Alright, this was it - the last of the demons and Steve was gonna do everything in his power to beat her. The b*tch was NOT ruining his date with Lilith - he'd worked to blessed hard to get to this point. Running to a neighboring table, he grabbed a plate of fine worm lo mein and tossed the contents in her face. So maybe it wasn't the manliest way to fight, but a food fight was a way to hurt her pride - right?

Enough! All these Ex' were annoying now. Couldn't she just spend ONE night without some guy/girl trying to destroy Steve? That's it! She took every single plate (with food still in it) she could find, and threw it at Pride, Frisbee style!

Being interrupted was annoying, being interrupted when she was about to make a retort was even more annoying. It seemed a mistake was made, one that she would have to rectify rather shortly. Lilith stared at Pride and listened as the avarice demon made her threat, "Is that all you have? Threats and posturing? You really are only looks and nothing else."
Lilith rolled up her sleeves and smiled sweetly at the demoness as she took a handful packets filled dark liquid that was offered up with the meal for the evening and pointed them at Pride and squeezed with all of her might. "Bring it!" she cried as the liquid spat out toward the demon. Nothing hurt worse than to have your appearance marred by something that was dark and smelt heavily of salt and other things.
All else failing she'll get some sort of pleasure from the indignant banshee-like scream that would (hopefully) ensue from the attempt.

It was unfortunate really, Lilith huffed as she crossed her arms watching pride. "A while indeed," She commented dolefully, this was not her idea of fun. It was also not her idea of a date.
"Why'd you have to come ruin it?" She asked Pride giving the other a chance to apologize and back down. When Lilith realized the former idea was just a hope and a dream she grabbed the closest thing to her, which was the dish of food they'd just been eating and slung it at Pride.
"I swear if you think I'm going to let you ruin this date..." She grabbed the next closest thing which was a fork and threw it aiming for the other's head. Lilith was good, but pride was better, Pride ducked, and made some witty comment about Lilith being jealous of such a pretty face.
"..You have another thing coming Pride." Lilith's brow twitched as she finished her sentence. People around the trio started staring at them as the girl grabbed whatever was in reach to throw at the intruder. Which also included the pots and pans from a nearby table where they cook was working. It didn't take long for the room to slightly clear of the flying things and start egging on the fight.

Steve sighed. "Oh you gotta be kidding me!" he said in a huff. It seemed like he couldn't get a break. I mean what was up with all these demons; they didn't have anything else better to do?
He frowned, he guess he had to do something. He couldn't just let his nice dinner go to waste and he was sure that he didn't want to die.
Looking at the milkshake he order (Yes, a milkshake in a Chinese restaurant) He smiled, thinking of a song. Picking it up he yelled at the final demon, "My milkshake, is better then yours. Damn right is better then yours! I could teach you but I have to charge." Yelling at full volume he chucked the thing at Pride. It had to hurt double, not only was she going to get hit by a milkshake he was telling her that in fact that his milkshake was soooo much better then hers.

"Sorry, Steve." The look Lilith sent her would-be boyfriend was wry - a sardonic little smirk that turned apologetic if he looked hard enough. "No offense, y'know? But you can't handle this one." Instead, the reaper stepped in front of him, her hands tracing the scenic Jack-o'-Lanterns that had been lighting their table (she had the feeling that he'd asked for them special; they did kinda' light the mood). Her lip curled as she turned prideful indifference back at Pride.
"Didn't I tell you I was done with you already?" Lilith scoffed as she snarled, hooking her fingers in the lantern-lights' tops. "Be a good girl for once. Go away!" Barely had the words left her lips than Lilith lunged forward - she flung the flaming, sopping lanterns at Pride with all her force behind them!

Battle after battle, Steve had been unprepared. But not THIS time! Before his (Very attractive. Heya babe.) date could react he was already on his feet, procuring an expandable notepad, a pre-prepared pie chart laid out in bright colors. He donned his VERY scientific glass, and from his jacket pocket pulled his handy dandy...laser pointer.
"As you can PLAINLY see here," he said, pointing at the minuscule slice that was labeled YOU, "You will see that for 'hotness' you are far inferior to..." he than indicated to the large ME on the pie.
Steve pushed up the glasses, which had slipped down his face.
"And of course you know," he said, looking up sharply at her. "Pride goeth before the FALL!" Steve aimed his laser pen straight at her eyes and clicked it on.

Steve slapped a hand over his face for a moment. Oh wonderful. What was it with these damn demons trying to ruin his romantic-time?!! Stalking up to Lilith, he glared at her. "Y'know what? You guys are really pissing me off!! So just... .... just ... "
Reaching out with his chopsticks, Steve snatched a lock of the demon's long luxurious hair and starting twirling it about as if it was noodles. Take THAT! Let's see how she liked having all of her pretty shiny oh so PERFECT hair yanked out of her head! "BUZZ OFF!!!" he yelled.

One day. One day of peace. Barely thirty minutes in a restaurant. SOMETHING. Steve's nerves had been grated on ever since this ridiculous series of fights began, and just when he thought he had reached his limit and finally found some mellow time with the would-be gf -
- some chick with a**-wings. a**-wings.
Never mind that she also knew Lillith: Steve practically assumed every other denizen that dramatically entered their immediate vicinity was some sort of ex at this point.
No, somehow he was fixated upon the fact that this avarice demon had wings on the most unlikely of places. And for some reason, that was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Said camel, though he stood on two feet with chopsticks full of eyeball dumplings in hand, began to laugh. A snerk. A low chuckle. A bark of laughter. And it escalated more and more until both girls were more than likely confused as to how anyone would have thought it appropriate to be shaking from mirth. He even slammed a fist on the table, he was laughing so hard. Apparently it spawned a random idea.
Wiping a quick tear from his eye, Steve gulped down his dumpling, dropped the chopsticks, and nonchalantly yanked his laptop out of his backpack (even on dates, he took it - just in case, right?). With the casual grace of a man who was under the "oh what the hell" influence usually found when drunk, Steve began to pick through his files with unusually fast and precise clicks.
Clearly he saw these particular videos too much.
Jamming the volume all the way up, he held his laptop before the pride demon and hit play on the series of videos he had compiled into one really, really big cd.
OH. MY. SWEET. JACK. MAKE IT STOP. WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN. WHAT DOES IT MEEEEEAN? WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM? AH HA HA, HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
By the time the last video was hit, surely only the most insane and deafest of demons would be gone. That was assuming the first one didn't knock her out with the incessant sound alone. and at full volume, those sound waves were rather deadly . . .((Disqualified myself by forgetting to roll. *goes to corner of shame for posting at 1 AM getting back from a trip* OTL))

Steve was just starting to enjoy himself, he didn't have to wear ridiculous leather pants to try and impress Lilith, he didn't need to bring her gifts, or try and impress her with his rad scooter...and then yet another one of those damn demons shows up!
"We're having a frighteningly fantastic moment and you show up?" He sighs, at least he'd faced other demons before and lived through it, so here will be yet another battle.
Steve cringes and uses his legs to flip the table, putting a barrier between the two of them and Lilith. He glances around looking for a weapon and decides on chopsticks..he had seen it in the movies they always stood out of the bad guys forehead like spears. He reaches for them and then flings them wildly toward Pride.

Round 2"Oh please." Pride made a motion with her hands, willing to stop the assault one handed, and suddenly reeled backwards as something collided with her face. One hand nursing her cheek, she stared at the pair with both a sense of confusion and anger, a look of sincere revulsion working on her face. "You dare touch ME WITH THAT?!"
She picked up the closest chair to her with one hand with the occupant still sitting in it, as if it was a paperweight, flinging it towards the two. The shadows stirred underneath her as Steve and Lilith's table went flying, food spilling everywhere. It was chaos: with restaurant denizens suddenly screaming bloody murder, the manager scrambling for the skellyphone; the Jack o Lantern from the table had smashed against the next table, lighting up the cloth into a sizeable and growing fire.

- Please match your PREVIOUS ROLL to the prompt below, and write and roll out the result. How will you reach Pride and avoid all the chaos? The rolls 1-20 The table has your pinned underneath it! But Pride is a good distance away from you, it looks like you will have to roll a 100-sided dice again to try to get closer. If odd, you must instead, focus towards disengaging the person, if even, you shrug them off and plow ahead towards Pride (and must rp doing so) 81-100 You make it through the mess somehow, but the growing fire has your attention a little bit, seeing as you aren't any sort of demon, or fire demon. Pride is standing right in the center of the chaos, beckoning you to attack. Roll a 100-sided dice If you roll odd you make it through the smoke, if you roll even, you are trying to bide your time, the smoke is too thick (and must rp doing so).

Lilith let out a grunt as she was hit and pinned under the table. She struggled valiantly under the weight but found that no matter what she did for the moment would get her untangled any sooner so she worked at her surroundings patiently to try to get free hoping that sometime in between the avarice Demon wouldn't get the upper hand.
It would take a while but Lilith was determined to succeed, of course the brewing fire was a major cause for concern but she could only handle one dilemma at a time. She couldn't quite see what happened to Steve from where she was pinned but hopefully he hadn't gone and gotten himself hurt or something.
After a bit of prolonged struggle Lilith managed to kick off the table and straighten herself out and turn to face her adversary armed with nothing else but her wits - which suited her just fine. She wanted the tactile pleasure of ripping off avarice demon's face with her own hands.
...Needless to say she wasn't happy anymore.

Lilith shrieked as the table flipped, but her cry was cut off as the table flipped over, pinning her beneath it, and splattering her with food. She shrieked again with furry when she caught her breath, her hair, her dress, everything ruined by food. Pride was ruining everything just everything!
Worse she was trapped, her struggle to get out from under the table only served to grind more food into her beautiful dress. It was outrageous! It wasn't FAIR! Everything was Ruined!!

Lilith couldn't stop the incoming chair that slammed into her arm. She felt numb, broken and so very tired. Still, she steeled herself, taking a deep breath. It was going to take more than that to bring her down! She also had to protect Steve! Balling her hand into a fist in determination, Lilith found a glass bottle of soy sauce and wielded it with the intent to kill. Charging at the avarice demon, Lilith shrieked something akin to a certain warrior princess. Steve was in the background, eyes agape with horror.
"You are going down, b***h!"
