The Naked Ghoul? Junko blinked, having never heard of this movie before as she peered at the cover along with Kasumi. "That's...quite the name." Here's to hoping it wasn't actually about naked ghouls. But why would the library have something like that in its collection? That was just all kinds of inappropriate! She eyed the cover almost suspiciously, a little unsure of if they should trust it. The name...it was just so...suggestive!

"For Jack's sake, Junko! It's just a stupid name! It's not an adult movie." She finally piped up in exasperation, some of Junko's hair raising like a pair of arms being thrown up in the air. Junko blushed as her worries were voiced by the second mouth, glancing at Her and then back at Kasumi with an embarrassed chuckle. Damn Her! Why did She have to do things like that? Did Kasumi see now why Junko was rather ashamed of Her?

"Let's...get that one." Junko said quietly, walking with her new friend back to the librarian to check out the movie. They both listened to Kasumi's advice about getting along, and Junko even turned her eyes back toward her. It was why she enrolled! Junko wanted to gain better control over The Mistress, not let Her control her like her mother let her own control her, Junko loved her mother dearly but...she didn't want to end up that way. They were fused together, they even shared one mind...so She unfortunately knew all of Junko's thoughts and often spoke of her negative ones that she would rather no one hear. She liked to say they were all lies...but...sometimes they weren't.

Junko really hated Her.

"I suppose...but it's more like a curse. I'm not sure what I can benefit from with Her." That was what Junko's mother had always told her, anyway...though those may have been the words of a broken woman. They both seemed surprised when Kasumi spoke to Her directly, Junko blinking and She twisting her lips in surprise.

"Well! It's about time someone around here had manners!" She said happily, rubbing at the back of Junko's head just under Her mouth with a section of hair much like one would rub their chin. What did she like to talk about aside from tormenting her host? "I enjoy food of all kinds. I will eat anything you give me, doesn't matter if it is raw, cooked, burnt, and not even a traditional 'food'. Unfortunately I don't get to have meaningful conversation very often, the only entertainment Junko provides is her constant failures." Junko winced a little at that. She didn't constantly fail, She just liked to try and make sure she did. "I will talk about any subject as long as it is interesting and you don't completely bore me, I suppose."

Kasumi giggled and put a hand on Junko's shoulder. Poor Junko looked dreadfully nervous. "Don't worry Miss Junko. It's just a silly name. It's a comedy movie about a ridiculous undead detective getting into all sorts of trouble. I think we'll enjoy it." Nodding, she brought the movie to the librarian to check out while listening to the banter of one monster and her Mistress behind her. The ghost genuinely wished the two would get along someday. It's not everyday that you have an entity capable of truly understanding you and offering an independent opinion. In a way, it was both a blessing and a curse.

Once everything was said and done, with movie in tow, the ghost walked with Junko back to her dorm. She'd never been outside the Ghost dorms except with Belladonna once. They'd gone to the Reaper dorms to chat about boils and school and fashion. Really, Junko and Belladonna were Kasumi's best ghoulfriends, and she adored every minute of it. "I want to say how truly thankful I am to have you - both of you - as friends. It means a great deal to me. I... guess I just wanted you to know that." With an embarrassed laugh, Kasumi played with her hair. "I just felt the need to tell you. Sorry if that wa a little too serious."

As they walked, Kasumi thought of a few things that might be interesting to The Mistress as well as some other comments. "Miss Junko tries very hard and is a very nice ghoul. That's why I like her so much." She smiled at Junko. "Do you have a favorite food, Mistress? Do you like things like history or politics? Maybe something not as serious, like entertainment news? I wonder... Mistress, can you see anything back there? Perhaps you like reading as well?"

It seemed as though engaging Mistress in conversation would give Junko a few moments of reprieve, which is what Kasumi aimed to do.

Junko was genuinely surprised by Kasumi's sudden gratitude, blinking and staring at her with wide eyes. Really? She...she was happy to be friends? No one had ever said something like that to her before! A wide smile spread across Junko's lips, giggling with delight and shaking her head. "That's not too serious at all! I don't have very many friends yet myself, She tends to make it difficult to make friends and meet people...I hope we can be the best of friends, Kasumi~!" Junko said with the utmost sincerity, leading Kasumi from the library toward the monster dorms. She'd never invited someone to her dorm before! She just hoped it was okay, and that her room was clean. Had she left it clean? She was pretty sure she had...but she had also left her minis alone and unattended in her room.

Jack forbid Sayuri and Kuro get a bit too rambunctious while she was gone. Oh dear...

She blinked and glanced at Kasumi as she began to speak to Her, looking both worried and surprised. Daisuke had spoken to Her but not to the extent of an actual conversation. She was surprised as well! This ghoul was so polite and smart! "Yes, well, trying and accomplishing are two different things entirely." Junko smiled at Kasumi nevertheless, glad that she wasn't being chased off by all this. "Hmmm, my favorite food? Well she does make a good onigiri. Those are quite delectable. Entertainment is good, history and politics are just boring and irritating I would rather not pay attention to either." Unless it directly involved Her, she supposed. At the question about whether She could see She chuckled a bit, tugging at one of Junko's ears with one section of hair and tugging at one of her cheeks with another section.

"I see everything Junko sees, and hear everything she hears. We share one mind and one body, though I cannot control anything but her hair. Like so," She raised more hair to show off a bit, reaching around and taking the movie from the Junko's hands. Junko let Her for now, just relieved that she wasn't being rude. "So unless Junko suddenly decides she wants to read a book or two that will not be happening anytime soon.

Kasumi was enraptured. Not only was Junko happy and quite friendly, but her relationship with her Mistress was quite interesting as well. For whatever reason, the ghost couldn't find too much negative with it, though observing Her and living with Her are two completely different things, and Kasumi was not one to judge. "Miss Junko, I considered us friends from the moment you allowed me to speak with you. I feel very fortunate to know someone such as you. Besides, who can you talk to about kimonos that really understands?" Kasumi giggled. She didn't find many other Asian-cultured students here at the Academy, and Junko was truly a blessing.

When they made their way to the Monster Dorms, Kasumi was impressed. Amjee lived her too, and the dorms appeared to accommodate a wide spectrum of creatures that lived within. It was relatively clean, but so diverse! It was all so interesting, and the ghost had to stop herself from phasing through the walls just to see what was on the other side.

Mistress began to explain things, and Kasumi listened intently "Onigiri is just wonderful, I agree. I also had, or rather, still have, a soft spot for anything involving sushi. It's so tasty!" Kasumi knew there was more to the relationship between Mistress and Junko than she could see, so she hoped her questions wouldn't prompt Mistress to mess with the poor girl too much. She clapped with excitement when Mistress showed off her control of Junko's hair. "I bet no one can style hair like you can, Mistress. You have control and finesse like hairdressers dream about."

Nodding to herself, Kasumi had an idea. "Would either one of you mind assisting me with a new hairstyle? You don't have to, but I would appreciate it very much if you would. In exchange, I could make you a plush toy or maybe clean your room? Organize your things?" She didn't know what she could do in exchange for their assistance, but she would do her best!

If Kasumi hadn't surprised her before, she definite had Junko surprised now. Sh..she felt that strongly?! Wow! Junko's smile grew and she lit up like a pumpkin on Halloween night at the news, nodding her head enthusiastically. Yes, yes! That was true! She hadn't met anyone she could really talk about cultural things with yet! This was good. This was very good! "You're far too kind, Kasumi." Junko murmured humbly, blushing a bit but smiling nonetheless. She really was a very nice girl, and she was giving Junko far too much credit. Or at least that's how Junko felt right now; Her mistreatment was still fresh in Junko's mind.

Junko led Kasumi to her room, opening the door for her. As she did this a pair of pygmy foxes practically flew out, yipping and barking up at their mommy as they pranced around her feet and nearly sent her to the floor. She hadn't been expecting it! Luckily Junko was able to grab onto her door handle and catch herself on that, doing her best not to step or fall on either of her foxes. Geh! Sayuri, the purple fox, tried to skid to a stop and instead slammed into the door; it wasn't particularly painful but it was enough to throw the fox off for a second. She eventually shook her head and regained her senses, padding over to the new ghoul with a bit of bounce in her step. Who was this? New playmate? Yes? Yesyesyesyesyesyesyesyesyes? The Mistress paid them no mind, to her they were stupid furry rats. "Why, yes! I do love sushi. Junko will often make a bento box for me to have during the day, it's quite delicious. But you would have to be a complete fool to mess up one of those, and I refuse to allow her to mess up food." She said haughtily, but at Kasumi's excitement and her clapping over her simple move Her mouth twitched in a way that showed surprise. This ghoul was easily impressed, huh? She grinned with pride soon after. "Why, yes. Women dream of having hair such as Junko's. She has so much of it, and it's so soft and strong...she should learn to respect it more." Junko frowned.

"But it's you who--come again?" Junko's eyes widened as she let Kasumi in, looking very surprised by this question. Do..Kasumi's hair? You mean she got to touch and play with it? Really!? "I'd love to! Very much! Um...a plush toy? I..ah..well, my room is already clean." Sort of. It wasn't a sty but it wasn't spotless. And Junko was a bit obsessive with how her things were sorted out and organized. A plush toy sounded good though? "You don't have to do all that for me, Kasumi. So um...how about I get your measurements and then I do your hair while we watch the movie?"

Kasumi tilted her head when Mistress put down Junko and her cooking skills. Frowning, she decided not to disagree too fervently with Her, else She make Junko's life more miserable. "I'm sure Junko is a very good cook. Do the two of you share a stomach if you share thoughts and a body?" Just as they had entered Junko's room, the ghost was lovingly assaulted by a pair of foxes. Giggling, the onryo bent to pick one of them up. "Why hello there, little one!" She scratched behind the ears and carried the little fox around Junko's room, impressed with the decorations and the cleanliness of it all.

"I am quite envious of Miss Junko's hair too, Mistress." Kasumi started, smiling at the little fox in her arms. "It's so silky and soft and so very tame! I look like I've licked an electrical socket..." She looked down to the fox, as if searching for agreement. Indeed, her hair was unkempt as the day she'd entered Halloween.

She was relieved when Miss Junko agreed to assist her with a new hairstyle. It was then that she had an idea! "I appreciate it very much, Miss Junko. Do you like jewelry?" Placing the fox on the floor, the ghost stepped near her dear friend. "I can never repay you for agreeing to make a kimono. I will do the best I ca to make the effort worth it."

That was a question that had both Junko and Her going quiet. Junko's brow furrowed and her lips pursed, and She rubbed just underneath Her mouth as if rubbing her chin. It seemed Kasumi's question threw them off. "Ah...no? I don't...think we do. When She eats it doesn't affect me at all...where does your food go?" Junko asked Her, blinking a bit.

"I never thought to question it." Huh...well okay then! Junko shrugged a bit. Guess they'd never know? It didn't seem too important to them, it wasn't as if Her eating ever affected Junko, and if Junko managed to eat or drink anything it had no effect on Her either. Sayuri panted happily, her eyes closing and her tongue hanging out of her mouth as her ear was scritched, even kicking her leg a bit and leaning into the petting. Oh yes, that was nice! Sayuri liked pets! Yaaaaaay! Junko giggled at her fox's behavior, bending down to pet Kuro so he wasn't left out. He wasn't much better then Sayuri in terms of energy but he definitely wasn't as bad as her sometimes.

When Kasumi mentioned her hair Junko tilted her head, blinking and frowning a little. "It's not that bad. It could be worse. I like your hair, Kasumi! It looks very soft." She told her with a smile. Oh yes, Junko was going to really enjoy playing with Kasumi's hair and styling it. Lots of fun indeed! Perhaps she even had a kimono that would fit her ghostly new friend. When asked if she liked jewelry Junko paused, tapping at her chin a bit. "I don't wear jewelry often...but I don't have any jewelry, honestly. If I had it I'd like it? It's not something I've ever had to consider. And don't worry! I'm very happy to make you a kimono!" She didn't need or expect anything from Kasumi at all! She did honestly want to do this just because she could, and because she was really enjoying Kasumi's company.

The night went on as expected - Kasumi rambled continuously about a possible gem or jewel she could get for Junko and how much she appreciated the other ghoul's generosity and patience, and Junko was wonderful enough to take Kasumi's measurements for a kimono of her very own. Kasumi planned to wear it only very special occasions since there was a great deal of work going into the garment. Junko was even nice enough to tame the ghost's hair into something more manageable (when it wasn't busy being intangible). The foxes ran about the room, happy as clams while the movie played.

Kasumi spent the night in Junko's dorm, sleeping so soundly that she sunk halfway into the floor come the morning. Startling herself awake, she informed Miss Junko that there were no spiders or other creepy crawlies beneath her floor, and hopefully that would make her feel better!
