There wasn't a great deal to see and they weren't aiming to leave, really, so she started weaving a long, winding path back toward the central lands. Every once in a while she murmured to point out something of interest but the landmarks were few and far between. When Horatio spoke up, she was surprised.
"Wh- what?"

Horatio couldn't help himself. He laughed heartily at her reaction, as it was something that he wasn't quite expecting. He should have, really, but life wasn't always what you think it is.
"I mean it. Don't act so surprised; you should feel flattered." And he left it at that, cause it was the truth. "I guess maybe we should get back if I'm making you feel uncomfortable."

Her heart skipped a beat and she couldn't bring herself to meet his eyes. She felt guilty that she had reacted that way, she didn't mean to make him think it was time to go.. but what was she supposed to say to that?
"I-"
She shuffled her feet a bit.
"OK," she mumbled, not sure what to do or say but give in. Maybe she would figure out what to say.. but more than likely it would be a very quiet, very awkward trip back.
