It was in the manga, old Omnibus page 421. (If you have the volumes as individual books, instead, then vol. 3, January. It's closer to the end of that month's section.)
Kagura was sitting behind Kaorin, who was asleep. Kagura tapped her in the back of the head with the point of her pencil to wake her up, but when she did, she raised her head just as Kagura went to tap again, and poked harder than she wanted. Soon enough, a couple of rivulets of blood came running down Kaorin's neck...

i always imagioned a beautiful girl whos half angel to have the intention not to hurt you but half demon to be sneaky and mischevious enough to trap you and tickle you silly, causing laughter to her is like spilling blood to other demons, shed be some sort of succubus lookin for playmates, not souls, blood, or torture, she wud have a pretty face, playful looks, dark red and light blue feathery wings, long black and white nails, and would wear an outfit that shows off her belly so ud wanna tickle her, and she will be attracted to only sweet, kind, and nice guys, or those that are stressed, confused, sad, or lonely cuz she thinks theyr cute

I always pictured the tickle monster never letting you tickle them back. They'd give you a little additional torture by flaunting their bare ticklish spots that you could never tickle to get revenge.

I always pictured a black blod that could adjust to whoever it was tickling. Though I always gave it tentacles, it could also have feathery tentacles. Though in theory, it could change to be more human-like with hands. It could also use it's tongue to tickle.
