Nodding she flexed her own wings and stepped out of the cover, her intentions clear that she were ready to leave. "You are more than welcome to stay here if you like... if you cause any problems, Ill break your legs... all of them," her kindness would not be taken as a weakness. And whereas she had mellowed out from her normally aggressive nature, she certainly wouldnt leave another to wander her territory without being sure of a few, standard rules.

Arthur turned quickly to look at the mare and then coughed. "Yes ma'am. I won't cause any problems." he said quickly. "Best behavior and all that." he assured her.
He watched her for a moment then muttered quietly to himself. "Why do I always find the crazy ones?" he said shaking his head.

She might have been calmer and more lenient with this male, but she was by no means a push over. Her senses were as keen as always, and an ear flicked at his words. She stopped in her tracks, and it was as if the cave itself got suddenly chilly even with the warm rains. Her words were very precise, very eerily calm. "Im sorry... what was that?"

Arthur quickly turned his head toward her. A bewildered look on his face. Had she heard him and how could she possibly have done so? He'd barely heard himself.
"Ah...I think....this temple could be a mazey one?" he said his face blanking of all emotion.

The look on her face showed she didnt buy it at all... on any level. The sounds of creeping vines slithering through the rocks started to come through on either side of him, her eyes glowed faintly as the rain started to pick up a bit, the winds as well. The vines started to lick at his fetlocks, threatening to wrap around him and ensnare him.
"Do you think me a fool, or that my allowance of you to trespass on my lands is something to be taken for granted? That I am just a mad woman that knows not of which she speaks or offers?" her tone was still eerily calm.

Arthur's eyes widened as the vines emerged around him. He pranced backward attempting to get away, but feeling the effort was futile anyway.
He wasn't usually aggressive but from his long stream of bad luck and poor decisions had finally taken a toll on him. Not to mention the somewhat wearing personality of the female, who was she to question his decisions.
"And you madam are rude for ease dropping. Yes, I was out of line to speak out loud, but I barely heard myself. The fact you have to act as such to something you could have easily ignored," he flicked his tail in irritation and trailed off for a moment before resuming. "And if this is how you feel about it, I'll take my chances with the cold, rain, and any sickness I feel like contracting." he finished making his way to the door and the weather outside. Chalk this one up to another in the long string of crazy girl's he'd met. And they wondered why he never settled down.

Her expression changed none, nor did she shift or change at his words. She only kept a hard stare, her voice firm. "I will make sure the jungle helps you see your way out..." At her words, the vines and foliage only shifted and grew to lick at his fetlocks again as if to show her exact meaning, and that his time in her domain was short.
His attitude and the feeling he gave off altogether, although not frightening, to her was just as much of a threat. She would not tolerate lesser males of such 'idiocy' in her jungle. It only put herself and her family and her other beloveds here at risk. Her domain was something you had respect for, as well as herself.

Arthur stamped on the vines in irritation. "I CAN SEE MY OWN DAMN WAY OUT!" He snapped. He didn't care what her power was, he was tired of everyone telling him what to do. If it wasn't his mother, it had been his father, and then every other c**k sure a** who thought he'd roll over and take it.
He decided he'd ignore anything else she threw at him. It wasn't worth the time to fight, argue, or whatever. He snorted, he'd tangled with demons before and now gods...between the two he was sure demons had more patience.
