'I hope she does' Plexith commented privately to D'lin, and D'lin had a feeling the bronze had taken a liking to Lilias 'perhaps she will impress from a clutch I sire' The bronze continued in a pleased ton - a thought which made D'lin blanch a little bit, not Lilias impressing of course - but the thought of Plexith taking part in a flight - which he would, of that D'lin had no questions, the dragon made no secret of his desire to be top bronze whenever possible and that meant flying the queens.

Thankfully Lilias saved him from dwelling on that thought to much "Sometimes that can be a blessing" He told her in reference to the non talking dragon she'd carved - especially when they threw out remarks like Plexith tended to do. Accepting the carving D'lin turned it about in his hands admiring the details she'd worked into it, she'd even managed to capture a distinctly Plexith looking expression on his face "It' wonderful" He told her truthfully.

If it was possible for Plexith to preen any more then he already was after seeing someone carve a replica of himself then Lilias words would have done it, his eyes whirled in a pleased manner and he nosed Lilias ever so gently with his giant bronze head in thanks and agreement...because she was right certainly nothing but the best for a bronze!

"Well you've won him over completely now" D'lin told Lilias with a laugh "what do you think Plexith? Want to go swimming sometime?" 'It sounds appealing the waves always feel wonderful against my hide and the sands get wonderfully warm on the beach'

"He says he'd like to, the waves feel nice and the sand is warm" He summed up for Lilias sake "I'd like that as well I think, I haven't gone swimming in quite some time"

"We'll have to make sure we set a time to go then" D'lin responded in a sincere tone, he wanted to make sure she knew he actually meant it..and he wasn't just saying it to be nice with the intentions of never following it through. Lilias seemed like a nice person and Plexith liked her. "I'll make sure to keep it safe" He assured her "Plexith might flame me if I didn't" He joked and the dragon rumbled slightly as though agreeing with this sentiment.

'Ask her when she wants to go' Plexith urged 'You just want her to catch you fish' D'lin responded mentally to the dragon 'IT would be a nice change...' The bronze agreed 'But I like her too and you need more friends' He further insisted. "Did you have a time in mind when you'll be free?" He asked her.

'We have wing practice in the morning' Plexith prodded D'lin 'You know how itchy I get after practice mine, a good scrubbing would be nice' D'lin had to smile a bit at Plexith's prodding, really he was worse then his mother had been back when she'd thought he'd be staying on to help their father run the business. 'Alright, alright, you don't have to keep pushing' He told his dragon fondly before nodding to Lilias.

"Tomorrow after noon meal is good for us too" He told her "meet you on the beach?"

D'lin accepted the hand as he stood, bowing slightly once he'd gained his feet "And you as well Lady Lilias" He told her "We shall see you tomorrow and I'll make sure your carving finds a nice safe place in our dwellings" He promised her.

Plexith for his part bobbed his head slightly in farewell, a parody of the human gesture that he'd picked up as a hatchling despite the fact that it looked a tad silly coming from a dragon before alighting from his perch and buffeting them both with a bit of wind from his downstroke as he took to the air "Thats his way of saying good-bye" D'lin told Lilias, barely refraining from face palming at the silly nod. Plexith insisted on doing it now and again..he said it was dignified, D'lin said it was silly and neither of them seemed destined to change their views anytime soon. With a last wave he followed his dragon back in the direction they'd come from.
