Ashmere shook her head slightly and headed back inside, she would go down to the glow room and began her search there. It was an odd place but it was warm.

Once again her search had ended with no success. This was not going well, perhaps if she spent less time researching cures and more time learning her way around this place she would know all the commonly used spots for firelizards, but no she was too tied down to her work to bother with that. She headed to another store room this time, hoping that this would all end soon, so many dirty things were in her way she was in a near panic.

"Well this is not going like I thought it would, hmm...if I were a little firelizard where would I lay my eggs?" Walking around the for a little while in the hallway Ashmere stopped then headed back down to the kitchens, she had failed to look there in her feverish search. Now was the time to look around the dangerous kitchens!

Oh look they aren't here either, she mentally told herself as she slipped from the store room. Where would that nest be? The Weyr was pretty darn big, and scouring every inch of it was not exactly the way she expected to spend the rest of her day. Turning Morgaine headed to the candidate barracks. Perhaps the little critters found a nice warm spot there to lay their eggs.

Grunting heavily Ashmere walked away from the kitchen before Mildriff could corner her and force food down her throat. Scurrying away the pixie framed brunette headed towards the dinning hall and searched there.

Dang it where were the little beasts! This was becoming a losing battle, and she hated losing. Heaving a heavy sigh Morgaine headed outside and towards the beach. Maybe the nest was out there, who knew at this point really.

Moving along Ashmere headed towards a new room that seemed to be a storage area for tanned hides of some sort. Rather creepy in its own way, but maybe this would be the spot.

Nope, not here either. Heading back inside Morgaine went to search in the crafters area. Perhaps the firelizard found someplace there to lay eggs. Really she was just trying anyplace at this point.

Muttering something obscene under her breath the small framed harper padded out of the room and down a hallway. It did take the little woman long before she was entered another room that was dark and smelled of dust, she almost turned back but something told her not to over look the dank room just yet.

Really? This was some kind of cruel joke. It had to be, why else would it take this long to find the nest. Morgaine left the room and traveled down the hall a ways, until she came to a door that she knew for a fact she had not searched behind yet. Unsure of just what the room was used for she stepped in, held her breath and quickly searched about.

Ashmere all but fled from the room shivering violently, turning tail the pale woman darted towards the Spinning Room, it was a dry place and had a lot of threads and cloth that could make a nice snug nest. I Found The Nest!! Ashmere had been in the room for only a little while before she froze and felt the blood pound between her ears. In a large basket full of scrap material rested what she had been searching for. "I found the nest!" She cheered and gazed at the little eggs completely in love with the tiny shells and what was growing inside of them.

The humming of flits welcoming babies into the world filled the room. Eggs wiggled energetically as the hatchlings worked their way free. Predominately a gold and bronze perched near the nest. They watched as anyone entered the room and approached the clutch.
Hurray! you found the nest! Now all you have to do is get past mom and dad to pick your egg. Each egg has its own number, and which one you get is determined by which number you roll. Roll a 1d8!
Egg1- 5
Egg2- 2
(If it comes up with the same number, I will reroll.)
Ra- You may continue rolling to find the nest.

Nest, nest where was the nest? Perhaps in an empty guestroom? So Morgaine went to look in one, hoping the nest would be there.

Ashmere hadn't expected that. She didn't even think that the clutch might be guarded. She blinked slightly, this could very well get messy if she didn't watch herself. Darting forward the harper tried a direct approach towards the nest and tried to scoop up one of the hatchlings. I Pick Egg (2)!!! Ashmere managed to scoop up one of the tiny little creatures and bolted out of the room slamming the door behind her, as she ran the smart little harper shoved small bits of fruit and fish into the snapping mouth of the hatchling!

(Grats Ane! I'll post both flits once Ra is done rolling.
Ra if you'd like to skip all the rolling that'd be fine since the other will go to you either way. Or you can do an egg roll if you want(you'd need a 5 XD )
