Weighing in at just under 210 lbs, Freak was pushed back into the buckle rather easily. "Break! Break!" Freakshow shouted, wanting to get out of the vulnerable position he was in, his back to the turnbuckle, nowhere to move, he didn't like being walled in. A bit high strung, it almost seemed like he panicked a little. He ducked down, trying to lean through the ropes to force a clean break.

The ref quickly interjected, telling Donny to back of which he did immediately, arms raised as he did so, though the ref was beginning to annoy him a little, being perhaps over eager to impress and after Freak had barked at the man earlier, the official even going so far as to give Donny a warning.

Freakshow ducked back into the ring after a few seconds of leaning it out. Cautiously, he would try circling around Donny, wanting to get a better position in the ring... If allowed, he would step towards his opponent and once again, engage him in a lock up! This time not playing fair, he'd attempt grabbing his opponent by the hair, using it as leverage to back him into the opposite corner!

Slipping into the lock up again after turning on his heel to constantly keep Freak in his sights, he felt his head automatically tilt back and step back automatically as Freak tugged back with a fistful of hair, backing him up into the corner as Donny kept one eye on his opponent and one on the ref, expecting a break.

Much to the chagrin of the fans, he took advantage of his opponents positioning. He didn't break. Instead Freakshow tried scraping his wrist tape covered forearm across Donny's face! Aiming to rough up the features of his opponent. Then, if allowed, he'd quickly back peddle from the action as the ref scolded him.

It was more insulting to Donny than it was painful, having Freak's wrist tape rubbed across his brow, eyes and nose, and it served to anger Donny a little. As Freak would step back, Donny would follow as quickly as he could, trying to keep the space short as he would him a small, stunning headbutt for Freak's nose.

The headbutt connects, dropping Freakshow in a hurry! He hits the mat a** first with a thud. His hand cupped over his nose, he tries to start scooting away from Donny, not expecting such retaliation!

Donny followed, leaning over to try and grab Freak's legs before he got to the corner. If he succesfully got there in time, he would try and go for a boston crab, if not, he would try to drag him to the middle of the mat.

Freakshow was grabbed by the legs, he tried to fight, but inevitably, was turned over into the boston crab! He cringed in pain, and began to claw at the mat, trying to get towards the ring ropes before the pressure on his lower back became too much.

In Donny's mind, he was already thinkin what was next. As he arched back to increase the pressure, he had an idea. He quickly let go of one leg and moved to wrap his legs around the other in a toe hold position. Then he would fall back to back with Freakshow whilst reaching for his left arm, aiming to finish the series of adjustments with a bridging toe hold with a simultaneous arm bar, hoping to cinch the move in for a decent amount of time before Freak could reach the ropes.

Just when he was starting to get a bit of movement, Donny switched the hold up! Now in a modified STF type of move, he was feeling even more of a torque, each body part cranked in a different direction. However, he had a leg free'd up, and would attempt using this to push himself to grab onto the bottom rope, letting out a pained scream as did so!

Donny looked to the ref as he started to count, a little faster than most he couldn't help noticing, letting go with one last little crank on two before rolling of and away from Freak, the ref about to give him a warning once more but Donny cut him of by telling him to "Cool it"
Freak may not have tried many mind games on Donny yet, but that earlier bark at the ref seemed to have riled the official up in the very least.

Freakshow hooked an arm around the bottom rope, and pulled himself under it, out of the ring! He hit the ringside area hobbling a bit, the fans booing at Freak's break from the action. He began using his unofficial time out to start walking off the pain in his leg and at the same time, rethinking his strategy. While doing this, he kept an eye on his opponent in the ring, "You stay right there!"

Donny put his hands up and took a couple of steps back. To be honest, stepping out of the ring had never crossed his mind, his area was in the ring, outside of it was not his element. Instead, he leaned into the corner and waited, grinning at the crowd as a small smattering of Donny chants started.

Freakshow turned to a fan chanting his opponents name, glaring at him briefly. This didn't do much in silencing the chants, in fact, it caused a few more fans to start up, just to irritate Freak. Cautiously, the frustrated wrestler put a knee onto the apron, never taking his eyes off his opponent, he finally entered the ring.
