Beejoux The character I really like. I'm a little confused on a redcap being a demon though. In most stories and lore they're orges, Drawfs, Goblins. General creepy crawly types, and I didn't think they were classified as demons. o 3o I could be wrong though.
Most of the reasoning toward putting them toward the demonic side is has to do with the Changeling game from WhiteWolf at least the first edition of it. It painted them more 'demonic' than anything else. I could also easily make him something else entirely that suits him better so yeah.

If you want him as a demon, you may by all rights keep him that way. You don't have to change him based on what I said, I was just putting it out there that there was a lot of lore on them out there. In the stories I know they've always been the like the shock troops of the goblins, bigger and stronger. And they would dip their hats in the blood of their enemies to keep them red. Though the biggest, baddest ones could keep the blood in their hats fresh with their own personal magic.
But That specifically is from a small pool of stories. In other ones they're different.
I've never heard of that game, is it good? =O

For a pen-and-paper game Changeling is fairly fun. There is a new edition out with different things in it now and I am not sure if everything is still in there or not or how much it got changed since I last gandered at it. XD
Well didn't mean to insinuate that you were telling me 'OMG CHANGE IT RIGHT NAO!!!' just saying that I am willing to if even the staff went 'Yeah...umm about that Redcap thar...'
I'm so flexible I bend in a gentle breeze I guess. XD!
I just thought that Redcaps would do well as a 'demon' critter due to various aspects about them that I could read up and then what you pointed out about the 'biggest, baddest' ones out there..As far as I recall monsters don't get magic? I could be getting confused and need to do a bit of re-reading. XD <3
