Jenson was hustled out by security into a waiting black van. The van was headed to a remote controlled vessel to take him back to the DHE, but the van's anti-grav lifts were hit by a sudden sniper shot from nowhere. When the security personnel got out to inspect the issue, a gas grenade knocked them all out.
Figures in black with red glowing eyes hustled the unconscious Admiral away. When the Admiral awoke, he would find himself in another interrogation room, except it wasn't TA military police guarding him this time. It was Terror operatives, from the GRE's dirtiest military arm.
((Dun dun dun! Remus just broke some rules. Bet nobody saw that coming.))

You're far too pleased about this. Yes. Yes I am.
Cloaked in shadow, the sorcerer waited, out of sight and sense.

Admiral Jenson's vision was blurred. He wondered what the heck was going on. It was surely better than going back to his Emperor.

Remus strode in. He seemed angry, but it wasn't anything to do with the Admiral. The Imperator sat down across from Jenson. With his head down the way it was, Remus doubted the Admiral could see him.
"Admiral, I'm sure you will recognize my voice."

"What do you want?" the Admiral asked in a groggy slur. His senses were slowly returning to him, but not quick enough for his liking.

"It's really simple. Since Cort will no doubt subject you to a painful, humiliating execution for your failure, I'm just asking you to spill all your military secrets to me. Surely you don't see any harm in that? A defeat for the Dragonheart empire is practically the same as treason. Can't do any more harm than what's already been done."
Remus reached into his coat and pulled out a pack of cigarettes and matches. He pushed them toward the Admiral.
"I could even see to it that you are executed in a dignified manner by firing squad or whatever it is you choose. All Cort will receive is your ashes."

Jenson thought about the offer for a moment. It was surely the best option thus far. A swift execution and cremation was all he could hope for at the moment. At the moment, his loyalty amount to very little.
"Unfortunately, I can't. All higher ups have chips in their heads. The moment I try, my brain is fried. Now I'm not going to die by turning traitor."

Remus inhaled and then exhaled, feeling frustrated and suddenly tired. One of those cigarettes seemed really nice right about now.
"And a surgery to remove it would just be a waste of time and effort, wouldn't it?"

"It's more than that," Jenson shrugged. "The Supreme Minister of Science is a genius. The chip is a symbiotic machine. It is more than simply in my brain; it's a part of it. You would essentially lobotomize me, Sir."

"Well then I won't waste any effort on it."
Remus paused again.
"I'll let you decide the method of your execution. If you have any last wishes, you'd better write them down and hand it to the guard there. The TA has no idea you're here and they will never find out. They still think you're on your way back to the Dragonheart Empire."
Remus stood up and adjusted his coat. "I sincerely hope your nation has a change of heart soon. Many good soldiers died at Atole on all sides."
With that, the Imperator left the room.

"If only, Imperator." On Remus' suggestion, Admiral Jenson wrote down how he would like his execution. Not as grandiose as other commanding officers, Jenson wanted something simple and quick. A firing squad would do.
