Nefertari immediately sunk her claws into the seats to brace herself for the impact! Thank Jack for claws! She was glad she kept her sharp! The jar still hurt a bit but otherwise she was un-injured. She stepped lightly into the snow, immediately not liking the feel of it. Wet....it was wet. She hated being wet. She didn't event like swimming in the Nile. This was also COLD and wet. Neither a combination she enjoyed. But what was all this noise? She looked over to see the Head Mistress singing and talking about a battle. They were in Chirstmas Town? Was it the same that Jack had went through? Wait did she say....
A battle!! Oh that brought some warmth to the Sphnix's body! She didn't mind raiding actually, after all her kind could also terrorize. She listened carefully to the instructions as to direction and what they were suppose to accomplish while there. Well that seemed good enough for her! She began to look over the weapons. Hmm, the wreath she wasn't so fond of. She had never been good at the ring toss. She didn't care for the launcher, as she prefered a more upfront approach. So that left the Sack Full of Joy. She picked it up and examined the contents inside. Hmm, this would do well enough. Now to pick a path. The map was fairly simple to read with the three paths. It was either mountain or island. Well she certainly didn't like the idea of what looked like an island so she chose the mountain path. Figured it would be easier for her.
Jack damnit she was cold! The jacket still did much for her and now she wrapped her wings around, but that still left most of her legs bare. She looked at the other students to see how they were faring. Some just seemed a bit banged up. Where was Petro....horse? She blinked as she saw the loin clothed horse suddenly go from one form to the next. Thankfully she couldn't take on her form yet, it was magically impossible until after her Rite. She slung her backpack with the tent, balls, and sack of joy inside over her shoulder and walked over to Petro.
"Hey you ok? You seem to be having trouble with your form there?" she offered a paw up to her fellow guardian.

"I'm good, Miss Rain," Hedera shakily informed the former car-leader, her skin noticeably turning a pale green. Plant green, if you will. Looking down at herself, the demon started breathing fast. "Oh, this is not good, this is not good, where are all the skull pins oh my gosh-"
And silence from her. Calm. But she looked a slight bit more...plantlike, seeming a bit taller and slender with long limbs...and were those teeth getting notably sharper and almost Gluttony-like? There was definitely a fluctuating effect, but luckily her natural form wasn't coming out. That was...about as nice as it got right now, really. And with an elegance she definitely hadn't possessed on the train, the ghoul confidently stepped over and hoisted an EXTREME SNOWBALL LAUNCHER 5000!
"Oh yesssssss," the sloth demon whispered, pulling a wide grin; and it was obvious that those were teeth she definitely hadn't had fifteen minutes ago. At least it came with a burst of confidence, and being one of the taller female humanform students was pretty fun.

((Winston is stuck in his normal dog-form thanks to a broken skull pin. He is modeled after an Irish Deerhound, if anyone was curious as to why he's so huge as a ghost-doggy))
He'd just been talking to his new-found friend, but then the world turned upside down. Had they crashed? Really? Worst field trip ever. Along with the other students he got to his feet, shaking off some snow and getting his barrings straight while the gnomes went on about Christmas Town. So that was their destination. He frowned as he looked around, his vision suspiciously lower than usual. There was also the fact that he was standing on four four legs. Large laws dug around in the snow, eventually finding what had been his school pen. What was usually attached to his belt buckle was now snapped in half, leaving him to his natural form. It had been a while. His back arched and he stretched before nosing the broken pen into his pack. The trap was tossed over his neck along with his scarf and star necklace. He was pretty sure it was useless given the circumstances, but he didn't exactly have the hands to take it off.
At least he was rather large as a ghost dog, reaching around thirty-one inches at his shoulder alone when standing on all fours. Parts of him faded off into smoke and his muzzle was long and full of sharp teeth. Where had his friend gotten off to though he wondered. Hopefully she wasn't hurt at all. When the announcement of weapons to combat Sandy Claus's minions came up (or at least that's what he assumed they were for), he trotted on up and snatched up a bell in his jaws. It wasn't like he could really wield anything else given his lack of thumbs. He weaved between students, long legs carrying him easily through the snow.
Now, where exactly had his friend gotten off to? He'd been about to introduce himself when the train had gone and crashed. She probably thought him incredibly rude. Probably wouldn't even know it was him should he find her. Then again, his scarf was hard to miss, and probably the only reason why was passing unnoticed for the most part. Hadn't someone told him there were other Cwn Anwwn on the campus with the grounds keeper? Someone must have. He was probably the only talking one though.

When the Train crashed poor Lizzy was clung to by the little undead girl; she was not going to let go either, it seemed. At least until the crash ended and she could crawl out of the wreckage with her friends, mostly unharmed if you don't count mental stress. After listening to Helma talk - wow that was quite the song! Luckily she understood, and by the end even the Vetala was excited for this, but that might have something to do with the fact that she had to fight hadn't yet seeped in. It would soon, when she went to pick up her weapon.
She had been trying her best to keep an eye on Lizzy, Johan and Christof, but she lost sight of them for a moment or two, in the rush of students that went to get something to attack or heal with. At first she didn't notice, but as she reached for the sack full of joy, a student's accidental bump into her caught her by surprise, causing her hand to slip and grab the Carol of the Bells instead.
"Whoa~" She breathed out, pressing a reversed hand against a more solid part of her chest. Everything was going well...until a rather horse-like student suddenly wasn't so horse-like anymore...and wobbling near her.
"WHOA!" Amrita cried out again, louder and in surprise as she just barely ducked out of the way of the wobbling launcher, falling back onto her rear and very nearly crashing into a very large dog in the process.

Petro had managed to keep himself from toppling over. Barely. In his human form, the embarrassed flush on his face was muted somewhat thanks to his tattoo. Unfortunately it darkened when he realized he nearly hit someone. And this was further emphasized when the sphinx (finally, someone he knew!) came up to him and pretty much pointed out how he had shifted without intending to.
"Strangest thing, didn't have any problem with shifting before or on the train. Anything weird happen to you?" He asked of her as he adjusted the skull pin on his loincloth. He turned towards the direction he could have sworn the other voice that suggested he had almost hit someone came from. Glancing around he spotted a ghoul seated on the ground somewhat close to him, "Oh, Jack, are you okay? I didn't hurt you did I?"
Shame on you, Petro! SHAME! You're not supposed to be hurting your fellow Halloween Towners! He lowered his things to the ground to have better leverage when he reached down to help the ghoul up. Only to realize, "What happened to your hands?!"
Obviously, Tro has never heard or seen of Vetalas in his neck of the forest.

((Gabrian will be shifting from serpent form - think like a sea serpent, which has small fins and his horns - to human form uncontrollably. He will be taking the Sack full of Joy as a weapon)) To say that Gabrian was displeased with the general outcome of the train ride and trips was... a gross understatement, really. The crash had come as a surprise (though now that he had a moment to think about it, he couldn't wrap his mind around just why it'd been a surprise, specially given the previous skeleton deer thing attack). He'd had just enough time to grab onto his seat, but in the process, he'd lost grip of the violin he'd been carrying on his lap. As a result of this, the instrument had fallen to the ground in the crash, and when the nix had managed to finally get up, he'd found it broken in two, on the floor beside him, "Jack-damnit..." he wasn't really prone to cursing for the most part, but the fact he had a splitting headache wasn't helping matters much, "I do not really think you're going to be of much use anymore, old friend," his words were directed to the violin as he held it up from the long end and eyed it; there was no way he was going to be able to fix it. Letting out a long sigh, he released it and let it drop on the ground, instead directing his attention to his body. Gabrian seemed to be mostly unharmed, miraculously enough; his hair was in disarray and his cloak was torn here and there, where the cloth had gotten tangled on the train seat (at the time, tugging himself free from the machinery mess had been in higher priority than keeping his clothes intact). Just as the headmistress and the gnome finished explaining things (which Gabrian only really half heard, seeing as how he was holding a hand to the side of his head in an attempt to dull the ache he felt inside his skull), he heard someone call his name. His gaze lifted and finally landed on Junko, whom he graced with a mild groan of a grunt in response before he managed to move to join her, "I'm fine. I'll live. Which is more than can be said for my violin..." generally unsure of what was going on, he tried to focus his attention on the students around him, and through the haze of the headache... noticed a few of them seemed to be in what he supposed were their true forms. He didn't really give this much thought, figuring that preferred to attack in said forms. That was, until he vaguely remembered something the gnome had mentioned, "I wonder what that gnome meant when he said that shifters would have-" it was right about then that Gabrian started to feel... distinctly odd. Almost as if something inside him were moving without his permission; more than power, it felt as if he'd eaten something he probably shouldn't have. He was cut off mid sentence as he shifted rather randomly into his serpent form. The change made it so he no longer had arms, or hands that he could press to the side of his head. Instead, on the side of his long body, he had small fins, and they barely acted like hands at all. His horns remain, and his was around the size of a large python or Boa. He scolwed and arched his long body up so he was looking at Junko in the eye once more, "Nevermind," he hissed, "I guess this is what they meant. I don't seem to have control - I can not shift back and forth," he turned his head to look to the side, his long tongue slipping in and out as he snapped at the air, obviously upset, "Great, just great. The snow is cold. I most distinctly... do not approve!" he idly wondered if his sister was doing better off than he was, "I hope my sister did not get hurt in that crash," unfortunately, he wasn't particularly fast on land in this form, and he thus, refused to budge from the place to check; if he was fine, he figured she would too. After all... she was much stronger than he was. His eyes fell on the weapons offered and his tail slowly curled around the so called... Sack full of Joy. He dragged it nearer and huffed unhappily at the situation on a whole.

Jamais looked unhappy at best. After they crashed and everything was all, this. She sighed her wings seem to have come back to her due to lack of a current skull pin, it must've fallen off in the crash. She stretched them and looked around to see if Basil was okay, wherever Basil had gone that was.
Before looking at the head mistress like she was insane. This was getting curiouser and curiouser, the demoness' tail flicked as she sighed. "So... we get to go someplace, joyful to plunder and pillage?" It almost seemed interesting. She was looking at the weapons unsure of what to grab, they all looked.... well bright, Jam wasn't sure if she was keen on this whole adventure or not.
She wrinkled her nose. "Well... if we must." She grabbed one Sack full of joy and the rest of the supplies they were given. She watched others pick up other weapons.

Winston jumped as a heavy body nearly landed on him. In retrospect she probably wasn't all that heavy at all, being an undead girl, but at the time it was still startling. Was she alright? He padded around to sit next to her, dipping his head curiously. The bell was set carefully in the snow between his paw before he dropped it. "You ok?"
It was always awkward to watch him talk as a dog. Mostly because he was a dog, partly because his jaws never did match up to the words he was saying. The wonders of being a ghost dog were seemingly limitless. Another boy was helping her out so he grabbed the handle of his bell in his teeth again, smokey tail wagging casually before he backed off a tad to let the girl get help from someone with hands. It was a regular zoo out in the snow fields. It seemed he wasn't the only one feeling some lasting effects from a broken of cracked school pen. At least his fur was thick enough to deal with the snow, he felt horrible for the various serpents and other such reptilian students running around. It had to be a pain.
A curious statement caught his attention back to the undead girl though. Her hands? Where they broken? Oh Jack that would have been horri-no. No not broken, but backwards. Was that normal for her? It didn't seemed to be upsetting her. He knew if his hands had suddenly turned backwards he'd been too busy crying like an infant to be of any use at all.

What the bloody Jack?
Beyond the thudding crash, Haku didn't recollect much until he came to - rolling about slightly in the snow. For a moment, he thought he was home again: snow, cold wind, other voices that sounded familiar . . . And yet not familiar at the same time . . . Though the second he took a sniff, the inugami knew he wasn't in the north - not his north at least.
It was too . . . happy-smelling. There wasn't any other way to put this.
The next few minutes were a whirlwind of recollection (did he recall an explosion? What?), sensations, and more voices - gnomes, if he remembered who had told them about the meals before. What . . . ? He groaned, lifted himself from the snow, and was bombarded with information about some sort of raid; he felt two small things being shoved at him and just pocketed it to stop the pushing. There was the jingling of something that bothered poor Haku as well (his head was ringing enough as it was), so he reached out a hand to stop it.
Incidentally the gnome thought he had chosen his weapon. Haku blinked as the short creature waddled off and found in his hand Carol of the Bells.
Oh Jack damn it.
Ears pricked at Petro's and Nefertari's voices not too far away, he lumbered over and pocketed his "weapon", finding that their perppermints had somehow survived the crash - what, were they stuck to the insides of his pockets or something? Oddly, though, his form was shimmering, and sometimes Haku spied more equine features popping in and out. Similarly other students seemed to be suffering, while a few of them didn't, either stuck in humanoid form just like him or -
- Oh dear Jack, what were those humongous things? The wereghoul from before, he could see, though less . . . well, feminine than he remembered. Also not quite a "raccoon" either. There was also a large mostly white dog who looked more frightened than anything else.
He himself was mostly unsettled by the boil who for a moment looked like a large serpent. Uuuuugh.
"I almost want the mysterious FEAR sapper back," Haku grumbled as he joined the party, his steps accompanied by jingling thanks to the bell. "Everyone alright? Or . . . at least still here consciously?" They seemed to be concerned for a ghoul with bones showing and backwards feet - a creature Haku had also never seen before.

"N-no, I...I'm fine." Amrita stuttered out, staring wide-eyed at the giant, spike-headed man who she was pretty sure was a horse before. At least a bipedal one. "R-reall---Ah!" She startled again, jumping to the side when she realized how close she actually was to the very big, talking hound. "F-Fine! J-just fine!" She stammered out again, a dark blush surfacing on what remained of her fleshy face. So many people, asking if she was alright! Okay, so it was just two...but that was a lot to the Vetala! Especially stangers.
"My..." She blinked a bit, looking down at her hands, tucking the bell under her arm so she could hold them in an unnatural to her position; palms down. The thumbs were still on the wrong side, as though they had been exchanged without severing or stitches. "Oh...N-nothing, this is, um, normal." She assured them in a shaking voice, her head bowed to allow her dark hair to cover her face, staring down at the heels to her backwards feet and chewing on what remained of her bottom lip.
"I promise." She added in a tiny voice, as an after thought. This was normal to her, really! The used-to-be-Horse sounded so thrown off! It would be rude to let him continue thinking he'd hurt her. "I promise." She repeated in the same tiny voice, apparently unaware that she had said it twice. "But, um, Th-Thank you, for worrying..." The undead child seemed distracted, her toes curling and digging in the snow behind her. She'd never felt snow before! This was weird, so very weird...

Petro didn't quite believe the ghoul was fine. Could you blame him? Her hands were backwards! And as he glanced down, he realized so were her feet! "Are you sure? Really, really sure? Can you walk?" he was gawking at her feet. More out of concern than anything else. Oh hell's bells, Tro, give the ghoul her space! Somehow he managed to tear his eyes away (maybe because he remembered staring is rude) to face the large hound that the small ghoul nearly jumped into, "How about you? Anything broken or twisted or I don't know, not working the way it shou-" At that moment, the monster shifted back into his real form, suddenly gaining an extra feet and a half of height. "-ld. Jack damn it, this is going to give me a headache worse than those riddles," he groaned, rubbing the bridge of his now-equine nose.
His ears flicked when he heard the familiar voice of "Haku! You're okay!" He exclaimed in relief and not just because the other boil had his peppermint. "Nefertari and I're fine. Sommat. Dunno about the others from the car, but I think she was in our car only different," he gestured towards the were-lemur.

One moment the whole of Oblina car was playing a lovely game, the next -Chaos-. An agitated voice crackled to life over the icky-com demanding they brace for impact, and all hell broke loose from there. Hadiyya herself had widened eyes, stepping around to cling to G's forearm as she took a seat in one of the empty chairs beside him. Of course there really wasn't any sure way to prepare oneself for a train wreck. She did her best, bracing her feet and keeping a tight hold on the boil beside her, but when the car pitched and started to roll she lost her grip.
Everything was a blur for the next few minutes as they rolled. Items and students flying about her as she held onto the arm rest to her right for dear life. When the thing finally came to a halt she toppled out of the chair, dazed for a moment and quite dizzy. The marid crawled for a window, conveniently already broken, and slipped through, wandering away from the wreck on still shaking legs to put a little distance between herself and it.
The side of her head ached near her let temple, and a touch to her brow came away with a tiny splash of color. Nothing serious, bust something had collided with her as they rolled.
It was then she noticed the gathering of students, and one name fell from half parted lips as she hiked up her skirts to jog towards them. "Braum." Please be ok. They'd been separated, and now she had no way of knowing where he was or if he was ok. Of course once she got to the knot of gathered students she paused n her search. Attention forcefully claimed the shadow of the head mistress as she laid out a plan for invasion. Was that what this whole trip had been about? She listened to the song, though by the time the gnome had started up she was feeling antsy again. She hardly listened to him, and once the Jolly packs had been handed out she blindly groped for a weapon, coming away with a bell before shuffling off once again in search of the Raum.
Of course now that she'd had time to suitably think over the implications of the crash, there was more then one person she was worried over. He voice rose in pitch and volume the longer she went without finding them. "Braum!" He was, o course, her first priority, but she did call out for the others. "Junko, Belle!" There were so many students milling about. "West, Sharra!"

((LW will fluctuate between humanoid form and Were form and has chosen a Christmas Wreath as her weapon.))
Something...was off. Well, a lot of somethings were off. The last thing she could clearly remember was laughing even harder at Kilo's reaction to her first laugh. The poor guy! She hadn't meant to scare him or startle him. But he was a funny one and she enjoyed his company. That was all that was clear and then it got a tad...fuzzy. A few images flashed across her mind. The train. Something was wrong with the train.
Oh Jackdamnit! The train had crashed! And...that cold feeling she had right now? The she-wolf looked around and poked at the strange white....SNOW! Oh Candlejack. It was snow. No wonder she was feeling cold. A shiver raced down and widened violet eyes glanced all around. Was everyone alright? Did they all make it off the train? Were Kilo and Basil and...was that the headmistress-lady? Just what in Jack was going on?! LW stood where she was and listened to what was said by first headmistress-lady and then the gnome. At least this one didn't collapse and die on the floor. But he was saying something about equipment and weapons and that their ultimate goal was one, Sandy Claws' workshop. Wait. What did he mean by what he said about the shifters?!
... ... ...
Her body tingled faintly. It was familiar and odd at the same time. Usually that tingling feeling signified a shift. But the skull pins kept them from shifting! Didn't they? On slightly shaky feet, LW looked through the weapon choices and decided to go with a Christmas Wreath. That feeling was still there and seemed to increase. This was going to be...interesting. She glanced around the students, looking for familiar faces.

It took a bit for Livi to come to, his brain pounding worse than ever as he scrambled to make sense of what the bloody jackin' hell happened! First he had been sitting there, pondering between a boring game of Simon Says or that other one that actually sounded interesting and then... screaming, flailing and chaos. Okay, he knew he asked for something chaotic to happen but nothing like that! It was a good thing he had managed to grab onto his seat and part of the window as everything turned insane but he still must have hit his head or something for her blacked out. And when he got his wits together, he shoved himself to his feet.
Argh his body felt so jackin' sore! Ignoring the pain he felt as he shifted his shoulders and rotated his neck, he quickly fixed himself up. It was probably a good thing there were no reflective surfaces for him to see how he had looked before he somewhat straightened himself up. For a being that had to focus on his appearance, it would have completely lost it if he saw how bad it had been. Picking leaves and whacking dirt out of his hair, he had followed the other students to the Professor, listening to the song... thing... that explained what they were doing. Raiding Christmas Town? Taking up a pack, he opened it and saw that there was a Sack full of JOY in there for him. Seemed he was still in his humanoid form.
Good... let's hope it stays that way! Hearing some screams and shouts that sounded somewhat familiar, he slung his bag artfully over his shoulder before he went to check it out. Seeing that it was Amrita, his little protege, his head tilted a bit as he took in the situation. Seems she was surrounded by people asking if she was all right? By... a person who wore very little (Interesting) and a large dog. "Making new friends, Amrita?" His voice was gently teasing as he went over and offered a hand to her to help her up. "Where have you been, hmm? Hiding from me?"

(( Corbin will be taking the Bell as his Support Item = u = d ))
A soft groan came from under a pile of luggage.
Unconscious for the duration of the mission briefing, Corbin was now at a complete loss--not to mention having a splitting headache. A white hand with black painted nails reached up out of the pile, then another with a fingerless glove, and his aching body was pulled into the open with a raspy hiss of his Stalkman. Wings free, they flapped gently to get their bearings and Corbin glanced around.
All of the other cars had been evacuated, no one still residing inside or else they had the unfortunate fate of ending up like him, maybe worse. Did anyone actually get hurt? Staggering to a stand, nearly falling right back on his face again, the Wraith cursed his solid form. This was precisely why he preferred being able to shift; at least in his proper Ghost form he didn't often feel pain but now this would be with him until they got back to the school.
His blue eyes glanced around, noticing all of the white, and a quiet sound of surprise was uttered as a cold flake landed on his cheek. His brows furrowed, looking up; snow and tree branches everywhere, this wasn't a place in Halloween, was it? Or was this... He glanced around wildly and found a door painted up to look like a full and healthy evergreen, decorated brightly. This was a place from long in the past, now only barely remembered in the form of a play. "Candlejack..." he uttered quietly, the expletive a rarity for the Crow.
Taking a few moments to stare in wonder, his mind began to regain itself. What had they been doing before the obvious crash? Why, getting ready to play another game, that's what--one he might have actually had fun with. He hadn't minded the I Spy but Never Have I Ever you could get very creative with. For example; Never have I ever tucked a werewolf to bed with their stuffed Oogie. Easy! Then there was shouting, screaming, the driver thought they were going to die. Well, it would be easy to die if one weren't already dead, wouldn't it? Though as he was now, Corbin had to wonder if he was under the same vulnerabilities as everyone else. It was such a strange notion.
Then another thought sprang up, jarring him. He intended to float but merely stepped forward and fell flat on his face. "Seila?" he called in a daze. His seat neighbor, the poor girl, what had happened to her? Did she get hurt? Scanning the crowd gleaned no results and so he peeled himself from the wet and cold snow and began to trudge through, peering over heads and between shoulders, where ever he could find a vantage point. If he could get a look at the skull on her head then he would be assured, go back to minding his own business, but she had worried about him when he got hurt trying to fight the ghost reindeer, the thought should be duly returned.
