Wantcookie Not if they're being true to themselves. If people's perception of me changes, then it means they're only getting to know me better. Yeah, but it's just as easy to make the WRONG assumptions, because, after all, we're human, and perspective is such a fussy thing.

Skaeryll The only problem I have is that we have twice as many mods as we need.
Really a guild our size needs like 4... 5 at the most... not like a dozen or so it has. I feel like we're actually good for the number of mods we have, just that there are people who complain enough about trifling matters that it seems like we have far too many.

We were actually hoping to be bigger than we are. So that's why we had three mafias a month, we though we had the players for it. And the amount of mods we have.
we just haven't been rigorous in the whole, new member thing.
We're moving back to two a month. Did anyone who isn't a mod know that?

I know what you mean, and I sorely wish I had some kind of positive rebuttal, but I do not. xd I just feel like, in a real life situation, if we were all huddled in a group, it'd be a little taboo/immature for people to just start taking shots at each other without trying to talk it out first, y'know? Why can't that transfer over to the online realm?
