I have a no coworkers policy now.
I made a few too many mistakes banging boys I worked with. It wasn't all bad but some stuff did kinda come back and bite me in the a**. So never again! evil

As a general rule, no. We have loads of rules about it in the corporate policy, but they aren't actually disallowed.

Which actually brings me to this question: omg, does anyone think of intimacy as a one-person-deal anymore? :C Seems like everyone I know isn't really into dating, but 'hooking up' with people on the fly. Is sexual compatibility really a bigger thing than emotional compatibility these days? Clarifications:
We are in an open relationship.
It was because we felt tied down to one another, and have come to a point in our relationship where we know we love each other enough that we don't have to worry about being left for someone else.

Necca just because no one else seems to understand, I wanted to say that I totally understand where you're coming from with open relationships. If it's consensual on both sides, I really don't see why anyone would have a problem with it. In fact, I think it's really healthy that you guys understand the difference between sex for pleasure and having a relationship, and can trust each other enough to make the distinction. So really, good on you, you seem like you're happy, and so I'm happy for you. <3

Also I would never do anything with a coworker. Also most of my coworkers are married so that'd be a bad life choice.
