Mugan had noticed the seal flash blue and return to normal. With a frown he filed that into the back of his mind for later. Looking around at those gathered he shrugged and returned to looking at the ceiling.

Apparently no one else appreciated the fine art fixed to the wall. Elijah, on the other hand, was appreciating it for all it was worth. In fact, he decided it was time to investigate the painting further.
"What's behind Door Number One? Show him what he's won!"
With a firm press of a button receded into the grip of his electric chainsaw (it must have been, as there was no ripcord and no roar of a diesel engine), Elijah hoisted the weapon up, swung it backwards, and then plunged the growling machine into the painting.

Xeg watched the blue symbol flash once, and sushi appeared at the table. He didn't feel like eating raw fish, but something compelled him to do so. Walking over, he sniffed one of the rolls, and then plopped it into his mouth. He mostly ignored the ramblings of the obviously mad Elijah, until the man started up his chainsaw and plunged it into the painting. To him, it was like murder, the chainsaw was aimed right for where Bradley saw the little boy.

The chainsaw made contact with the painting, and friction was felt, but there simply was no effect whatsoever.
A snake appeared in the corner of the room. As it slithered forward, however, it didn't move, it simply elongated, its tail remaining at that same corner of the room. As it started to fill the room, one man vanished from being constricted to death, and a woman disappeared after its venomous bite.
During all this, the second symbol flashed red and beeped. When the snake disappeared, the symbol returned to normal.

Elijah whistled, impressed by the painting's durability.
"Figures. This master piece will live forever! But..."
He dropped the chainsaw, then saw the snake slither into the room. The weapon was quickly picked back up and started, then grew silent once again as the snake vanished into thin air. His eyes caught the second symbol flashing red. Then he shrugged and turned back to the painting.
"Well. If I can't kill it, I may as well take it with me."
Elijah latched his fingers around the picture's frame, then attempted to remove the painting from the wall.

Out of nothing, as mysteriously as the others, another, perhaps not unexpected, person entered the room. The woman gazed around the room, her blue green eyes were glazed with a fogged expression. Her golden brown hair fell over her pale face in a perpetual state of wetness, as if she had just taken a shower. Although, it seemed to never dry. She glanced around the room vaguely, as if she wasn't shocked by her appearance in the room, but more like as she had just entered another dream. She wore a simple blue t-shirt and black jeans, with a practical black belt the were strung through the belt loops. Her fingers clenched by her side as two daggers formed in the gap she left in her palms.

The painting, despite all attempts, failed to budge.
Ten men and ten women appeared in the room in a formation of four rows of five people. They then split up, one person walking to each of the individuals trapped in the room. Standing perfectly still for a few moments, they reached their hands to their mouths, the palm-side tips of their fingers against their lips, then brought their hands down, palm up in front of them. Each time they did this, the fourth symbol beeped and flashed red.

Leir had zoned out in his madness, his eyes had caught everything that happened, but it wasn't in his brain for more then a second before vanishing into the deep unknowns of his madness-induced brain. "Perhaps the colors shine with blood." he mumbled to himself, "On the painting forgiven the darkness." As Leir looked at the painting all he saw was black though it seemed to change colors nonetheless. "Snakes and Spiders, Thread and Needles," he said as he continued mumbling then his eyes widened as if he had just solved the puzzle and he shouted "Ashes to Ashes and Dust to Dust!" He said and stood up, then it was gone and Leir had no idea what he had thought of.
Leir finally began noticing things around the room and walked slowly over to the sushi platter, he plopped one in his mouth and took 7 or 8 for later eating he carried these in his hands. Then he walked over to the man with the chainsaw, "Why do you carry a chainsaw?" Leir asked inquisitively as he stared wide-eyed at the mans face, completely ignoring the people who had shown up.

Elijah swung his weapon onto his shoulder and gave the painting an exasperated look. Then he reprimanded the piece.
"Fine. Stick around, for all I care. Odds are you're going to anyway.... huh."
His face twisted into a strange, sly smile as the number of people in the room doubled. One in particular caught his attention - the one approaching him. He placed his free hand's thumb to the other man's forehead as he gestured to and from his mouth.
"Fella, I can't tell if you've got an itch for Kung Pao or you're paying homage to that trio of monkeys. Whuzzit, see no evil, hear no evil..."
He trailed off when Leir mentioned blood, and then the deranged man approached him. Now, there was an idea... Elijah's smile stretched, and he swung his chainsaw off his shoulder to hang at his side.
"Why? Answer One: there was this swell show on HGTV -you know HGTV?- and they were doing some remodeling on a few people-- houses. Must have been daydreaming about tools of my own when I slipped through and landed here. Answer Two: to solve over population."
His eyes glinted back towards the figure in front of him, wordlessly raising his hands up and down.
"Sorry pal, that was The Network. Your show's been canceled."
Without warning, Elijah's chainsaw buzzed to life, and he swung it down upon his silent messenger. Blood was really interesting anyway. Maybe here, it would do something spectacular!

The blood flew everywhere. The man collapsed in half, but made no sounds as he did, simply falling to the floor. As this happened, the rest of the pantomiming figures disappeared with a wave. As they vanished, one might have noticed the first two symbols fall off the wall, then quickly jump back onto it again, assuming they could make it out through all the blood flying everywhere.

Elijah dropped his weapon once the job was completed, tipped his previously white fedora off of the crown of his head. His pristine attire looked much the same, spattered from head to toe in dark red -nearly purple- waves of gore. The man ran one bloody hand through his hair as he shut his eyes, taking a deep breath before he remarked,
"Boy, does that take a load off! Shrinks got it right, sometimes you just have to let it all out."
He opened his eyes, studying the ceiling as he turned away from the corpse and lowered his eyes towards the center of the room. Just in time to catch the symbols jumping back onto the wall.
"Hey! What was that! Did anyone see that, or am I just crazy?"
Elijah snickered to himself before taking up a closer position to the fireplace, smearing blood on his chin as he stroked it thoughtfully.
"I think I'm starting to get it. Cryptic symbols, snakes, needles, red and blue, escaped with no way out..."
His right hand formed a fist, which he punched into his left's open palm. He wore an expression of great excitement.
"We must be in America! Thank goodness!"
He turned to the others.
"So, tell me. You see these symbols right? You see what they do? Or is this the side effect of too much television?"

Leir didn't move or flinch as the blood spattered his entire right side. His eyes remained focused on the murderer as he moved to the fire place and said something about t.v. "Blood isn't darkness is it?" Leir said "Or is it? Because it seems evil, or maybe it can be darkness just like us all." he said still in his trance. "Darkness, Darkness, Everywhere, but not a drop to drink." After he said this Leir went to the table where the sushi sat and was about to get more when he remembered he had some in his hand. So he sat down and began eating the ones he had grabbed earlier, ignoring anyone who had spoke to him while he did so.

Aura winced uncomfortably as blood spattered everywhere. She felt a drop fall on her face, she simply flicked her finger at it and it flew off her face. Out of the corner of her eye, she did see something move under the picture frame, but as by the time she turned her head, there was nothing left to see. But the picture in the room did catch her eye. This was the first time since she arrived in the room that she gazed upon it clearly. She looked at the image, and wondered if that was indeed the same image that she briefly glanced when she arrived, or a different image. Or maybe it was just her eyes playing tricks on her, after all she turned her head when she saw something out of the corner of her eyes, but there was nothing there to see. None-the-less her eyes where transfixed on the image, as if she was almost in a trance. There was something mystical about this painting. She stood there staring, until she spoke, "What is this painting?" To no one in particular.

Jager appeared out of the nothingness that everyone appeared out of, extremely confused and disoriented he went over to the first chair he saw, only once he sat down in it did he relize that it had only just appeared there when he looked at it. gazing about the room he noticed the others scattered about, than he noticed the painting it was extremely weird the best way he could describe it was painted chaos, it was extremely well done but none-the-less it gave him the creeps and so decided to stay away from it. instead he decided to look over at the glowing circle which he assumed was a portal of some kind. when he stood up he noticed that his katana and berreta were missing. wondering where they were he looked around and noticed them appear on the table, walking over he grabbed them and strapped them on. He then went over to the assumed portal thinking that if there was a way in there must be a way out and scince he could see that the only door went to the bathroom he deduced that the portal must be the way out. ignoring the blood and gore that for some reason was all over the floor he made his way over to the portal and stood right in the middle of it wondering where it would take him if it would take him anywhere.

Day turned to night, making all tired. When they could fight it no more, they fell asleep, only to awaken once more, feeling as if it had only been an instant, yet feeling very well rested at the same time. The food was restocked and the blood was gone. Night became day in the room with no windows.
Tiger Woods appeared in the room. He looked around a bit, then pulled a golf club from hammerspace. He looked carefully at the golf ball in front of him, then raised the club to strike. As soon as the club hit its highest point in the arc, the fifth symbol flashed green. He struck the ball, and it flew straight towards Jager. The next one, with the same reaction from the symbol, flew towards Aura. Then one at Leir. Elijah. Each ball seemed to be meant for a different person as the fifth symbol continued to flash blue.
