"Counter productive indeed. I'm trying to protect you, not kill you," she laughed, and finally regained control of her hand - Stop hand. Pretty hair is pretty, yes. Now stop - which she placed beside her. She was still seated on the air unit. She'd totally forgotten that at this point. Okay, so maybe she wasn't really flying. It had been a nice self-disillusion, anyway.
"So there was never any neeeed for you to worry," she teased. "After all, you weren't the one being an overbearing, annoying, guard-dog," Bell finally voiced her worry, that her actions caused. She got that sheepish look again, "You said it yourself - we haven't known each other that long. Some would say that it's too short a time to have formed that kind of..um...devotion. But... Well..." she shook her head, dismissing all that, and looked back up with a bright smile, "I'm really glad." To have you, to have met you, all that.

He was a little sad when she stopped playing with his hair. It had been pretty cute, and pretty nice. To think that if anyone else would have tried to do the same, he might have lopped their hand off.
He used his newfound freedom to sit beside her on the air unit, though, feet going back and forth in a similar manner that she had done before. "Im not going to pretend I understand it." He started. "And im not going to pretend that I think you deserve much better than me." Maybe she -ought- to punt him off the building. "But if you can put up with me and my cluelessness..."

Simply accepting things wasn't something that came easily to bell. Usually she needed the reasons, the how, the why, behind anything and everything. However, this was one of the rare occasions when she can agree to simply accept things as they were. And oh dear lord if he meant 'better' as in proper, knowledgeable, and whatnot, she probably would have at least given him a light shove to the edge of the building. because the first person that came to mind was Howl Wickham, and just ugh... no. Bell would take clueless any day. Hells to the no. Bell might have gone to Crystal Academy, but somehow she had missed the lessons about propriety and social mannerisms of the aristocratic.
"If you think you're clueless, you obviously haven't seen me try and operate my computer," Bell laughed. Technologically challenged was she. "But, even so, I think I'll survive whatever cluelessness it is you throw my way."

He laughed at that, a true laugh. A genuine laugh. He hadn't really laughed like that in her presence for awhile, before this night.
"That's not a problem." He could be manly and handle all the scary technology. He could do that with one hand, even !

Yup. He could handle the technology and she could make sammiches like a good woman. For some reason the Amazon did not question this sexist thinking. A PARADOX! OMAI!! All in all, Bell was glad to hear him laugh, really laugh. It truly did brighten her own smile.
"Oh hey - henshining with the wrong pen doesn't work just...for future reference. Tried it. Waste of time." And it really hadn't been on purpose! She simply didn't trust leaving his pen at her house. However, at that time she didn't exactly have the best light to tell whose pen was whose. So yeah. Already debunked that one. Bell shared her embarrassment, hoping maybe it would bring about some amusement.

And it did ! It was a smaller laugh, but just as genuine as the other. Oh, the mental image. The look on her face ! That must have been amusing, and in a way he was sad he'd missed it.
"Too bad. I bet you'd rock that coat more than I do." She could probably use it, too, with how chilly the nights were starting to be. He wouldn't have that problem, really. His fuku had layers like an onion.
Summer might be a problem, through. "Though maybe it's better that way. Then I won't need to live in fair of being completely outdone." Not that he wasn't already. He winked.

"On the flip-side, however, I doubt you'd find my outfit too enjoyable." Bell giggled, "And if it makes you feel any better, you have the best fuku out of any of the male senshi I've seen yet!" Granted she hadn't seen many. He didn't need to know that, though. Flattery. Take it. "Best looking by far." Okay, was she still talking about the fuku? Again. Flattery. Take it.
True, summer probably wouldn't be his funnest of months on senshi patrol, but there were many months until then, and who knew how his fuku would change as he got stronger. She certainly hadn't been prepared for the change in hers. At least it wasn't as outrageous as some. Seriously, some of the senshi she'd seen, Bell wondered how they could even fight.

The mental image of him in a skirt was... somehow not very appealing. At all. "Yeeeaaaaahhhh... No thanks. The skirt looks better on you." He said.
"I was wondering if I was the only dude in a sea of magical girls for awhile there, seriously." Apparently the Y chromosome didn't pick up magical pens all that often. Or run into magical cats. He still had no idea if he had been somehow pre-destined for this whole thing, or if ********* had just spot-decided he sounded like a good idea.
He still wasn't completely sure he was a good idea, to be honest.

Bell blushed a bit. At least he hadn't mentioned the view he'd gotten at the cafe. She probably would have turned into a tomato.
"Mmm, well, you guys certainly are out numbered. At least you're not the only one on the team though. Thank goodness for small miracles, ne? So long as you guys don't pick up any pimp hats and canes," She laughed. It seemed when ever a boy would break in from Hillworth or somewhere, that's what they'd do. Bell was certainly thankful, though. If there was one problem Crystal Academy had, it was too much estrogen in one concentrated area. Of course, maybe the Basterds were pushing it with their number of menshi. After all, they had three now, right? Pyxis counted as a guy, right? Although the first time she'd seen Pyxis she had a gender identity crisis moment.

Oh, Xavier wasn't going to mention that. It was his little secrets. Beside, if she wasn't aware, maybe ill't happen again !
He was a hot-blooded straight male, after all. All the better if the lovely behind belonged to... well, was it okay to call her his girlfriend now ? Confusing. Confusing indeed.
"Ill leave the pimp canes for the others, I think." He chuckled. "All the more for them, I suppose. Though if any of them go for you, I miiiiight need to hit them with a trash can."
Maybe. Of course, knowing Bellatrix, she would probably hand them their a** before he had time to find and pick up a trash can.

If gravity had anything to do about it, booty shots were inevitable. All the more reason for him to patrol with her every once in a while once he was 100% better again, right?
Bell giggled, "How very noble of you." Though she probably wouldn't have said that if she knew about the previously mentioned incident. And likewise, princess help the team mate that didn't happen to notice the invisible flashing MINE sign. Bellatrix walked tall and carried a big pointy stick. They didn't want any of that.
One of these days, though, Bell could easily foresee him becoming the stronger senshi. And that was all just as well. Until then, though, see again the stick commentary. Bitches beware. Especially blue haired ones with moose horns.

Sailor Themis didn't need a big stick. Or, at least, he needed a big stick less and less now that he somewhat knew how to punch and made it hurt. Somewhat being the keyword. It was a little hit and miss, though she hadn't seen that for herself. She probably would, sometime.
Which didn't mean he was above using a big stick, through.
"I know." He let out a mock-sigh. "I am such a knight in wh- errr, black, I guess ?"

"Black and blue," Bell said with a nod and a grin. She supposed that could go for both of them though, looking at their color scheme, "It's the best way to leave an opponent - besides dusted, that is." Somehow, despite them being evil, she had a problem with killing Negaverse officers, They were human after all. Right? They looked human enough.
"Sometimes being the white knight is over-rated anyway. I'll take mine with a few dints and bruises," she smiled, nudging him lightly in a somewhat playful manner.
But oh dear, the talk of armor. That wound was probably still a rather angry shade of red, but healing. A royal b***h to patch up, but she'd managed.

"And a broken arm ! Don't forget the broken arm. It's a little hard to miss." At least, for him, it was hard to overlook the fact. He was missing the use of his dominant hand terribly.
5 more weeks. Siiiiiiigh. Sucks to be him.

"Ah, yes! Indeed, broken arm as well."
It must have been quite aggravating for him; writing was impossible, video games - at least to her understanding - must have been impossible, getting dressed, cooking~ Aside from being bored out of his mind, Bell could only imagine the frustration.
"Well, if you ever need an extra hand around the house, cooking, cleaning, feel free to call. I've totally had a baking urge," well, urge to learn baking anyway- "and could use a guinea pig for some of these recipes."
