Rabbit brought her paws to a stop and turned to look at Glory as she hurried after them. She had no intentions of sticking around and letting the pup sacrifice her friend to the crows, but she would at least say something about it. "Help?" Rabbit half laughed around Blackavar's body. It was quite a good thing she had learned to speak clearly even while holding onto her friend with her teeth as at this moment she would have refused to relinquish hold of Blackavar just to say how cruel Glory was being.
Tail flicked about in frustration before she spoke again. "How can you say that? Blackavar is all I have and you want to feed him to the crows. How will that help anything?" Sad to think that not long ago she was close to becoming friends with the other pup, but now that division between the two litters was once again being reinforced, the two sides would clearly never get along, no matter what.

Glory gave her an exasperated look. "The crows aren't going to get the rabbit," she said, as patiently as she could manage. "It's just to get the big fat chickens to come down from the trees so I can teach 'em a lesson." She came up alongside the other, her tail giving a little wag. The sad thing was, she truly hadn't meant to anger the other pup.
"Here," she offered, not ready to give up just yet. "We don't have to use Blackavar. That was a stupid idea. We'll use something else for bait, something you don't care about."

At first Rabbit wasn't entirely convinced, she was still pretty darn sure that if she handed Blackavar over the crows would indeed get him even if that wasn't Glory's intentions. Those crows were smarter than they looked and could likely outwit two pups. Either way, she was not letting go of Blackavar, Glory would need to pry him from her maw in order to get him. Still when Glory offered the idea of using something other than Blackavar well Rabbit was willing to give the other pup a second chance. But one wrong word or movement and Rabbit would be long gone.
"Damn right we don't have to use Blackavar." He eyes were narrowed as she looked upon Glory. "Maybe we should use something you care about." It was a small personal stab but she hoped it would drive a point home to Glory, that she should think before asking to use things. Especially when those things were best friends of the other wolf present.

"But I don't have anything I could use," Glory said, entirely missing the point. Her brow furrowed thoughtfully for a moment. "Well...unless we could use Rua...but that probably wouldn't work." She considered this option carefully, and finally discarded it as an option. His luck was almost as bad as Rabbit's, and between the two of them something catastrophic was bound to happen. That, and he was surely way too big for the ravens to want to attack.
No, what they needed was something vulnerable.
She looked back at the other pup, regarding her seriously. "Think if I laid down and pretended to be asleep they'd attack me?"

"I don't think they would attack Rua." Rabbit pointed out, the crows seemed to only go after smaller things, which is why Blackavar was a prime target. Before she could think up of a suggestion Glory was already offering another idea. This idea Rabbit liked, it didn't involve sacrificing Blackavar to the crows and as far as she was concerned that alone made it a good plan. A smile crossed her maw for a moment before it disappeared. "If you laid still enough they likely would. You should do that." And while you do that I'm gonna sit back here and laugh at you, Rabbit added mentally, but gave Glory an encouraging smile nonetheless. Let the stupid pup make herself open to attack from the crows, that's what she wanted right?

"Yeah...that should work," Glory said, mulling this over, completely oblivious to any ill-feeling from Rabbit. She grinned, a devious sort of look, her eyes now glimmering with excitement. "Alright. We'll do that."
A thoughtful pause, ears flicking. "...OK. Here's the plan. You....you two, hide behind those bushes. I'm going to get ready. I'll be back."
And then, without further explanation as to what she had up her sleeve, Glory bounded off.
