sign to me and I'll get you a weapon style that will match perfectly with it. As I say to all my potentials, I can't give you guaranteed numbers per credit but you will get what you deserve, and of course if there was ever some kind of problem, we can discuss it. The Red Brand can offer you fine management, elite brand mates to stand beside you, and of course, power that you desire and can't find anywhere else. Another thing that you will find in the Red Brand is the amount of time and effort that will be put into getting you ready and prepared for each of your fights.
