((This RP is now OPEN!!))
Hector was ispecting all around the cafe to make sure they were ready for opening. It was Saturday, so they would be getting more visitors than during the bulk of the week. He checked to make sure all the tables were set, that the cooks were preparing the cakes and other food. He also had all the serving staff line up so he could make sure that their uniforms were nice and neat and that they didn't have a gloomy appearance. He didn't like his serving staff looking depressed. He checked his pocketwatch to make sure they wouldn't run late.

Lilly took a deep breath as she looked at her uniform. She didn't particularly like the red hue. She preferred a dark blue, but she didn't complain. She watched her boss walk around the room as she patiently waited for customers.

Leo got changed into his tux and tuck out his sheets notes for what he will be playing. "Why red?" He said walking out from the back and sitting at his piano. He stretched and started to play to get the beat.

Kallen was dressed in her not-too-flattering uniform. The red clashed horribly with her hair. She was milling around the cafe, waiting for customers to come in. She saw Leo take to the piano, filling the room with sweet music.

Rue walked along the street, holding a small black cat with its hind paws on her left arm below and its front paws on her right arm above. As she approached the cafe the sat meowed. "You hungry for a snack then, Selk?" she asked it. She set it down on the ground and took a small bag from her pocket, unraveling it to take out a little dried fish, and handed it to him. As he munched it up, she straightened. "Time for a snack of my own, then." And she went to enter the cafe, and Selk found a spot to sit down outside.

Esther yawned quietly, as to not draw attention to herself. She was sleepy and disliked having to work Saturday mornings. Yet she coped with it and didn't mind it if it earned her a little extra cash.
She gave a soft sigh, listening to Leo's soothing music which woke her up a little. She didn't want to appear sleepy at all. Hector was a morning person and wanted his servers on high alert. Esther couldn't possibly lag without being scolded and she wasn't in the mood in being yelled at. So she decided she'd sneak something Beck cooked up to keep her up later.
She gave a small smile to Lilly, who was quite lovely today, and to Kallen, whom of which her hair was quite eye-catching. She glanced at Leo silently, brushing back a few wavy strands of sandy blonde hair, her light eyes basking in Hector's presence.
She waiting in line to be approved of. She, unlike the others, liked her uniform. She liked the stark red of her shirt and the white crispness of her button-up. Her black skirt swirled about her legs.
It had fit her bodice quite nicely. She was one of the curviest servers here and filled in the uniform much more nicer than others. Of course, she wore it appropriately and didn't show anything, as it was part of her dress code.
Esther scratched her head, turning to see Beck sneak into the resturant late to work. She giggled, covering her smile with her fingers as he dissapeared into the back kitchen. Beck wasn't usually late however Hector had an iron fist and would scold Beck despite how good a worker he was. She stood patiently, staring at the door every now and then.

((The cafe's not open yet, Wolfy. They're making the final preparations. smile ))
((Also Leo wouldn't have a server's uniform, being the piano player, however he'd still have to wear suits and tuxedos and other dress clothes))
Hector had all the servers line up and he walked down in front of the line with his white gloved hands placed behind his back like a military general. He checked all of the uniforms closely to make sure that nothing was out of place. He walked along behind everyone doing the same thing, except for the brief moment when he stopped and his eyes diverted over to where Beck was sneaking in. "I see you" Hector said to him, "and I will speak to you later". He resumed the uniform inspection until he was complete. "Alright. Go get ready. We open...now" Hector said and then walked down to the window to change the sign to 'open'.

Esther nodded, stepping out of the line to overlook herself. She was ready for the incoming wave of new customers, as they had many customers on weekends.
Of course, by now, Esther had gotten used to the regulars and new comers and even knew a couple names and familiar faces. By now, the cafe had been apart of her daily life. Esther held the pad of paper in her gloved hands, tapping her black heel uneasily.
"Oh Hector, give Beck a break. He rarely comes in work late and he does make pretty awesome food. Maybe he had an emergency? Let it slip by?" She said sweetly in an attempt to defend her coworker. Hector was a hard one to be swayed.
..::::..
Beck sighed, knowing he was caught. He began immediately prepping the food for today and the special like he did every Saturday. Yet the only thing on his mind was Hector. He knew he was going to get lectured about it and Beck just wasn't in the mood to that.
Why had he come in late? Beck had overslept the fine Saturday morning. He cracked an egg open mindlessly but with ease and skill.
