Sheldon chewed very slowly on his sandwich as she went through her list of activities. He almost chocked really, listening, and was very glad he hadn't been sipping at his drink or it might not have been a pretty sight. Who on Earth was this girl?
"You know, it's alright to do nothing," He told her, putting down the sandwich before he killed himself from shock during this conversation. "It's actually really nice ... and what I tend to do everyday." Sheldon flashed her a goofy grin.
"It's what I even planned for my day.... until that marathon thing blocked off the park," he sighed for a moment, "I'll have to find somewhere else to loiter."

Lily looked up and frowned slightly before giving a confused look. He did nothing everyday. How was that even possible. She shook her head slightly. No she had to be reading into it to much. He was at the cafe, which was not nothing, so he was probably exaggerating.
"I do not often do nothing. I am not sure I have ever done nothing," she admitted looking away. Maybe she was over exaggerating, but she could not remember really doing nothing, just nothing. It was rare for her to even just sit in front of the television.
She took a bite of her wrap when he spoke again and tried hard not frown at the word loiter, while she chewed. Wasn't that illegal in most places, well of course not the park, but most places yes. Right?
She gave him a calculated look, raising an eyebrow slightly, "I do not see how one could do nothing everyday and enjoy it. It seems very redundant and beside we sleep every night. Is that not enough nothing?"

They were entering into a philosophical debate now, weren't they. And over, literally, nothing. Or, could he, hopefully, be reading a little too into this judging from her response? Either way, Sheldon didn't want to argue about anything, not like he used to anyways, and decided to bury a sigh by daring to take a bite out of his sandwich again.
And after a few careful chews, "Well, wouldn't it also be redundant doing the same thing everyday anyways? You seem to fill your schedule up with things to do, that's kind of the same thing ... just the opposite of productiveness."
He smiled, taking a sip from his soda and tipped the plastic cup towards her for a second. "I also like to think of it as, not working myself to death. Stress can be a very bad thing."

Lily frowned a Sheldon's logic, it made sense, but it was not exactly what she wanted to hear. She was doing these things because yes, she did love them and she wanted to insure she had a bright future. That being if she survived senshidom. It made her wonder, if being a senshi ever went away.
She looked to him, "I do not think I am ...," was she stressed. She wasn't doing much outside what she normally did. She wanted to ensure she made it into college and this was the best proven method. Volunteer, take AP classes and keep your GPA up.
When she thought about it though, she was doing all that, as well as staying up, sneaking out and trying to save the city ... the world. If that was stressing, Lily could not say what was.
"I do not think I know how to do nothing. I have always done something, even when I was little. I agree though, stress is a bad thing," she said finally with a small sigh.

With a few more bites, Sheldon's turkey sandwich vanished into his stomach and whatever was left on his fingers was cleaned via his jeans. "I wasn't trying to knock what you do," he told her, noticing that frown on her face and the tone in her voice. "Whatever floats your boat, right?" he chuckled as he took another sip from his soda.
"Nothing is just awesome to do," he flashed her a smile once again, "and doesn't require really any prerequisites nor any set location. Like right now, we can do nothing, we can still talk... just sit back and relax." He went to demonstrate, finally resting his back against the chair and slouched. "And if your back cracks a little, heaven. You're really on your way to a mellow session of taking it easy ~"

Lily gave Sheldon a curious look at his chosen lingo, but chose to ignore the statement, giving him a simple not, not in agreement, but in an attempt to avoid further arguing.
Her looked adoned a more curious glance, which was guinuine in nature. She watched him as he seemed to relax totally, then finished off her sandwich and with pink cheeks attempted to repeat his actions. It was to say the least, very loose and awkward for her, but she managed it for about ten seconds before she started to figit about.
Sitting up she said, "That feels odd and it isn't very comfortable."
Lily frowned slightly. "Is there another way," she inquired really wanting to try his version of relazing. Really Lily sat up straight, while sitting on her bed or even when watching movies on the couch.

How could this be uncomfortable? Obviously Lily was some sort of robot or something, being unable to just lean into a chair for even a minute. Sheldon's eyebrows were reaching new heights with this one.
But it didn't stop him from letting out a chuckle from her request, "oh, you really don't want to know some of the other ways to relax." Of course, the first one that popped into his head was pot, being a weed user after all. "Well, at least mine. You seem too good to do what I do." Well, it wasn't horrible, but still frowned upon by the law for ridiculous reasons.
"We could try going somewhere else, another park ... or something?" Sheldon suggested after a moment, "trees are nice to stare at." Flowers too.

Lily frowned not really knowing what exactly he meant by his way and her being to good for it, but she figured it was not at all something good. She nodded letting him know that she was in agreement with him despite not really knowing what he was talking about.
Her face brightened at the suggestion that of going to the park and she remembered she had a blanket in her car. She nodded and pointed up the street, "There is another park about a 10 minute drive up. I have a blanket in my car and lying in park watching the clouds go by does sound relaxing."
Her statement came out as less of a statement and more of a yes, lets go. She pointed once more at the animal shelter, "My car is just there in the parking lot."

How she jumped on the idea and even offered a ride was a little surprising to Sheldon. It was a good thing neither of them had any ulterior motives or anything, though for all he knew that sweet trusting girl across from him was putting up a really good act and was secretly going to drive him to his death or something.
Lily worked at an animal shelter, volunteered, and was trying to achieve sainthood, really Sheldon was the one to be worried about; but either she didn't think about it or could just tell he was a good guy. The green haired biy shrugged non-the-less and continued to smile. "Sure, if you don't mind. Beats walking there." He made it more of a point that he was more than willing, by getting up from his seat with his trash in one hand and the other reaching out to take hers as well. It was the least he could do.
