Mario Kart Double Dash! The race track desighn was the best out of the entire Mario Kart seires.

I'd have to say my most favorite racing game would be the Need For Speed series. As for the specific titles though I only really like Most Wanted, Carbon and Hot Pursuit. I'm not really all that into track races but I'm not going to say that Pro Street and Shift weren't good.
Undercover in all honesty was like the only Need For Speed game that sucked terribly.

I don't play many racing games, however, my favorite would have to be Crash Team Racing/ Nitro Cart.

My favorite racing game would be either Mario Kart Wii, Crash Team Racing, or Crash Tag Team Racing.

Mario Kart Double Dash. Because the Wii verison wasn't as good.
Also: Diddy Kong Racing, Hydro Thunder and Wave Race.

Well, must admit, I never was into more serious racing games, no matter if I love them really badly (in a good meaning) or just find some of them boring. So, my votes go to Crash Team Racing, LEGO Racers, Whiplash (Fatal Racing) and, quite possibly, Trackmania series. Among the opposite category, Gran Turismo 1 & 2, definitely.
And, yup, I love NFS, even if it's not my absolute favourite.
