I pretty much love her, no lie! The personality is really well thought out and expanded upon.
The senshi and powers are actually pretty darn unique too, I don't recall seeing anyone else have a sinking power.
Anyway, I'm going to ask that the eternal power have a radius of 8 feet (so 16 feet total instead of 20 feet total because that's a little large). But if you make that tiny tweak I'll be happy to stamp her. :3
