Hey! Just a note about his Natural Ability, you list it as being because of his unique parents, but Natural Ability here is ruled by main race; he's a Stryx, so if you wind up getting him, then all Stryx will have the same natural ability as him. That's just how it works here, so my suggestion would be either to remove that note about it being because of his unique parents (as Rabid said, a lot of students have two different faction/races for parents) or make a more blanket ability for all Stryx and have him use that :B

I'm just going to make it a blanket ability. This is not the only instance where I have read a Strix being an energy devourer.. his mom just isn't. Which will still work well for his history.

All in all, I really like the character you've got here. I love how you've tied in the bird-like aspects with the odd quirks you've given him and it seems like you've put a lot of thought into his character and how he would be played. He seems like the sort of character that I would be interested in interacting with and should you get him I would definitely pester you for RP. XD
The only question I came up with while reading through your profile is... How exactly does Muka know so much about the human world that he thinks it's somewhere he wants to, needs to go to? In general, I thought that students weren't supposed to know anything about the outside world until they were enrolled and attending classes which were meant to teach them about the various oddities to expect on the outside.
Is it really a need to go to the human world to start off with or is it a need to be somewhere other than where he is that will develop into a need to see this human world the more he hears about it?

It's really a need to sate his hungers. Strix are notoriously 'ever hungering' and his experiences with his mother (his only tie to being a true Strix) have taught him that human beings are where it's at when it comes to sating the insatiable!
He's never met a human.. he's never even seen one.. but his demonic side of the family, especially his closest brother, love to brag about their exploits. Being on lock down in his father's house has not helped his need to explore and experience things though.. which is why he's tried to run away once or twice (but we all know these kids can't just GO to the human world). He loves being out in crowds with whirling energies around him and his immature mind is practically FUELED by the magical stories of the human world and wreaking havoc there.

Aislin would totally probably have a stupid giggle fit over every one of his jokes. I think she'd probably 'get' his weird humor and if not she'd laugh if only because he was laughing, too.

Revised his personality now that I have RPed him in the Open House.
Also completely changed his FEAR. I felt his previous fear was just too much of an extension of his Natural Ability.
